Very powerful video, I think this is a great exercises to open our hearts. I tend to keep my problems to myself, but maybe sharing them could help me and others to see new perspectives.

Anyone can relate or had group therapy?

What bothers me a little is that everyone is like perfectly prepared and articulated and super stylish so it feels like some authenticity is lost there. 

But I still like the video. 

I recently had a project play in theatre about self love where we shared our struggles with self love to the best of our capacities. I didn't do it because I felt like I was selling my soul a little with that but I am questioning that. Sharing in smaller intimate groups/ or with special people might be the best of both worlds.

I can see your point, I feel the fact it is also being recorded, some people try to act more “better and cool” than what they actually are. Still I can feel some rawness in many of their reports. Also the fact that these videos takes time to prepare, I think there is some preparation expected to be done since MILLIONS of people are gonna watch this. Idk I think I would also prepare for what I’m gonna said. I’ve been on group addictions and sure I can tell it is more raw and longer in those meetings.
