How to orient Oneself towards Truth?

4 posts in this topic

To orient oneself towards Truth one needs to observe his thought processes and that which observes these thoughts to get rid of the identity imbedded in thoughts. I am talking about the identity that doesn't want to see what is. An identity that has biases, that has agendas, that does not see. I will share some of the things that Characterize this Identity that I observe and that you might relate with:

Hedonistic, fixated on thoughts, emotional turmoil (type of Identification), random (many different directions), foggy, dependent, picky, lacks acceptance of itself (rejecting oneself completely), narcissistic, doubtful, thinks something is wrong with it, selfish, fears rationality, fears thinking, fragmented...…

What is this identity that prevents one from seeing? How to become more serious? How to be free? How to heal myself and others around me and move into my purpose? How to understand Truth, stop wanting it stop needing it just being it.

Be increasingly honest and uncover your motives, assumptions, reactions, etc:

  • What is my experience of X really about?
  • Why do I behave the way I do?
  • What is this (emotion, thought, feeling)?
  • Is it true?

The Fact is Your Body and Mind and whole Life form is full of Truth, so You have to drop all belief systems, calm the mind or have a space btwn what is You and the mind thinking complex patterns and just listen to it, and invibe it, then You will know Truth..

This is why we have tons of methods, the methods get You to the point that you can easily recognize it, right now most ppl cannot recognize it, their minds are too active and they are full of belief systems/conditioning..
