Anything can happen in an infinite universe, including transpeople. 

Ask yourself why someone changing their bodies is interesting to you? Do you feel threatened that your identity is not as solid as you thought? Or do you think your kids will want to be trans and you must intervene somehow?

And then there's the question of why did you do all the "manly" stuff whilst thinking
like a "woman", if that question make sense.
Like, ok I want to be a "woman" but I can't so whilst I am in this body, I will do everything
