As documented in this report, these plasma-like entities have been photographed congregating in the thermosphere above and diving into massive thunderstorms below

These glowing pulsating plasmas in the thermosphere grow in size, replicate, are attracted to, and make contact and intersect one another often releasing kilometers-in-length plasma-dust trails
