New way to heal childhood traumas

1 post in this topic

Although these exercises, known as 'Bioenergetic Analysis,' were originally discovered in the 1950s, it has recently been identified that their most effective variant only addresses mild traumas unless immediately followed by a supplementary exercise.

The initial exercise can be viewed here: https://imgur.com/gallery/VeSGgm3

In this exercise, the right leg should not touch the ground. Maintain the position as long as comfortably possible. This exercise can also be performed on a sofa or bed and typically addresses only mild traumas, if any.

To address deeper traumas (early childhood), a follow-up exercise is required. First, repeat the initial exercise on the other leg. Then, stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Play this song https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=%23&ved=2ahUKEwjhtMaUm9L9AhUKR_EDHayBBRIQ8TV6BAgPEAI&usg=AOvVaw0VTJzWxrN8ZFOD4xbU2nov at a moderate volume. Allow your legs to shake in time with the music. If you have deeper traumas, you will start to feel emotions almost immediately. Continue until the emotions subside. You may need to repeat the entire process a couple times to fully process all traumas.
