Rest assured, my stomach is healing boys.

Today I drank coffee again for the first time without pain and just some slight burning. The PPI-therapy + Gluten-free diet seems to have done the trick. Every day its getting better.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions!

Bismuth salicylate can help too. It is an OTC drug that coats the stomach and prevent damage from acid.

It is most likey toy had delayed acid emptying. PPIs can help with that.

Just read today that pectin can also build kind off like a wall in the stomach and protect against intestinal inflammation.

You can eat crushed banana or apples for that.

Did you got checked for a hiatal hernia?
