I made the post because I realized I wanted God to be everything but pain and suffering. I didn't recognise God or myself, through that Form.

Now, everytime I feel pain and suffering, a subtle shift has happened. I'm really embracing existence. 

One of the strongest walls to breakthrough is pain and suffering, I want to avoid, deny, repress, distract unpleasent sensations, but what about embracing them with ease in my infinite sentient consciousness?

That’s beautiful but I feel pain is only able to be accepted to a certain degree, too much pain becomes unbearable if one has to go through it. Maybe it is possible to develop some extreme mindfulness with practice to be able to tolerate and embrace that even , if that’s possible maybe some exceptional people have achieved it and it’s possible

We are recognising it for what it is. 

Not trying to do anything with it but to realize it's essence. That realization is what struck me the most. I suffer as much as my neighbour when I'm in pain.

pain is still pain and we don’t like it no matter what but it’s good if you’ve found a way to accept it

It’s so hard to stomach. I got down a rabbit hole of watching murder investigation YouTube yesterday and I can’t tell you how primal the fear of realizing god is a psychopath that kidnaps & tortures children without a hint of remorse is to me. And that it’s also the one terrified about it on the other side of the screen.

Is it even possible to make peace with this stuff as long as we are individual humans? I can clearly see that this knee jerk reaction is my bias as this specific non-psychopath bag of skin. I should probably make peace with not making peace with the darkness. Being scared to acknowledge it is also it I guess. Fear. Yeah that word sums it up pretty well.

I think so. We need to hold the meta while still act our role.

Fear, pain, suffering, sex

The biggest conditionings in the mind to realize the Truth in any given situation. They have a strong grip in consciousness and state. Still everything has it's divine place in Infinity
