What about offering your service to the system, bringing presence into everyday life situation and making the world better place? Living in a cave or meditating 12h per day with money stashed seems like a selfish thing to do, trying to escape the noise, not being able to notice the silence in the midst of it.

@Philipp I’d say what’s the point. You’re on this planet to bear witness to the human experience. 

Spirituality for me facilitates the ability to be more at ease and confident in actualising on the human experience. What you can do as a human is endless really if you have the desire to achieve. 

Having said this I am 30 so I have a desire to live out the human life to the full. Maybe if I live to be 80 then I’d begin to sit and meditate more as I prepare to merge fully with the divine when I die
