Ok, porn fucked you up, now it's a bad thing. Porn fucked you up. That's it. No need to warn everybody about it because what if your neighbor is having wonderful sex on porn's accord. Something that you might find horrific, someone else could love. THIS IS INFINITY.

there are a ton of problems with porn 

in not sure consuming it is necessarily always harmful though depending on the content, if it was made with integrity, and your own habits 

I do think porn is way too available online for underage people, I do believe porn does skew the mind if you don’t have experience and haven’t been able to form loving relationships, I do think porn can be used like a drug and it def adds more to superficial aspects of society, it def can be misused but I also think it’s a reflection of deeper issues. 
 

Just by watching it though I’m not sure it can be harmful. What’s the difference between that and masturbation without porn ?

The OP is talking about the detrimental effects of pornography, not the fucking nature of infinity.

99% of pornography is damaging, on a neurobiological basis, emotional-psychological basis, and interpersonal basis. It encourages lust fantasy and dissoacation which negate good healthy sexuality in the real world

You incapacity to acknowledge this without the deflacting hysteria is boggling. No one is morally judging or shaming or condenming anyone, you are completely mis apprehending the context and content of this conversaiton.

Porn is fine if it's used sparingly just as a way to relieve horniness or express oneself sexually. 

the issue is overuse or not having the critical thinking skills not to see it as fantasy and not reality.

I feel porn watching has a tendency to escalate so it starts of with the soft stuff then progresses to more and more hardcore just by how it works on the human reward system. Kind of similar to how many teenagers nowadays have short attention span partly because social media use that starts of normal then escalates to only being able to watch 15 second tik toks where the most interesting and funny content is compressed into short time

 

doesn’t mean everyone who consumes porn or social media for that matter  will fall into these traps. Someone could watch it sparingly or watch long pod casts so having good attention span. But this above scenario has a  risk of happening and it happens a lot. I think I’ve heard of men developing sexual attraction to teens because of porn who didn’t have it previously, it’s this escalating dynamic I think.

I don’t reaally get how you mean it works here. I guess you mean that what porn someone watches reflects something inside them so something repressed for example. I think it can go both ways so yes that can be the case but also as I mentioned someone going from normal then escalating so I still think I have a point
