How does semen retention affects you?

I've been practising semen retention for the last 4 years from time to time (usually 7-14 days) and here is how it affects me:

Positive

+ I become very confident and assertive with women

+ My communication is more direct (even too direct sometimes)

+ It's easier to approach women 

+ Default state of happiness increases 

+ Regular activities bring more pleasure 

+ Gym feels awesome 

+ I become more sensitive and emotional (I can cry easier if I see something beautiful or cute) 

+ It's easier to do boring things 

+ I become more conscious and my mind becomes sharper 

 

Negative:

+ I become aggressive and I want to fight with guys

+ I feel some kind of emotional pain when I see hot girls

+ Waves of horninnes make it harder to concentrate 

 

What is your experience with semen retention ?

Copy paste that, I guess, minus the sensitivity, plus the waves of horninnes and especially lack of focus. ~7 days average.

This is all just an illusion. Try for 1+ year straight and all of these will disappear. Or you will just get used to it.

I don't see any objective reason of doing semen retention for that long. Why would you do that for a year, I'm curious?

Because I wanted to see what happens. After 2,5 years of not masturbating at all, nothing special really happens. Those superpowers are just imagination. My discipline is over the top though. I also stopped smoking, drinking, eating sugar, etc.

There is nothing wrong in general. I just felt depressed and tired every time I ejaculated. I also have autoimmune disease/weak liver and it helps me with my symptoms.

I respond kind of in the same way as you.

Only thing is that I believe the moment you force it it becomes like a hassle to not to fap and one gets angry/frustrated.

When naturally semen retention occurs is when things get really interesting. It means you are doing something really interesting with your energies. 

Even if you are not transmuting energy the healthy way would be ejaculating once every 10-12 days. As long as you don´t have a gf of course. lol

i love it. i did 165 days of nofap last year. however i had sex 3 times during that time. and wet dreams are unavoidable imo. 

but overall; an reduced dopamine addiction. not just in terms of the need to fap / watch porn, i also find it easier to stay off junk food and unhealthy shit, easier to stay off my phone, social media etc.

A drastic increase in my energy levels

overall incredible feeling of well being in my body. its like the cells in my body are cheering and dancing.

more confidence, easier to approach girls

i dont know what it is, but eye contact seems so much stronger as well.

nowadays i do nofap as much as possible. however i find that when i drink alcohol, i always end up fapping if i dont get laid lol. so alcohol is the killer for me, it makes me screw all my good habits

@FourCrossedWands i will say yea you get used to it, but that doesnt invaldiate the effects at all. an alcoholic gets used to feeling like shit, that doesnt mean you should become an alcoholic

if your body and mind functions more optimally your life will always turn out the most optimal

If you want to eliminate the negative effects, then you should engage in some sort of highly creative and intellectual endeavor.

All this horniness is that untapped energy trying to find expression in the form of aggression and horniness. For me, it's not semen retention, even if you are thinking about sex.

While you are practicing semen retention or no fap, you should simply move on with life as if nothing is happening is out of the order. Else you are still fighting with the untapped sexual energy which kinds of defeats the purpose.

Express the energy creatively that you have no time to express in low level ways.
