Additionally this is a self-fulfilling term, and contrary to physical health, in mental health we have to be extra careful in which wording and beliefs we are feeding the mind, and this "illness" paradigm does much more harm than good long term. Even if I can understand what lead the health care system to adopt it in the first place - this creates order and sense of control and that we "know" what we are dealing with. But this is a false assumption ends up worsen the person's situation.

I’ve thought about that exact thing how I feel like you can’t escape like sooner or later every “soul” or whatever is gonna go through the worst hell imaginable and nobody can escape 

 

it doesn’t help to think that tho since all we know is the present life so when you suffer that’s all there is to you doesn’t matter what comes in further lives if that’s a thing

I am “aware” that the question of control is just an illusion.

I don’t worry about future lives no. One can be aware control is illusion maybe conceptually but how that would end worry I don’t see
