Self-esteem rises steadily. You don't really feel the effects on daily basis but looking back after a couple months or so you realize that you are so much more ok with who you are. You care less what other people think of you and you are able to express yourself more openly and your overall feeling of self-efficacy is much higher. I think that before this book I thought that if I honestly tell people who I am and what I think they would think I'm stupid or start to dislike me. I don't have that any more. Getting the results of course requires daily practice and doing the exercises from the book.

They are unnecessarily complicated. Follow one simple rule and you'll be good. (Or not, if it doesnt resonate)

I am undefinable. Anything that happens in my reality doesnt mean anything about me. Nothing can add any value or worth to me. At the same time, if I wish to live a certain way, it is up to me to achieve such a accomplishment.
