Dry, wrinkly eyes for many years now

20 posts in this topic

Although it does get irritated by heaters, dust etc, even if I dust my entire apartment and keep it well ventilated... this helps, but I still can't get rid of it completely.

Is there any way this could be dietary related at all?

Any advice?

It's like dry eye lids/space around the eyes, it's lead to bad dehydration lines which make part of my face look like a 60 year old.

I've tried moisturisers but they often just do nothing or burn me.

Could be allergies.

See eye doc for special eye drops that alleviate allergies.

Allergies could be from food or environment.

Eat pure raw honey. Aldo put on your face to help with the appearance of fine lines and dehydration.

Lol.

No, sometimes i say normal things.

You saw that I was normal/calm, right? (despite the lethargy i had, and that I'm actually a scam who often uses google translate)

I can stop talking about pro-anxiety stuff like endocrinology, actually it was a part of my insomnia cure.

You clearly have a dust mite allergy. Ventilation is not enough. Wash all bedsheets and clothes at least once per week in super hot temperatures, get air purifiers, there are different pillow cases to starve them off, etc.

Get tested and learn the protocols.

These mofos are everywhere . They feed on our dead cells and their poop is everywhere around your house if the circumstances are right

Nor sure what type of skin and some oils can clog pores. Black seed oil is great. Even for allergies so I would recommend, also Oil of Oregano.

I've had it for years. Mine was caused from stress and then focussing on the driness and that caused them to get nore dry.

@Leo Gura @Michael569

It's more so the skin around the eyes, rather than eye balls themselves. They get a dry, red flakiness to them.

I've also noticed that for a while I've had a diminished sense of smell and a poor appetite which I've had to manage through consuming things like nuts and medjool dates to bulk up my calories, to make sure I'm getting enough as my appetite is inconsistent. Exercising helps a bit with this, but I remember times where I'd not be hungry much at all throughout my day, but wake up at like 4.30am considerably hungry.

I mention stuff like this to the doc but they just sometimes focus on a couple of the things I mention and don't consider the others, or just say it could be depression or stress lol.

Yes, that can be allergies.

Go see an eye doctor. They know this kind of stuff.

It sounds totally like allergies. First step is strip your house of any carpets, no carpets anywhere in places you spend time in.

The doctor will do tests on you. It will show you that you are allergic. Desensitization therapy takes years and doesn't always work but still works for many people. Medicine is terrible, it will make you so sleepy and tired. There are many kinds of medicine, but for me they all make me sleepy, some people claim some are better than others, you would have to try them out.

The best solution right now, apart from getting rid of the carpets is to buy some air cleaner, I know Samsung makes cleaners with hepa filters for allergic people. Assuming the tests will come out positive for allergies.

I am getting air purifiers soon, better bedding, hoover with a Hepa 13 filter. Hopefully this works.

I'll mention it to my GP.

@ZenAlex I would get the tests at the doctor's office, before getting the air purifiers. xD They are cheap and quick, no reason to act on the pricier things so fast. It might be allergies, it might be not.

You mean a ophthalmologist? But they seem to deal specifically with the eyes themselves, not skin irritation issues, that sounds more like a dermatologist I need.
