Question about Perception

Im playing some music on a bluetooth speaker while window of the terrace is open.

Now...I live in a village 50km from a City, and im thinking of a park in that City where people usually walk their dogs.

If Consciousness is non dual, and Infinitely United, a question opens Up.

Could a person with siddhi powers or profound skilled in consciousness, receive the "music" or listen the music in their consciousness while sitting on the grass of that park right now?

Lets remember my consciousnesss IS NOT listening to the music of that bluetooth speaker. Consciousness itself is producing the music of the bluetooth speaker. 

So basically the consciousness of the person on that park 50km from my house, is actually the same consciousness that is producing the music of the bluetooth speaker.

Everything is God/Consciousness/Mind.

So the person on that park is receiving a limited consciousness information, but lets say that person is a yogui with thousands of hours invested in complex and profound understanding of this dream and consciousness. Would be able to "tune" their consciousness into my bluetooth speaker?

It is not up to the human identity though. It will be based on whether you were gifted that ability.

Or if you are in an helicopter and you can see the park from 10km distance?

If i see the park from the helicopter, when i see It do i create the person from the park? Or they were waiting to "respawn" just like in a videogame, waiting for me to see them?

that analogy proves literally nothing. whether you believe solipsism is true or not, its virtually completely impossible to disprove it. you could swap your consciousness into another human being for an hour and experience their perspective, but solipsism would still hold, because you still did not experience anything outside your own experience.

You're intellectually reasoning that you, the music in the bluetooth speaker, and the person in the park are the same consciousness, which is true.

But you are still presuming that there is an individual consciousness in the person in the park and in yourself, which is why you can't grasp the answer.

You've already said "my consciousness IS NOT listening to the music of that bluetooth speaker" but you are asking if the consciousness of the guy in the park can hear it.

The short answer is No, he can't hear it. And you can't hear it either.
