Sometimes its just recognized and sometimes not....it doesn't matter because nothing actually needs to happen.

Enlightenment isn't better or worse for a real somebody. Its the recognition that the somebody never was!

Yes sure, the idea of you, but if you break a bone , there is pain right? That's existence. Then, what's the point to remove the illusion of the you? Pain is the same.

I wasn't suggesting removing the illusion of self.......remember its not real. Illusions cant remove Illusions. All that does is perpetuate the illusion further.

Yeah nothing changes with the body in that sense. 

What changes are the mental games of being the big important ME character that needs to do A, B and C to feel comfortable.

It can be subtle.

The underlying tone of the self illusion is always dissatisfaction.

It's not currently recognized how much that unsatisfied energy takes a toll on the body because thats what its used to everyday. 

The energy once used to uphold the self illusion dissipates back into everything. 

Its the freedom longed for by nobody.

The end of feeling incomplete!
