How can you trust the human knowledge?

There is no then there are no when they saw or decided. You are hearing sounds and making up stories and feelings about them.

It is snowing outside grab your coat.

You are making up that the top one dosent make sense and the bottom one does. Both are the same.

Ego makes up that you need language. It is good but you can learn without it you are not in control of your brain you are observing the brain.

 

What about the mind/brain? İsn't that an illusion also?

Concepts point to realities. There are more precise concepts, others completely wrong. There are sincere people and lying people, it is important to be able to detect them. 

What we seek is to go through the human psyche and open ourselves to the limitlessness that we are, and to achieve this, some ideas help and others are an obstacle

You can’t really trust human knowledge exactly 

but, you can cross the bridge on your way to work, trust expiry dates, and take your chances sky diving. 
 

but, can you trust Harvard/ Stanford research? Nah
