Sadhguru is very practical in my experience, you just have to be exposed to the methods he shares, which he doesn't generally do online, shambhavi mahamudra is online now and that just happened recently, a powerful practice along with Surya Kriya and Namaskar which balances you with the Moon and Sun, both available at Isha Foundation and very practical...He's just peaking one's interest so they explore further, its called Seeking!!

The thing is he is saying was said in 2018, so his predictions are spot on for the timing for sure...
