You need to find the balance of the heart and the rational mind. Don't get lost in the absolute, but also don't get lost in the relative. Balance, that's the name of the game. 

You are where you are, accept where you are. If you are in fear, accept that. If you are in confusion, accept that. Just be, just relax and be. 

Enough of the mental masturbation, if it doesn't touch you, if it isn't something you feel within you. Enough of that. 

And it is understandable that you feel there might, in a sense, be some sort of an injustice. Embrace that. 

It doesn't work when you're too realistic, and it doesn't work when you're too idealistic.
