In the midst of suffering..I just realized that existence is the funniest cosmic joke ever ..and that God is the biggest troll ever . There is nothing to lose or nothing to gain .  Its just a matter of few decades and You will die at the end and take nothing with you to the grave and you will turn into rot and ashes.  So what's the point ? Why not enjoy the hell out of life and live it with innocence like kids playing a serious game? Are we afraid of fucking up and ruining our lives ? So what ?there are literally infinite things to be afraid of and yet thinking about them doesn't make you up at night .

...the bad news is you gonna lose this game in the end whether you like it or not ..the good news is it doesn't fucking matter .

@Someone here I think most people are afraid of ruining their lives. It doesn't feel good when that happens. Although we do tend to take our lives way too seriously than we should. I came across this video recently as I was looking for Shambhavi mahamudra. I think it will help. 

 

How to do Shambhavi Mudra Step By Step?

Shambhavi mudra is a very advanced form of yoga and meditation. Unlike other forms, it will take you some time to master all the steps and finally achieve your desired goals. However, once you master it, you will realize that shambhavi mudra is only a matter of practice and now you can do all the shambhavi steps relatively easily. Here is how you can do shambhavi mahamudra steps:

Start by sitting in a meditative pose. You can sit in Padmasana, Siddhasana/Sukhasana, or any meditative pose that you are comfortable with. The place where you practice should be very quiet.

Straighten your head and spine, and pose in Gyan mudra. Your hands should be placed firmly on your kneecaps.

Close your eyes and relax your body including eyes, face muscles, forehead, and even behind the eyes.

Open your eyes gradually and try to fix them at a point. Meanwhile, your body and head relaxed.

Without moving your head, try to look inward and upward. The point that your both eyeballs should be focused on should be the eyebrow center.

If you are performing this step correctly, your eyebrows curve will form a V shape with an apex at your eyebrow center. If a V-shape curve is not formed, your gaze is not pointed inwards and upward correctly.

Do not blink while gazing. Once your eyes get tired or water starts to come out of them, discontinue.

Do it again after a short rest.

When your eyes are closed, do not think about anything. Focus on the darkness that is inside your eyes and mind. If you are unable to do it, you can gradually chant OM to shift your focus on the chanting sound.

Second Stage

Once you complete master these eye movements, you can then use your breath to coordinate shambhavi mudra.

When you gaze at your eyebrows center, slowly inhale. Try to direct your awareness towards the Ajna chakra.

When you gazing upward, hold your breath.

Exhale when you lower down your gaze.

@Buck Edwards thanks for the suggestion. I actually perform the islamic prayer 5 times a day . The part when your head  touches the floor and you connect with God is very very very peaceful and powerful spiritual practice. I highly recommend that to you as well . 

On my original point ..what the worst case scenario?  What the hell is gonna happen to you in the end? You will die in ill repute ? You will get cancer ? You will be impotent?  You will face terrific fear of death on your death bed ?

Just tell me ..why are you afraid of these things ? I'm not saying I'm not afraid of these things ..but we are contemplating together. Tell me ..

@James123 may you live forever.  The wheel of samsara does not stop . You will be back again in a new body at my best guess just how popped into this body out of the blue.

Living forever won't be a problem if between every incarnation your memory of the previous life will get wiped clean. Otherwise eternal existence is eternal suffering.

From the absolute perspective death is not even a fact . Its just something you are imagining. You've been brainwashed to believe in death . I made a post before about this point but people didn't take me seriously and thought that I'm crazy 🤪. 

But see..from the relative perspective your body will die ..but the body is just a warp. The eternal you will never die because it was never born . Can you guess what is ?

Put your hand on the fire, and let go the hand. Death is letting go to entire body. That's all. I died many times, that's how I know. I felt my DNA has died, that's how deep is death, it melts your entire body. Putting the body in the volcano.

Some need to take life less seriously and others need to take it more seriously.

It's about a balance between work and play. If everyone turns to comedian, who will sell you groceries

The problem is that later everything restarts based on the previously constructed patterns, so yes, it is a game, but if you play it wrong you are penalized by repeating the same phase, perhaps in hell, to forge that weak pattern a little and restart it into something with more evolutionary projection.

In my opinion, you have to take the game seriously, because the range of hellish situations is very wide. I personally prefer to avoid them, but it's just a personal idea, in the end who knows?
