Because we're all at different points of development, and our collective development can be accelerated immensely when we work together instead of against each other.

It's about creating together, and our culture, knowledge, emotional & mental development can always go further. In a way we just recently arrived at a point where it starts to get really interesting... 

That doesn't contradict Absolute Perfection. Our journey is our destination so to speak. There's always more to explore, more to create, more to know, more to master.
