This play list is top tier in Shadow work

I know one day Leo will make the shadow work video. The prophecy will be fulfilled

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty. We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Virtuous and Conscious. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life God is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, ... Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

@Davino Some How I feel that Leo end up delivering here and there some bit of Shadow work material. For Example, the last Video about Wrong is a sort of Shadow work since it invites to see parts we want to avoid. Of course a Full 3 yours video defiling from Basic to deeper the Shadow work would be a gift, but while it dont come we do our best to explore the murky waters of our Primitive,Mammalian dark corners

One of the Reasons of Shadows keep coming up is because with Internet Power all the Toxic Aspects of one Individual get spread to another via TikTok,Instagram etc...

I invite you all to perhaps look at this topic differently. I remember doing self work under this shadow work label and it wasn’t for me. I’ve not found this particular belief system helpful. Both in the language used and how I see it made out as more mysterious than it needs to be.

I invite you all to use the label the “inner child.” I’ve found it worlds better for doing the self inquiry and returning to a wholeness / oneness.

@Lyubov Inner Chills work is one aspect of Shadow-work, there are many other parts of ourselfs to integrate that dont necessarialy relate with inner child stuff, there may have aspects that even are unique for you that no book ever talk about.

I personally do most of my shadow work by letting go of bodily sensations. When these sensations arise, I simply feel them and try my best to stay present with them.

After a few years of practicing this, here are some of my insights:

  • Anger and frustration: These sensations are mainly located in my chest area.
  • Humiliation, shame, and cringe: These sensations are in my stomach and chest area, and they are more painful to deal with than anger. Anger is a burst of sensations that I can tune into if I am conscious enough at the moment. However, shame is super repulsive, as if there is an impenetrable barrier around the sensations.
  • Sadness and loneliness: These are strangely located in my triceps, shoulders, and upper back area. I feel them the most when I take a hot shower, where I can sit for minutes pouring hot water on my back.

There are levels to feeling sensations. Once in every 100 tries, I tune in so deeply to the sensation that I can feel every millimeter of my body, and the sensations vanish instantly. However, this is very hard to achieve consistently, even after years of practice.

Here are some of the most memorable events that brought about strong sensations:

  • Loneliness: When I was about seven years old, I was waiting for my mom to pick me up from school. She took hours to arrive, and everyone else had already been picked up by their parents. I was the only one left with the director.
  • Guilt: When I think about how much my younger brother and I used to fight, I remember beating him really hard. I'm four years older than him. A few months ago, we were both high on weed, and he confessed to me that he had been drinking alone in his room. I cried for days because I know I'm partly responsible for that.
  • Anger: Remembering the times I was bullied and couldn't fight back.

I would say that my brother and my mother are the two people who come up the most when I do this type of work.

If I want to be reductionist, I think that every single "bad" sensation ultimately points toward self-acceptance and feeling enough just as you are. At least, that's how I interpret it so far.

He has been addressing it for years but never directly. His video about being wrong is clearly a cleansing of his own shadow work and the next video is gonna be the punch line. The first one the intro, the second one the cleansing, I'm expecting a juicy one now.

Probably shadow work is one of the videos that has been cooking for longer and hasn't been recorded yet.

Yeah! Enjoy man

In fact, I have found theater to be very profound. I'm friends with an actor and he's inviting me to his plays and I have started getting such a taste for teather. The play of life and the different archetypes at stage, you see yourself reflected in many ways and it allows for an extroverted introspection that I find fascinating.

Too many labels and models for me personally. Using the label “inner child” has been enough for me. Everyone brings in their own idea of how they are not aligning with their true value and not returning to oneness but upon my own self inquiry I’ve found it’s really not that complicated. What other parts of ourselves do you mean precisely?

Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott my favorite book on shadow work. Short, practical and incredibly powerful. It helped me a ton. One side note though, don't get discouraged by the weird woo-woo language of the book. The method(s) described in it is very effective.
