An important video about schiophrenia and questions

I have disassociated with God and believe to have caused myself mental torture via fear of death and trauma from a child. I beleive that I may have develeoped schizophrenic states because of this extreme fear and have entered states of madness and am currently in a state of madness. I saw God one day and it made me see what kind of state my mind was in from externally. It seems I have have these problems of self love too as after that experience I thought that God loved me. I know God loves me but often I feel myself crying because I feel the love I was filled with and cannot beleive that non existence isnt a void of nothing forever and that I can take part in non existence. Am I mad? I work and am communicable at work get along with everyone and hold conversations but what I really want is to sit all day with schizophrenic thoughts contemplating God and thanking God for non existence not being non existence. Should I just go outside more and say yes to everything? Is thinking or asking this question to other people madness? Or is questioning is sanity?

I feel I maybe am just releasing previous trauma from the fear of death but I am not sure.

Don't think about anything. There's not such a thing as nonexistence, that's just ideas. Existence is all there is.

There's a saying that it goes like this: God won't give you more than you can handle.

Zen masters used to use the common chores at home to keep calm and stay focused in reality. Remember budha he always recommended the middle way.

I think that's what Sadhguru is pointing to.

Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?

Well it depends on how you define non-existence. 99.9% of humans define existence as appearance. They ignore the underlying non-appearance that also exists. The whole point of the spiritual path is to raise your ability to detect subtlety. This is done by quieting the mind and halting physical activities and staying very still. Do it long enough with enough practice and you can realize that disappearance or the absence of perception, what I like to call the blank...exists.

So yes all there is, is existence, but that has to be realized. Until a human recognizes lack of appearance as also existence then they will always fear death as they believe that if their body disappears that they disappear not realizing that they are not an appearance. They are the lack of all appearance, that eternally appears and since it has no contrast, it never changes.

This is the only major block, attachment to form, attachment to other that keeps fear of death and suffering continuing.

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

Exactly, that's what I was trying to say when I said "Don't think" but you said it better than me. Just being present and paying attention to reality.
