mrgirl had a ridiculous video made about him by Turkey Tom, just like Leo.

Just watched the video....don't know anything about mrgirl but it doesn't look good...

tbf the video made on Leo didn't make him look good either, but I've watched the majority of Leo's vids beforehand so his view of him didn't phase or make me question anything about Leo. Idk what I would think if I didn't know anything of Leo beforehand though.

A lot of the stuff in the video is just inaccurate or lies. And other stuff out of context.

The Leo video is more sympathetic because the accusation isn't that he's a child rapist sympathizer or something, just a cult leader.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with tinnitus whatsoever. In fact you can even develop it to be less noisy and more harmonious/musical.

It (Nada, sound) is (begun to be heard as) of ten kinds. The first is Chini (like the sound of that word); the second is Chini-Chini; the third is the sound of bell; the fourth is that of conch; the fifth is that of Tantiri (lute); the sixth is that sound of Tala (cymbals); the seventh is that of flute; the eighth is that of Bheri (drum); the ninth is that of Mridanga (double drum); and the tenth is that of clouds (viz., thunder). He may experience the tenth without the first nine sounds (through the initiation of a Guru).

The Yogi should always listen to the sound (nada) in the interior of his right ear. This sound, when constantly practiced, will drown every sound (dhvani from outside …. By persisting … the sound will be heard subtler and subtler. At first, it will be like what is produced by the ocean (jaladhi), the  cloud (jimuta), the kettle-drum (bheri), and the water-fall (nirjhara) . … A little later it will be like the sound produced by a tabor (mardala, or small drum), a big bell (ghanta), and a military drum (kahala); and finally like the sound of the tinkling bell (kinkin), the bamboo-flute (vamsa), the harp (vina) and the bee (bhramara).

When air (prana) enters the Brahmarandhra, nada (sound) is also produced there. resembling at first the sound of a conchblast (sankha-dhvani) and like the thunder-clap (megha-dhvani) in the middle; and when the air has reached the middle of the head, like the roaring of a mountain cataract (giri-prasravana)  Thereafter, 0 great wise one! the Atman, mightily pleased, will actually appear in front of thee. Then there will be the ripeness of the knowledge of Atman(Divine) from Yoga and the disowning by the Yogi of worldly existence.

Let him close the ears with his thumbs …. This is my most beloved Yoga. From practicing this gradually, the Yogi begins to hear mystic sounds (nadas).  The first sound is like the hum of the honey-intoxicated bee (matta-bhrnga), next that of a flute  (venu), then of a harp (vina); after this, by the gradual practice of Yoga, the destroyer of the darkness of the world, he hears the sounds of ringing bells (ghanta) then sounds like roar of thunder (megha).

Yeah I’m pretty sure my 2 best friends who have it would laugh at me if I said this to them…especially since one of them isn’t spiritually-oriented.

One of them got tinnitus from going to lots of loud concerts, one of them got it supposedly from covid…and she has numerous other complications from that covid experience like only being able to sleep a few hours at most each night…sounds like brain inflammation?

Wondering how those different methods of getting it would affect the outcome of trying Leo’s method.

It's just the chini-chini part of the nada.

I was able to turn my noisy static sound into a more musical beautiful intonation.

Often I used to hear a loud racket of crickets all the time, and I would often wonder if there were many crickets around.

It (Nada, sound) is

The nada sound is present in everyone, but most ignore it or haven’t tuned into it before. Tinnitus is totally different, it’s not the musical and usually white-noise-sounding tone of the nada sound, it’s an audible ring, sometimes even with computer-like static sounds and changing tones that are generally very annoying.

Just saying they’re 2 different things

I never suffered from severe tinnitus or even enough to be annoying but it was mild and noticeable (got it from listening to loud music but it was made worse by LSD and 5-MeO-DMT) and I distinctly remember pregnenolone actually getting rid of it completely, albeit temporarily.

Leo, what is the cure you found? Was it pregnenolone?

Edit:

Nvm, saw it is listening to the Tinnitus Mix audio file with a high quality playback device / headset for hours. I’d try it if my tinnitus wasn’t so mild as to be an absolute non-issue. Thanks Leo. When are you coming out with the “part 2” that you mention in your blog?

Btw, that Tinnitus Mix sounds almost exactly like the psychedelic-induced tinnitus I used to suffer from (the way I described it above, as “an audible ring, sometimes even with computer-like static sounds and changing tones that are generally very annoying,” was before even listening to the mix or knowing about it, and it pretty much describes how the mix sounds, lol) — I don’t suffer from any significant tinnitus now, but don’t know what fixed it… maybe pregnenolone, probably just time.

No, the nada sound is not different. When the nada is actually audible it sounds audible.

A lot of annoyance is just people wanting to keep their position in the ordinary position.

I’ve experienced both, they certainly can be extremely different. Nada sound can be deafening yeah but for me it didn’t sound nearly as “computerized” (for lack of a better description) as tinnitus.

I think if it feels digital or cold it's very early stage.

The crickets or buzzing bees and bells and high-pitched tones the old texts talk about are tinnitus.

There's also the thunder sound or low-pitched muffled rumbling, which is from the pressure and soundwaves moving through the body, and bloodflow by the ears.

Both of those things are the nada.
