A relative has just had a heart attack

He had a severe heart attack yesterday. It was very surprising, he is 70 years old, but he looked much younger. He took good care of his health. Stable blood sugar, blood pressure and lipids. His skin looked so healthy and with no wrinkles. He had no chronic diseases and didn't smoke. He is active physically.
MI sometimes just doesn't make any sense.

Both of us will be consumed.

My blood and your blood, my suffering and yours is the essence that nourishes the tree of existence.'"

My condolences - hope he is recovering well!

It's always hard to understand when someone apperently healthy suffers a severe medical event like a myocardial infarction. Your relatives case highlights the complex nature of heart disease. Despite good health habits, genetic predispositions and chance still play significant roles. Even with stable blood sugar, blood pressure, and lipids, and no chronic diseases or smoking, the risk of heart disease can't be entirely eliminated. Genetics can predispose someone to heart issues regardless of their lifestyle. Additionally, unpredictable factors like plaque formation in arteries or the body's response to stress can lead to unexpected outcomes. Medicine can reduce these risks but can't eliminate them completely.

In essence, while a healthy lifestyle reduces the risk, it doesn't guarantee immunity. It's just one of those things in life...

Things will start making a lot more sense when you guys Forget what you were thought and told and approach the learning process with fresh eyes.

Chatgpt is also strongly reflecting your paradigm as it was trained on that data. Distance yourself from all of these sources of knowing and investigate with innovation, creativity and insight in mind.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Sudden medical emergencies are possible. It’s not the end of the story, though.

You don’t know anything what’s going on in his consciousness.
