I had this only a handful of times. I don't know how I managed to do it. I remember it as very pleasant and non draining. Normal ejaculation and normal orgasm is very draining in terms of energy. But this multiple orgasm thing was not that.  Do you guys have exp with this?

There's probably all kind of hacks you could find, but the bottom line is that as long as you're ejaculating you're depleting your essence. Therefore the only way to perserve you essence is to abstain from ejaculation (semen retention) and instead rely on non-ejaculatory orgasms, which Johnathan also teaches.

Easier said than done, I know. Alternatively you could practice periods semen retention with ejaculatory sex in between, which is what I've been practicing.

PS: Semen retention doesn't mean no sex!

Not possible. Unless you ejaculate so much that you reach a state of constant horniness. In that case you have arousals only. An orgasm is generally accompanied by ejaculation.
