Why are you asking people on a forum this? Why not masturbate and just don't ejaculate? Why can't you think for yourself?

I'd recommend this thread:

What makes you think you don't have the skills?

I used to have rules around how often I should or shouldn’t masturbate or have sexual urges. It never worked in the long-term and just made me more sexually frustrated.

Masturbate once a week at the same time every week, but don’t use porn or your imagination, instead focus on the sensations.

No it's not especially if you are prone to having P.O.I.S. Ejaculating shows you have zero self control and self discipline. Many texts show the benefits of not ejaculating.

That is what women do. Men are sight-oriented.

Don't write answers if you haven't solved the problem in your own life 😉. In philosophy opinionated statements are false. 🙃

The same goes for unhealthy eating habits.

You are a moron (i know what I will get warning points). Stop insulting people. Guilt will not help and your gaslighing for sure will not help him, this is very irresponsible and sounds like you have to do some reflection on this topic as well to stop shaming other people for asking!!! If someone should stop posting on here it's you.

Now, the actual reply from my experience:

Neither I do any sex with women, so how to deal with it? There is no short-term solution for you to stop masturbating just like that. Many people will say that it’s normal, some will say it's not, it's up to you, I think it's not normal because it messes with your perception of the world/reality and most of your life energy will be spent fantasizing about the opposite sex and desperation, defeat and loneliness of never getting any.

If you stop doing (i haven't done for a few months now), I feel more mentally and emotionally alone, I can enjoy my company a lot more and my meditation is just more intense and I feel more grounded and active physically. Now, to get from the place I did do it a few times a week to not do it at all, you have to find YOUR reason. Mine was that a guru told me that I took this birth with certain desires, overenjoying some pleasure alters the outcome of your initial desires and what you acctually want to express does NOT express in this lifetime. So it just clicked something within me and it made me stop. I still have cravings, but I will just never touch it, because there is no point. I don't want to venture into this mental/emotional instability and fantasy for no gain. I can live without it, and much better. Also I underestand that I will not have it all. I will have some things like maybe a spouse, maybe a career, maybe a music career, or maybe I will be a yogi and I will have nothing else or any single of these things. I rather adapt to any one thing as I have to survive at the end of the day and I will not have it all. And it's fine, maybe life is about something totally different than what I have. Quitting sexuality (and I have not quit it, i just don't fap) is #2 hardest thing for a human being and I think the #1 is food addiction, meaning that for your whole life you will eat some foods that are bad for you, can't quut them and because of that you can't be healthy, energetic and can't reach a certain intensity in your meditation and never reach anywhere.

Practical solution could be practicing some form of kriya yoga like Isha kriya by sadhguru, doing some strong determination sitting if it helps for you or practicing intent and visualization of either "I want to have a girlfriend in my life" or "I want to get rid of my sexual fantasies and transform some aspect of my life" this regular practicing of wanting your desires will inspire you to act towards what you want.

The moron is the fool who gives advice and takes it as absolute truth when it's only relative to that person's genetics. Getting angry because I told him to think for himself is irresponsible and immature. All I did was ask questions. Nothing you say he will do or will work for him. Only he can know what to Tailor to his own physiology. Haha have a sense of humility my friend. Hope everything is okay on your end ❤️

I am good, thank you. BTW it's the way you wrote is shaming him (and no, you just didn't only ask a question) and that's moronic to do, as if you do shame him, he will not be so likely open to new perspectives. Why can't you think of yourself is an insult when obviously person can't control his sexual desire and this is a tabu subject in society. If you connect these things, it becomes more evident.

I am having a sense of humility, I don’t have a problem saying sorry if I offended you, but I think it's moronic. That's all.

Where did I expressed that my advice is an absolute truth? BTW, I can get angry when I want and it's my business, because I want to be stupid too sometimes.

"Nothing you say he will do or work for him" Maybe that's a projection of the summary of conclusions you have drawn about the advice you have given. I don't have such conclusions.

Dude, chill. I am making him think for himself. Too often you guys come on here looking for a magic pill answer to something you must find the answer to on your own.

No advice here is really proven. It's subjective advice which won't actually help the person. On this entire forum the only advice that actually helped me were practical ones(i.e: chelation therapy, detoxification protocols). That's it. How much advice on this forum here has actually helped and changed you?

Even "proven" advice can damage you. Because of the vaeguness of the study wrong conclusions of the study or deliberate bias of the study. Even if the proven advice is good, you can still abuse it. How many people know what is their problem in their behavior and still abuse themselves.

On the contrary. Internet advice has helped my life. Advice from books that is not even scientific has helped me, although there is a risk for taking that advice. Leo's advice has helped me, that is why I am here. And I am pretty sure I have taken some advices on the forum over the years, but I can't recall any at the moment. But generally your point is correct. I am very unlikely to absorb and internalize any other point than to project my own which is what everyone does.
