Which version of 5-meo-dmt is best for an effective breakthrough?

I know that there are different variations of doing 5-meo-dmt like plugging it, snorting it, and smoking it, but which is the best version if someone is prone to panic attacks and wants a breakthrough fast?

I've heard that snorting it and plugging it comes on very slowly and is more prone to panic vs if you smoke it at a good high dose you automatically breakthrough.

I've heard stories of people like Mike Tyson and Duncan Trussel smoking it and automatically breaking through without feeling the need for it to come on slowly if you would've plugged it or snort it.

Vaping or intravenously injecting would have the quickest onset, but you better make sure you have a clear understanding what you're getting yourself into, and put yourself in a position where things are least likely to go bad for you (legal and health-wise). And even if you do understand it conceptually, nothing can prepare you for the reality.

Even though the ROAs I listed are quickest, you may want to work with plugging at lower doses to get a feel for it. That'd be way less prone to causing panic, but you wouldn't get the full breakthrough experience unless you increase the dosage.

There may be some truth to this, assuming you vape a high enough dose to where there's no time for fear. I don't have experience with this method, but I've heard about it before. Either way, you'd probably be better off experimenting with sub-breakthrough dosages first, regardless of which ROA you use.

I can recommend doing 5 meo malt first. This substance is a lot softer.

If you want a breakthrough then I recommend doing a combination of 5 meo dmt and 5 meo malt. Plug malt first and then after the peak is over vape 5 meo dmt. You still can get a panic attack on this but malt is like mdma almost, it is lovely in the background and supports you.

5-MeO is very serious. If you are scared so easily you probably shouldn't do it at all. Trying to race your way past this is not a wise idea. You need a serious intention to face truth, not an avoidance strategy.

For me, plugging comes up extremely fast, within 2 minutes. I barely have time to find a comfortable position before the trip starts and I breakthrough in a matter of seconds.

Smoking might be more tricky because you have to get the technique right for it to work. So it might actually take more time and be more stressful if you're not familiar with smoking. My first trial did not get me to trip. I followed the technique I've found on the forum, but lacking the experience, I've failed. 

There was more things to think about and so the whole process took longer. I was concerned about not burning the substance, but to heat it enough, and then to get as much smoke in as possible while I didn't know when exactly it was time to start smoking. In the end, I just got the taste of 5-MeO-DMT in my mouth. So as for now, I find plugging far more straighforward and it leaves my mind more at peace for the trip.

It's not recommended either to start with too high of a dose because you don't know your sensitivity to the substance yet (it might still be too little, but it could also be too much). You don't know what a "good high dose" for you is at this point and you don't know what you can handle. So it could be a very difficult experience if you don't get the dose in what would be a manageable range for you, and if your mindset is not good (if you might want to strongly resist the trip or if you have a strong fear of having a panick attack), it could also negatively affect the trip. So be careful.

Deal with panic attack on microdose~low dose first, use a spray (nasal spray) and dilute the compound.

 

If 3mg is the entry dose, control the concentration so that it makes about 0.3mg or less.

If you treat it like an deadly serious experiment, you will find a way to breakthrough, very slowly. Be patient.

 

From there increase your dose.

Also it will allow you to do meditation and preparation before real game.
