This forum can be a time sink and a distraction, but it is not toxic or negative. This is a place to feel less lonely in your personal dev journey. It can be lonely out there.

Every ideology has nuggets of truth. All truths are half-truths. One truths doesn't check mark an entire ideology. 

It's all about appearance and signals. If you wear nice looking and we'll fitted clothing, clean and kempt hair, you smell nice then there shouldn't be a problem.

Blackpill is not 100% truth, it's more like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

What is 100% truth is that in life you're dealt a certain hand, and your outcomes depend on how well you play that hand, not intrinsically on the hand itself.

If you change everything you're capable of changing for the better, you're going to maximize your success in life.

Blackpill is basically a rationalization for not doing the hard work of changing what you can change.

Let's say you're short and ugly.  Can you hit the gym? Yes.  Can you dress well? Yes.  Can you learn how to talk well and be charming, have a sense of humor, learn how to dance, e.g., play a musical instrument? Yes.

Those things get you a long way.

That's the crux of the matter.  You can maximize your potential or give up because it's hard, or you don't feel like it, or you feel entitled not to.

@SeaMonster Beauty standards created the blackpill, you can't change beauty standards in a day, it'll take centuries...

The blackpill guys put in the work and still end up not getting results due to their genetic failure, but I stopped consuming the blackpill as I accepted that reality, no point in crying about it anymore
