There are people that enjoys sweating and love to feel the sensation of an itch. Unconditional love, baby. Uncomfortable for you but might not be for someone else.

So far all I'm hearing is "without pain you can't appreciate joy " cliche in different ways to articulate . As if this is a limitation upon God.  As if God can't create a world better than this with zero pain and max joy .

Without contrast, there can be no experience. A thing can only exist / be experienced in relation to its (perceived) opposite. In other words: Light without darkness is not light, up without down is not up, white without black is not white. In a universe where the only thing that exists is the color white, the color white does not exist because there is nothing to contrast it with. Get it now?

No offense, but it's a hoot how some of you guys on here are trying to reach "enlightenment" / "God consciousness" without even understanding the most basic and fundamental principles of existence. Talk about putting the cart before the horse, sheesh.

I think you need differences not necessarily opposites, you can have the difference between light and lighter or instead light and the sensation of eating potato chips probably because there are elements of each other and many others in both, just putting it in a slightly cooler way, the difference between a cube and a museum or a 2d structure in non-euclidean space(don't even know what that means) and the Palestinian massacre where billions of humans beings were flayed alive and we all celebrated and then we nuked Israel for fun and both sides laughed because that's infinity and contrast.
