You can lower how obvious it is. But yeah once you see it, it cannot be unseen unless you take something that wipes your memory away lol.

Yes, once you have an Awareness of a certain level it more than likely won't go away, same with Ego death or Awareness, once You see the Ego for what it is (neither good or bad) then a space is created, and mostly never collapses, this is the beginning baby steps of the Spiritual Path...

Solipsism is a bad word, would be better oneness or absence of limits. Solipsism means: the others have not their own conciousness, are just images. That's a belief, just an idea, then it's irrelevant, openenss is not that.
