I meet this guy in a instagram service that aims to teach to be more autenthic in your media posting. Searching for his Youtube Lectures I found this amazing one about Understandings on the roots of Agreesion,Suffereing and How Agreession in not exactly a human natural Drive. He explain it better in the video. I think for a long time that society suffers a lot for not understanding and make a deep study of this thing that we deal everyday and what is behind all war,genocide and more.

By the end of the video the lecturer guide his insigths towards the comminucation aspects of agreession like Sarcasm,Cinism, Mockery,Unconsideration.AKA as Violent Communication. So taking a hide on Leos last Video, let contemplate here about examples and intricate ways of how we are agressive in our way to communicate and even more subtle ways of being agressive. One of the ways that I keep in revision is trying to not imposse my system values unto others. Easy said than done since I live surrounded by people that have their own values and try to imposse over me values that are not alligned with Goodness,Health,Love and Truth. Is my values perfect? So is very paradoxal, not being agressive but at same time not becoming a doormat for ignorance.
