Talking about yourself in conversation ('ploughing')

In the How To Get Laid Series - Leo talks about how you have to carry the conversation at the beginning of it when you initiate interaction with a woman. I've been approaching consistently every week for a while now and have improved some what but I still struggle with talking about myself in the conversation and getting a nice interaction going even when the girl likes me and asks me questions.

I guess my approach should be to not think about whether she needs to go or not (I approach primarily in the day) and to just enjoy having a conversation with her as much as I can? I think I just have this limiting belief that I'm being rude or imposing, which I don't think is really true, I try to make the interaction as unforced and natural as possible.

It's a specific area but do you guys have any thoughts on this?
