Breathwork (Holotropic / Shamanic)

Anyone here who practice HB? Do you practice it on a regular basis? In your personal experience, what benefits did it provide you?

I used to do Wim Hof Breathing and would love to go back to it again! The lessons of doing that method actually helped me during a psychedelic trip when I was feeling overwhelmed.

Do both approaches, end up like Joe and Wim, both love to drink and get drunk and act like 18yrs when they are in their 50's and above.. These sorts of practices, and mindfulness as well, is like driving a car that has a standard transmission and you only drive it in 1st gear, you don't use reverse, you don't use the other 4 or 5 gears ever, and you drive like this for the rest of your driving career...

I'm sorry but what are you trying to say? Who is Joe? Joe Rogan?

I am talking about Holotropic breathing which was founded by Stanislav Grof.
