Well thats the question, can they?

If they want to try they can.

If Bibi can pull off making Iran more friendly, free and democratic without spilling that much blood, i’ll tip my hat to him for once.

If they drag Europen into a war though then i’ll be really really pissed and very angry.

The world should step in to pressure the US to stop facilitating Israel to the extent it is. When the child is being unruly, it’s the parent that other parents in the room go to. In this case America has given Israel a free pass to do as they please for far too long.

When they call on Israel to de-escalate, ceasefire and clean up their conduct and then go on to send billions despite Israel never listening - that becomes an unhealthy habit of behaviour that becomes a moral hazard for Israel itself.

Some amongst the US elite even wish to use Israel as a Middle Eastern political battering ram, to see Israel escalate against Iran but who will bear none of the costs or pay the blood price for their neocon fantasies. If America didn’t unconditionally back Israel, Israel wouldn’t do what it’s doing and we wouldn’t be where we are.

Well stand by because WWIII is a lot closer than it was even a few months ago.  But alas, this attack from Iran was foiled by the Israeli's defenses with the help of it's allies....it's allies...so the US is supporting Israel but does not support further proactive aggression.  They do not support a counter strike on Iran now.  However I think the chips are already on the table - the sides have been chosen and for good reason.  This is so obvious i can't believe i have to say this but the US is not simply going to drop Israel as an ally.  If it did that it would be perceived as supporting Iran and it doesn’t for reasons it has already expressed.  So ultimately it will come down to Iran backing down or a more wider struggle.

So as far as criticizing the US i think you can't because they are Israel's ally - they can't force Israel's hand in this even Vance said that in the debate for you right wingers.

And there are allies on both sides so I'm sure Iran would do whatever if it had a superpower behind them.   God knows what. So why don't they?

Don't hate the player hate the game.

@Heaven

You are buying way too much into right wing propaganda my friend.  If you believe that there wouldn't be war had Republicans stayed in office.   It was just how time unfolded.  You could just as easily say that Trump's presidency had no wars because of the previous administration.

Christians lived there for Millennia too and originated there. They could also claim it.

For 300 years and they have a right to be part of Israel if they feel connection.

Regime change in Iran is the worst idea since regime change in Iraq.

But most of the Iranian people want this to happen though you don't know how much they hate the regime here.

And they also are cheering for Israel to keep on doing what it's doing just because it might lead to regime change in Iran.

Just the other night the message from Netanyahu to Iranians had way more likes on twitter than the tweets of the supreme leader of Iran in fact mostly the mentions under the tweets of the supreme leader of Iran are hateful messages from Iranian people and insults and jokes to him and his regime.

We've heard this nonsense before Iraq.

If you support invading Iran, I will support invading Israel and overthrowing all the Zionists.

I am from Iran really this is the case trust me.

Most of Iranians really hate our regime here.

Although the regime calls most of the people ignorant and naive and deceived by the enemy.

But most of the people do really hate the regime and are on Israel's side tbh.

Aren’t they (Iranians) scared that regime change might just end up in decades of civil war and not "happily ever after"?

There will be pros and cons to weigh. Iraq is it's own situation.  And there you have the false intelligence of WMD tainting the US' decision.   But what if that intelligence had been correct.   Also you end, in that case, a brutal dicatorship responsible for human rights abuses and a force in the region that caused destabilization.  Yes it could give rise to groups like ISIS and internal turmoil leading to loss of life.

At the end of the day did removing him from power make things better?  Well, what would you do about Trump if he got in power?

Your views on Trump are no different than @Atb210201 are only he's living it.

Why don’t we have some armed militants come to where you and your family lived for 100s of years, kick you out, and then you can tell us?

That was a gradual escalation of both sides since 1920s.

No they are just fed up and say whatever happens is better than this.

Don't you dare start with this. Invading Iran is a garbage idea, not to mention illegal and immoral.

If Iranians want to change their government they are welcome to do so. Not Israel. Not America.

If Israel invades Iran then I will support death to Israel. The bias here is just shameless.

That’s fair.
And maybe the US learned 1 or 2 things from the Iraq debacle and can regime change a tad bit better now.

This is true. Jews now have a majority there. Through stolen land and colonialism. What to do about it? I have no clue.

The real argument here is one's personal psychology being projected on the issue against the other's personal psychology being projected on the issue. So lets put the issue aside and just talk about daily life.

That's the thing though.

Right now as I'm seeing it they want Israel to do it for them although not everybody there are some groups who are against this but still want regime change and there are also some other groups that don't want regime change but change in the policies of the regime and there are also some groups that are supportive of the regime totally.

But as I'm seeing it right now mostly people are pro Israel and even want Israel to do it for them because they are enemies with the regime so the enemy of their enemy is their friend.

I don't have good feelings about USA or Israel changing the regime for Iran though I don't know.

But most people certainly are in that state here.

Maybe it’s just your bubble and not most people. I know a few years ago there was an uprising/protests because of violence against women, hijabs, womens rights, oppression etc. sad stuff i was hopeful.
