End of Conspiracy Theories

12 posts in this topic

I think the current wave of conspiracy theories started as try to point out many social problems, and ended up in many extreme views; I think there were also many spiritual visions about the better world, and thus, the evilness of the current world. I think the whole presentation of those theories was kind of wrong.

In reality, what the people are - they are far from enlightened. From conspiracy theories, it looks like an evil force is deliberately working to make the world a worser place; in reality, rather there are many very positive people. Being positive includes:

  • They have strong ego. Enlightenment is devoted to overcome this problem and many here have probably went through some kind of ego loss. In case of strong ego you keep an idealistic picture of yourself, and you are assured that you are on very right track. You fake many popular images of being on the right track, which you actually plan to execute tomorrow; in sense that you hide if you fail any spiritual truth, political ethics, business profitability etc. criteria, and use the body language of more successful people. In case your scientific theories are pointed out to be wrong, or your political-ethical views as inconsistent, you feel extreme pain and need to prove that this applies to the person pointing out your mistakes. Talking bad about you or your friends is a crime - and this involves if somebody says they are not ideal. You cannot grow at all, because then, it would be that you agreed that yesterday, you was non-perfect. When you change your views, you pretend that they were such already in the beginning, and "forget" about your past self. Your politics, products etc. are all completely perfect - you are so perfect that others must be wrong, even if your only argument is that they could not prove their thing to you.
  • The circles of positive people are overly protected. If you "hurt feelings" of some of them, for example you have a better ethical guideline than theirs, they bring themselves together and attack you - in given case, they tell you with insulting faces that their ethical guidelines are better than yours, and they try to destroy you financially, break your friendships etc., instead of trying to heal you. So finally you don't have any ethical guidelines at all - you don't need them, you are just overly betrayed and those little good things do not exist in your world, you are not sharing with anybody.
  • In case the positive people do not want to be your friend any more, they also do not want to lose this positivity and their perfect image, so they are friends of your friends and they leave very good impression about your friendships. As they have to drop you very positively, this looks like conspiracy, but it's only a try to keep their ego image intact.

I think Buddhism has overly good views about non-enlightened people and their place in the world. When you start to be enlightened, you are seen as different, ego-breaking person, or worse, more productive than them - if you are better, then their comparative and competitive science shows that they fall. If you make world a better place, then there are more losers, who do not catch you; when technology came, many people were extremely painful about this - when spirituality comes, it's the same. You become better, but the best of some circles, who were proud, become rather dropouts from the latest and most decent; they cannot catch up. So you cannot leave them very good impression, but rather you need to be modest with your public image so that they can live, and enjoy their own little things to make the world a better place, with a pace they can tolerate and catch up.

So it's rather brutal to compare them with the best of us and write down articles about their mistakes compared to this, which, indeed involve creating global problems, trapping the society into narrow views etc. Rather speak about positive people, who do not like to evolve and who betray other people still playing a good game, and looking like they are the best friends - this looks like conspiracy against you, but it's rather a normal process in protecting one's self-image.

What we have as problem is when they cannot tolerate your difference. For example, many people are somehow diagnosed or even on the street, as you can read, just because they believe their past lives were on other planets. Atheist has became very sure that they need to scientifically measure, where was your past life, and that we cannot measure those personality types better than them. This is a financial issue and diagnosis is often also told out with insulting tones - a conspiracy theorist has often much better tone of voice; also this means activities we do not allow to normal people, by doctors. Financial trouble is the same - actually, if you are fired because of the belief that you are from other planet, it's a like a financial murder. In science, happens the same - spiritual person can be very skeptical, but they are kicked out from scientific circles. And, from social circles as well.

Fighting won't do much here; they get a preconception that you are not very realistic, and this becomes true - you cannot be very realistic and live a prosperous life. If you accuse them, they do not see how they project the whole problem and the bad karma to you, which others see as sign of your problem, and they also notice you have such problem with others. If you expect that they follow the ethical and social and legal norms with you, you are expecting something from a stranger - so you are rather demanding something, and thus you are seen weak. Somehow, this is a natural law that you have to stand yourself now, and if you fight your position - your scientific debate and critical view is seen as mere attack, as you are attacking someone's deep-hold views that you are wrong; those people themselves are rather silent about their beliefs, and call those opinions. Arguing is seen as hateful, violent activity. So you cannot argue, and you cannot protect your financial position - you enter a circle of strangers, who really do not want to help you, and socially adequate person would find their own friends. If you want to help the world, you are just asserting that their world, whole world, is false - this is a very big crime to accuse so many people in being underdeveloped, because this is their best world, best of the possible worlds, and they only want to live as their ancestors, not touched by modern developments, and believe what their ancestors believed; or, at leas, what they currently do. If it turns in better direction, many must agree that when they were young, they were wrong, and thus they are wrong. People, who don't like to fight - to have debates, to argue about money etc. -, they have underdeveloped conflict psychology, which tends to create those problems they see - indeed, in case the world gets better, they attack each others for being wrong in the past, and if you make somebody to change, they would agree with their mistakes and get a crime history of being imperfect with others in the past. So the evolution of them is slow and painful process, where they must be very tactful with each others.

So the solution, here, is to forget the conspiracy theories. Those are an attempt to make the world a better place and measure it from higher standards. Also, do not try to form a legal part of circles, who do not want the truth about yourself and your views - you are just a beggar, when you explain your needs. Naturally, you have to find the people, who like to engage into fights with you - debates, arguments about how to be better with each other and fulfill the needs - and who have so developed conflict philosophy that from these battles, love and understanding grows out. Try to create the social circles, which are not too demanding - like living in present. And don't put your arguments where they do not belong, others can live their lives within their current phase of development - instead, when you create a strong circle, you are socially adequate; and when you fulfill your dreams with people, who understand you, you are seen as realistic. This way, you are not being diagnosed - diagnosis is not about the word "spirituality", or any of your views, but those are only the symptoms and potential causes - people, who manage to have strong social circles and be materially stable, they are measured as healthy, and they can have their spiritual hobbies in addition to this; they can write books about spirituality, and as they are seen as healthy members of the society, even atheists read those and take them seriously - they also do not see the weaker people as conspiracy, but they give their advice, and are not painful and attacking when those are not listened; as their own lives are well. Many christians, buddhists, or scientist with spiritual theories are considered healthy, because they have success; the others, with same views, are considered sick, because their lives fail - and then, materialism is provided as the solution, because this addresses this problem. As they give their advice, they cannot prove that they followed this themselves, and they are suspected. This means that you have to heavily base your success in choosing the right people, who are not too demanding - with your spiritual views also, you can be right about the basic points, but you do many mistakes in regards to science, you are not spiritual and skeptical -; with those right people, you do not bother others and you are seen as normal - in some circles, you simply do not talk about your theories and views, but you point out the simple material things like sharing the milk and bread, or building a house, and when you are realistic with those things, you can believe what you want - those beliefs are not seen as dangerous to you. As you can cope with current political and social standards, and do not merely attack an official, you can also believe in better world, or that Heaven will come to an Earth one day.

By this I mean you have to calm down and read the Buddhist life guides. It's hard to tolerate, but somehow we need to neutrally observe and build our own lives, and any kind of conflict - even scientific debate - is a dangerous thing to do. Conspiracy theorist is a revolutionary person, who has ideas of better world and thus makes heavy critics to world today; when people watch this, they get extreme pain about being wrong when they are doing their best - it's like they got no opportunity. Somehow, the enlightened people in the past have seen many people living wrong, but they assert that those are long paths, and those people are in the beginning - you have to lose the restlessness quality of your mind, observe neutrally, whatever horror you see coming from this karma, and build up your own life so that you are listened. Material World is never so ideal, but from some more evolved race, you might be also in Pagan phase of your development. When you concentrate on building your life here and now, and not depend on your future visions about better life and past wounds about how those materialist people kicked you out, but you carefully choose friends who won't leave you when you open your soul and turn out to be idealist (not materialist); and you watch that your material things are OK and you don't make demands to others - and better world is a high demand to be yelled out so easily ..then you can get assertment that you have psychology OK. In the forest, those survive, who build all those things, and those won't survive, who go into social circles, where they do not belong - who go there and tell that they are a part of better, different world. So you need to build this better, different world with your friends and somehow look very calmly, how the others are living in much slower pace and creating destruction in the environment; when you have built up your own life, you have kind of materialist proof for your mind model, and even the spiritual models, when they are materially proven, can be models about material growth of your own, even if you became just famous, and people would study them. Somehow, the healthy psychology is built on them, which can survive in Natural World, and the social spheres, businesses etc. all exist - thus, they are more materialist theories. If you are just being accused by the government that you are rebel and out of your mind, nobody is going to base their success on yours - being rebel and out of your mind just does not seem a successful model of material life.

Also, if you help people to enlighten instead of accusing them in things you figured out with hypersensory perception - you are sticking much more with the facts available for everyone; and you can know that if you are going to make it in better, newer ways, then a positive person will create an obstacle; you need to carefully choose your friends to be sure they are for a lifetime, and remember your deeds when you are old. They need to tell you the truth and not protect their ego picture. With this, you can even have a healthy amount of material friends, who do not need to support you and your idealistic plans, materially - so they cannot tell the doctor and government that they have a material problem with you. You can see, with positive people - all what they do, it is about positive things like money and power, and the natural laws of humans as animals, who would kill the weaker. They think this very easily - you either make money and friends right now, or you do not.

Conspiracy theories arise since people distrust power. they have always been there. Most people who believe in them do so due to ego, or wanting tobe viewed as "more attuned to reality", as much as a legitimate suspicion of authority.

In me once upon the time they appeared, because I could not follow my high morales in society - this was very painful. I had great ideas, but somehow it looked like a conspiracy, how the powers often ignored them.

But this is youth ..on spiritual level, when we are younger, we go much into the trouble, we get more angry when we see the mistake etc.

When we grow older, we get more relax and calm and we start to see the psychological reasons as what they are. We tolerate more when people are messing it up, and understand that such things always happen in material world. With more relax, it's like the seasons of the year. We see that people always saw the similar problems in society - when they went to extreme, they did lead to revolutions, as extreme yang breaks and yin forms; after the revolutions, the same problems came back in new forms. But somehow, we have to build the healthy relationships with people we can trust, and as in Buddhist meditation - we see all kinds of things we don't like appearing and appearing and appearing, but we cannot make a heavy judgement; instead, we need to build something stable, and so small that we can afford it, ourselves, and show how the problems go away; we have to attribute the psychology, which seems to be broken, until we have overcome the anger and fear in ourselves, whatever happens in society, and created a balanced, steady go, which does not care so much to be broken, but helps people when they have questions, and develops the solutions in their own lives so that they can be believed. We cannot respond with anger and pain - I think we have to go through this phase, but one day we see the impossibility of the solution. We see that we are stuck in the future and the past, and we cannot live fullest in the present moment.

There will always be, and every generation had them, but as you get more mature, they fall back to the psychology of people, and not so arrogant ways to help them further slowly, when you can, and to solve those roots in yourself. When you are having conflict, but the other side does not have a conflict psychology - a healthy conflict grows into love and mutual understanding, but this is a hard thing to grow. You cannot grow this unless you go into unhealthy conflicts, but finally you understand that yelling "you are so stupid" is seen rather as arrogance - you have to find something, who is more clever, to help you, if this is the case. If somebody is corrupt and you cannot trust them, you need to grow a healthy material life so that you can be trusted, and you have the material back up to provide anything at all, to have the "real" thing in which people can trust you. If people do not help each others, you need to meditate in yourself to see, whether you are ready to help the people, and you need to grow healthy, helping relationships yourself. Then, people can follow you more safely as you solved every single problem on the way, the real irrational way of the material world as well.

And about positive people - Soviet Union felt, because they became so positive that they needed to depict themselves as perfect, and protect the image of the inner circles. They did also draw better image of their society than they could really afford. Catholic church, they became so positive about their science, that they started to deny the facts, which came from other realms and needed much work to solve the paradoxes and incoherence. The science, now, also protects the academic circles and does not agree with spiritual circles. Aristocrats, they became too sure that they are better and living the right way, so that they became completely empty and meaningless - Pushkin describes this very well about Russian aristocrats. Christ and Socrates were killed, because people were proud of their society. Revolutionaries were killed, but people, who lived modestly and had a healthy yin element to accept material element, building their social circles and wellbeing - they survived. My family was once rich Russian aristocrat - they learnt from this revolution that in life, you need to have a healthy strategy combined of many things; when you grow extreme high in money and power, you won't survive. So the people, who we talk about, when we think of conspiracy theories - indeed, they have gone too far. But realistically, we too, we have gone too far. Every thing, which becomes so positive - so yang - will break, more or less on it's own, when the time comes. People, who managed to be modest and flow with the life - they survive.

Young, they always have battles and duels. Once upon a time, they were physical. Now they are spiritual, political, scientific - but as dangerous in modern terms. Once you grow up, you calm down and become more relaxed, and this is where the "life starts", you gain some wisdom, not pure anger.

When I was a teenager, I used to LOVE conspiracy theories. It was right around the time that the documentary "Zeitgeist" came out. And me and all my close friends watched it.

And we would all just smoke weed and nerd out on this or that or the other conspiracy. So we'd be like "What if bugs aren't actually real and are just spy cameras from the government?" or "What if the world is ACTUALLY flat?"

And we had so much fun and bonded over these conspiracy theories because it gave us an illusion of heightened empowerment over the corruption in the world and it brought us closer together as a group because we felt like we were solving mysteries together and that we were some of the few who even thought to question things.

And it led into all of this other discussions of whether aliens are real and whether they've been here or not. And then we'd go, "Just wait until they dig up an ancient computer in Egypt." And we'd get downright giddy at these ideas.

The problem is that all conspiracy theories eventually end up in bigoted territory... and ultimately give a false sense of "fighting the power" whilst real power goes unchecked.

But the thing that makes conspiracy theories so attractive to people is that they're used as a social bonding strategy. There's so much intimacy and wonderment to be had with friends that you share belief in a conspiracy theory with. It's like being kids together and using your imagination to ping pong ideas off of one another to solve some glorious mystery.

So, until we create better outlets for social bonding through shared imagination... conspiracy theories are here to stay.

The question with conspiracies is this - was it created by a cabal of elites or opportunistically used by them. In other words, was it a conspired into existence or a natural consequence of life that was later conspired around to take advantage of it.

The two extremes are that every major event was conspired into creation or that no conspiracy is possible because the worlds too big and random + a world where a evil cabal exists is too scary to confront and fathom leading to learned helplessness.

Truth lies somewhere in the middle - some events are conspired into existence and other times powerful people conspire around events already set in motion by the randomness of life. Countless hours can be spent discussing conspiracies but ultimately whichever the case - the weaponisation of something rather than the creation of it is bad enough to attribute some responsibility and ill intention and put a spotlight on.

It’s pretty obvious what goes on in the world.

I don’t know how people think they are going to awaken beyond the ego if they can’t see what’s really happening. 🤡

I don't really believe that no bugs exist, because I'm getting a connection with bugs. My charkras with bugs are more and more opening. And I really don't believe that world is flat, but I believe that it appears as flat body locally, so it's not really non-flat neither for us, humans.

You seem to look conspiracy theories with humor and healthy emotion, so I don't really have anything with yours. I have seen people getting broken, fighting with someone, and being fought back, and I start to feel that these things are in unhealthy condition; those energies should be transcended somehow to work in a positive fashion. This is my point. Here the people, who have some positive attitude with conspiracy theories, I think they have other working solutions and I don't care about them much. I care about people, who lose their jobs and connections, because they are fought back by something very strongly, and I think the enlightened attitude for solving those problems should be more calm and balanced somehow - so these are the people whose problems I solve. By Zen tradition of life, they have different attitude about how to "fight" or "let live" the less enlightened people, who seem as conspiracies.

I think the more healthy and realistic conspiracy theories were replaced by "elite" with their own theories, which seem more mad and create illusions about what the initial battles were about - they were less crazy and more legally bounded to some peaceful solution. I think they somehow got more crazy.

"Evil cabal" is not bound to win, it's bound to destroy itself - but it won't do as long as people are hysteric and fighting, because they are no better than them.

Yes I think they gonna see themselves and that's why we don't need those theories so much any more; indeed we are more adult, which means less fighting and more calm - about those theories. Different people live differently and it's more healthy when we build up all the relationships, which are more or less free of those "conspiracies".

I think what people are going to see is a bunch of psychological problems, and indeed misunderstandings from both sides or all sides, which appear as if conspiracies are created against some - but it's more important to rely your hopes and dreams on people, who have good chemistry with you, and less to fight for change in people, who have bad chemistry; there are other people their friends, who can play their games indefinitely and who have no problem, when they solve them with their own karmic cycles.

The actual problems, like creating climate problems, which affect all - first you need to know that you create your own climate more or less, it's also an aspect of karma that it has also the personal effects even in matters, which affect global climate; second, those problems need to be fought one by one, based on factual data and theories, which are generally acceptable; this dissolves into everyday fighting the people are doing.
