  1. Insightful article by Sister Jayanti of the Brahmakumaris on transforming negative patterns to positive ones using meditation as a tool. https://www.khaleejtimes.com/lifestyle/mental-health/gen-z-and-eco-anxiety-how-introducing-meditation-in-school-curriculums-can-help-combat-the-mental-h
  2. I seek to find the core and source of consciousness that generates reality and figure out a way to let it transform me from the inside out. All meaningful change happens through this process, as the alternative is mechanistic repetition and unconscious continuation of pre-established ideas/patterns (I don't want to dismiss that approach of course, maybe building momentum and slowly integrating is necessary not to overstimulate the body and build a foundation but still). The body forms itself inside out, growing from a single undivided cell into the complex, intelligent, specialized, interdependent system that it is today. It continues to create structures and experiences, with conscious experience corresponding to various parts of the brain expanding and interconnecting. But what I seek is to access the process which makes it happen, and my psychedelic experiences point me towards consciousness retroactively upgrading the brain as its physical counterpart and sensory connector in order to account for and understand a greater portion of reality. You might say that Leo already made a video about this and it's the concept of going Meta and that is definitely a powerful way to do it. But I feel like there has to be even more to it or maybe that within the concept of going Meta, there is more room for expanding the understanding of that concept, of what it means to go Meta and understanding Meta² or Meta-Meta. How can I instead of transcending paradigms through Non-Duality as I currently do, access and utilize that experiential feeling inside of me which leads me to become aware and want to go Meta and integrate it into my awareness and make it a default action and state of operating. There are many limitations within that stop us from living our best lives by being stuck in paradigms, maybe there is a point to it, maybe self-deception is just ignorance, maybe its the natural process of evolution that propels us into greater self-understanding and a healthier way to engage in existence, maybe we specifically chose to be as limited as we are in order to experience and appreciate activities that would make no sense from a higher perspective. But low consciousness leads to a lot of suffering, as we see in the world and ourselves, and I realized how my very own ideas and desires lead me to suffer needlessly, chase never attainable pleasure and hedonism, get me stuck and at odds with people and slow my progress towards my passions and the things that I find meaningful. One might say, I'm supposed to learn through physical experience and learn through suffering, but Sadhguru himself says that this human machine is the most sophisticated thing on the planet and we haven't even bothered reading the user's manual, so that's exactly what I want to do. Of course gaining experience through action is a fundamental part of it, but why should I chase random societal desires and karmic tendencies that I don't even authentically want when I haven't even figured out the fundamentals of my human existence and am simply adopting a local paradigm of blind faith, perpetuating negative tendencies in the process of aping after others because that's all I'm exposed to. I've been so unhealthy in the past, the self-understanding I have now would have saved me a lot of trouble, mindless repetition, ego games and stubbornness. I have wondered what about psychedelics made me tune into the experiences they create, one thing being that I'm overflowing with love, another that my limitations dissolve, another that the need for external validation disappears, another being fearlessness, another being transcending shame through self-compassion and understanding, another being the peace of mind that spawns curiosity, another one being the release of trauma and energetic barriers, another one being authenticity, yet another taking responsibility, and at this point its basically just speedrunning the concepts from the titles of all of Leo's videos. But I don't wanna rely on Leo's videos, I want to find out how to get into the state of mind that generates these insights and figure out what its source is, the healthiest configuration, the source of creation and imagination, the peak of kundalini, the state of mind that lets me shed my skin and be reborn and transformed from new energy updating my body from the inside out. I want to access the link between the immaterial and perceived materiality, the feeling of conscious intent when moving a hand, formulating a thought, taking a cold plunge, presence, awareness, energy, transformation.
  3. Transgender transformations are mindfucking. Like what??? 280lbs muscular wrestler turns into a woman. What!!!! The contrast is so huge. LIke? How can you have a feminine mind, yet at the same time, embody and develop your masculine traits, whilst also wanting to be a woman this whole time???
  4. We are here to have experiences. We are already all there is. The ego is an expression of the All. The one true Source. This is why it manifested itself as a human being so it can experience what it's like to be human. Why are we trying to accomplish ego death when, to me, it seems like an impossible task as it is merely a mental construction. Why are we trying to become a "nobody" when that is not the reason for our existence. We as humans are limited but we stem from the unlimited so we can have the experience of what it's like to be limited. This is not our true nature. Most of us recognizes this and as long as we know this to be true and keep that running in the background can't we just allow for the Universe to flow through us and allow it to manifest through us as it pleases instead of trying to become unlimited - we are already inherently unlimited by nature and are just playing roles. Isn't Source seeing it's reflection through us and all we need to do is remove all the faulty and conditioned layers we have constructed for ourselves and work towards seeing ourselves as Source sees itself in order to live a more fulfilling life. That's transformation, not death. Trying to kill the ego is like trying to kill God as God is the Ego because God is everything, Can someone make this make sense to me because I'm not understanding why we are even trying to accomplish this. Why not just aim for it's transformation and transform it into something beautiful.

  6. The model "levels of transformation" explains how different stages will need different approaches to improve in life. I feel like this model describes the evolution of your behavioral drivers for improvement. Basically, the lower you are on the scale, the lower your energy will be, and the unhealthier your driver for improvement will be. At the same time, you can't jump up more than 1-2 levels, as it would be too far from where you currently are, and wouldn't be effective. The levels from "worst" to "best" so we all have them in front of us: PS - He talks about those in his videos plenty of times, so I'm not divulgating some paid secret material. Apathy Grief Fear Anger Courage Desire Purpose Love He says this model is original to him. This is quite different from spiral dynamics. I think it maps an entirely different aspect of the psyche, although higher spiral levels may gravitate toward higher "transformation levels". Do you know other resources that could help understand this model? Maybe some other psychological models that are similar, or some other principles that explain this evolution in other terms and more detail. My question for you, please only answer if you have some well-thought opinions and ideally experience. What's your experience with the model? What's your opinion and why? Did you actually find it practical and effective? I'm especially talking about the model and how you progress through the levels, not about the "letting go" technique.
  7. It's an anime. Warning: it's a tear-jerker Search: Bakemono No Ko or The Boy and the Beast. In the beginning of the movie, you have the narrator implying that raising children is a big responsibility; this is expected of someone who wants to become a grandmaster in the fictional world of Jumangi. Watch how the two main characters––Red and Kumatetsu–– emotionally transform throughout the movie. And the grandmaster takes notice, wisely stating that they helped each other transform as interdependent parts. The movie is also a cool showcasing of the concepts of the hero's journey and psychological shadow as well. Enjoy!
  8. Sometimes the best gains come from long periods of not really caring about training, but going through the motions of training... just as an activity you've habituated yourself to. A primary reason for this phenomena is the lack of the significant mental stress and adrenal fatigue that would come with elevated motivation. So if you've been caught in a cycle of falling off the wagon (e.g. training for 2 months and then quitting for a year, repeat...), this could be an effect of your assumption that motivation has to be present to train. Meaning, once your motivation to train goes away, you stop training. You might even think, "If only I could stay motivated to train for the rest of my life, then I would certainly reach and even surpass my goals!" The thing is, motivation never lasts like that -- it may have been assumed to, but that's a false assumption. And again, perhaps serendipitously, lack of motivation actually slightly helps your results, assuming you still go through the motions and train somewhat hard. So basically my advice is: use the motivation to train as the fleeting opportunity that it is to solidify a habit, before the motivation, just as expected, disappears for a while. So then, when it disappears, you'll know that it's actually normal to continue rather than quit the training. The motivation may even come back (in fact it probably will), but it is always temporary. When the motivation disappears, you can do the training in its allotted time, while in general you're focusing on more important things. Many people already know at least the core of this. In fact it is known on some level by basically everyone who has trained at least once every 7-12 day period of their life for the past many years. Nothing particularly noticeable happens in less than 12-20 weeks.
  9. Turns out to be the case, that all you ever longed for, all you ever wished for, all you ever hoped for, all you ever dreamed of, all you ever loved, all you ever wanted, and all you ever cared about is ALREADY HERE. It is YOU. Realizing this happens gradually through spiritual development. The more spiritually developed you become, the more happy and fulfilled you become. Because you realize that fulfillment and happiness is what you are. Also you realize that the "you", that suffered and was tortured by its circumstances was always an illusion and actually doesn't exist. In the same way all problems are illusory. There is no other "solution" to life. People search for happiness through money, success, sex, power, status, reaching goals, becoming "better", ... This can never work though, because it goes against the absolute Truth, which is: that happiness and fulfillment is already the case. You may succeed in creating a superficial facade of happiness and a "good life" and you might even fool yourself in believing that what you have now is the real deal... It is not. What you are doing is window dressing. What the world needs is not more people with money, sex and success. It needs happy people. Peaceful people. People who are truly fulfilled. Join me on my way of becoming that!
  10. Tulsi Gabbard, who was previously allied with Bernie Sanders and identified as progressive, is now a contributor on Fox News, working with Tucker Carlson, who has extreme far right views. How could someone shift their political beliefs so dramatically in such a short time?
  11. Welcome to my Journal! You are reading a 40 day journal of my journey of quitting smoking cigarettes. I am glad that you cared enough to start giving this a read. It is gonna be fun for you all and me I suppose. Day 1 - I had been thinking about quitting smoking for a while now. And yesterday a new Vision of what life I can design for myself came into my mind. So to actualize that vision, the first challenge I am willing to go through is quitting smoking. I have been a moderate to heavy smoker from past 4 years. From smoking a pack per day to stopping smoking to again smoking 5 cigs per day to QUITTING SMOKING DEFINITIVELY. This is going to be fun. I am already enjoying the thrill of the idea of fighting cravings-having self awareness-maintaining integrity with my decision-living to my max. The reason for why I am quitting smoking- Because this is not Who I Am. This is not What I choose to be. I am a non-smoker. So here's something inspiring which I wrote to help me and others who want to quit smoking. Quitting Smoking is Easy. Here's how: Remember the thousands of times you have already quitted smoking cigarettes. Whenever you take your last puff of the cigarette, you have quitted smoking. See. It's that simple. I was telling you. Whenever you are not smoking you have quitted smoking. And it is certainly more number of hours than while engaged in smoking. Smoking is hard, quitting is easy. Infact starting to smoke is hard. The first cigarette you smoked, remember how hard it was. You were pressured by your peers, right? Maybe not directly but indirectly. You smoke whenever you are stressed out or bad mood. So starting to smoke is a difficult process. But notice while smoking when do you get the most pleasure? When you are taking in the puff or when you are exhaling out the smoke? It's nothing a game of contrast we are playing with ourselves. First we do a hard thing- which is start smoking. Then to find relief we quit smoking. Quitting Smoking is cool. Smoking is hot. Here's how: Don't we feel burning sensation while we inhale the smoke? A slight throat irritation. Then how come anyone thinks smoking is cool? Quitting is what is actually cool. When you quit smoking, you become cool. Thoughts are settled. Then we function in a cool way rather than with stress and pressure. Cigarettes smoking is neither bad nor good. It is what it is. It just depends on what you want. Quitting smoking attracts women/healthy relationships/desires. Here's how: Firstly you have more money to spend on dates, buying her gifts, or on your desires etc. Secondly we spend more time with them rather than cigarettes. It's like breaking up with a less fulfilling to a more fulfilling relationship. We dont smell bad when we quit smoking. Also after quitting, no secretly wondering whether she is ok with smoking or not. Quitting smoking makes you rich. Here's how: More time for work. More productivity due to improved health. More productive work=more money. So it's been 6 hours since I last smoked and I am doing fine. That's it for now. Thanks for reading. Your view is acting as a support to me. Keep actualizing!
  12. I have been reading tiny habits by BJ Fogg & finding it super interesting. Going to keep myself accountable by putting all the habits I am doing on a consistent basis on this journal. Going to start Tiny for behaviour change to happen. I am going to be using the MAP model to incorporate healthy habits for myself.
  13. Decided I am going to make an online journal for my own personal growth. I typically spend a lot of my time procastinating during my days, sitting around all day feeling numb while being addicted to digital devices. I want this to be a new beginning for me, I have been mentally masterbaiting in the self help world for years now. It just makes you feel worse as you know what you should be doing but don't take action. I am going to come up with a set of goals that I would like to achieve & take daily action on it. I have not experienced much of life & don't really find many things that I am passionate about. I hope this journal will help me try to see reality in a more optimistic way. As of late I have been dealing with a ton of self sabotage/negative thoughts which seems to further enhance procrastination. I know I can achieve so much more with this life, my intuition tells me that. When your mind sense of self is so hardwired into performing certain activities, you get used to it, putting yourself into a rut. I have a lot of inner work to do just to get my ego to a healthy state. Everyday I tell myself, "tomorrow will be different", but I am exactly the same day after day, because tomorrow never comes. You have to be so willing to change yourself to your very core. I do think accountability is very important on this journey of personal development as it can provide useful emotional support when times get tough. I am almost 26 so I am still young to make a change in my life, I have a huge fear of getting into my 40's & 50's & still being in the same place but I will still be in the same place if I don't change. It's so incredibly easy to leech money off of others & be lazy all day, basically doing nothing. I want to become a high value man. Figuring out my LP is probably going to be one of my toughest hurdles as I have a huge lack in life experience but I will do 1 hour of Leo's LP course daily as it is better than doing nothing. Sometimes I feel conflicted on what I actually desire in terms of my own values but I think you have to start somewhere + you don't really know until you are living it. I am not going to try to do to much at once, otherwise that will lead to a burn out but I am going to try to document my days as best as I can, I know there will be ups & downs but going to try have a bigger picture. I will add more goals to the list as I come up with more. Goals Improve my game/socialization Figure out LP Eliminate negative habits (being addicted to phone ect...) Consistent meditative practices (1 hour daily) Put on more muscle mass Move into own place Consistent sleep schedule Financial freedom Releasing childhood traumas Most important goals for me right now in order are #1 Priority goals Eliminating negative habits (nail biting, to much screen time, Procrastination ect.) Consistent sleep schedule (11pm - 7am weekdays & 3am - 10am weekends) Moving out Figuring out LP Consistent meditation practice Anyway, that's it for my first journal post! Onwards & upwards
  14. So I abandoned Christianity. It's sad. I suffered temporary shock but I'm recovering. Now my focus is on Roman pagan religions (images of flowers and fountains in my head) and I'm eyeing Ancient Egypt. Those were the glorious days. People rejoiced in their Gods, prayed for rain. Those were the happy days. Who says the Romans didn't flourish? Who says the Egyptians weren't happy?
  15. In this new work by Zunny Beyond, among other things, it is about that healing suggests that you want to be like before, but in the case of cannabis psychosis, this is the wrong signal, because according to Mister Beyond, this psychosis is a transformation state. This work is a psychoanalytic masterpiece and it is about so much more than just the cannabis psychosis. Therefore I am convinced that every mind that lets this work affect them, will benefit from it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVuhBWnClsE&t=1183s
  16. Hi @Leo Gura I just stumbled upon some old videos of yours back from 2014 and I was shocked on how much you transformed in the last 6 years. It really inspires me, and not many people inspire me, how you evolved personally on such a deep level that you are literally 10 times more authentic and mature today then back in 2014ish. Great work. I love to see people transform to the better like this. I’m curious on what’s about to come in the next couple of years! thank you for your work and I wish you from the bottom of my heart that you finally find eternal peace. You seam to deserve it. You works obviously will and already does pay of, that’s for sure! Greetings, sam
  17. Life-changing moments are important to each of us for many different reasons. But I've noticed how the majority of people make little-next-to no effort to seize on opportunities to advance themselves in both their personal lives and their immediate society, due to a lack of imagination. I've always thought of transformation as a higher form of 'change', but the practitioner's attitude must be aligned correctly for the individual who desires to realise their own personal potential in a way that inspires the growth and development of soul, mind and body. But development relies heavily on the kind of relationship a person keeps with their imagination, because this infinite mental space is endless, therefore giving the individual limitless opportunities to transform their life with creativity as a by-product of engaging with the imagination on a regular (daily) basis. Are you seeking temporary change concerning something that you've struggled to achieve for years, or are you digging around for something more on the permanent side? If your answer is the latter, it would appear that you've good experience with patience, drive/enthusiasm, purely because you've chosen to use each of your experiences as permanent life lessons... But have you thought about what you'll do with those lessons? Do you use your experiences as stepping-stones to your higher self where you'll unlock a new chapter in your personal life, or do you just stand and stare at your opportunities for advancement and adventure? I enjoy a challenge, as I know many people do. But challenging scenarios can often deter folk from engaging with their imagination due to the nature it presents; the unforeseen... How do you cope with the unknown - ever asked yourself? Try today, and expand your consciousness to a new state of awareness. Thanks for reading - I respond to all replies!
  18. This course is for people who know they have the potential to live an extraordinary life but just can't seem to break free from old patterns like procrastination, addiction, negative thinking, and self-doubt. For the past 5 months, I've been working on a video course that's designed to help people transform and heal. This is my first major project after taking the Life Purpose Course, and I put over 300 hours of planning and writing into it. I put a lot of critical thought into understanding human beings and what it actually takes to transform in a sustainable and dare I say, effortless way. I really tried to dig down deep to understand the fundamental forces of our psychology in order to provide surgical solutions that will have a profound ripple effect in our lives. I've been watching Actualized.org for six years and a ton of inspiration for this project came from Leo's work, but the course is also full of original insights as well as lessons I pulled from other high-quality resources. I also developed an original healing technique that has helped me tremendously and has been the only technique, in my experience, to facilitate healing experiences comparable to psychedelics. This technique will be included in the course. If you've been doing personal development for a long time and are still struggling to get tangible results with basic things like distraction, addiction, health, and living in alignment with your purpose, this course is perfect for you. I am living and breathing every word in this course and although I'm still young and dumb, I am seeing a radical transformation happen before my eyes. I used to dream about living my purpose while distracting myself with YouTube, vaping, junk food, and weed. I felt disappointed, frustrated, anxious, and overwhelmed. Now, after a few months of applying the techniques in my course, I work on my purpose for hours every single day, I quit vaping, I am free from weed and YouTube addictions, I eat my ideal diet, and the negative emotional patterns have subsided dramatically. I am healing to my core and I want to share that gift with all of you beautiful people. The course will be totally free but I'm just looking for beta testers to try it out early and provide honest feedback so that I can improve it before the final release. I should have it ready for testing within the next week or two. So if you're interested in the course and want to find out more, leave a reply or DM me and I'll be in touch! If you're not sure if this course is for you, you can always just watch the intro video, where I break down more of what to expect and make a decision from there. Much love my friends, and thank you!
  19. Documentation of transforming my career to be about My life purpose. Current life purpose as of now: LP Statement: Design and share methods, systems and techniques for accessing and embodying bliss, love and insight/wisdom/intelligence. Domain of Mastery: Meditation, Contemplation, other spiritual methods for accessing bliss, love and wisdom. Medium: to be determined. Goals: 1. Maintain a consistent habit of at least 2 hours of high quality meditation. 2. Eat at most 3 meals a day. All meals fall under 50 carbs a day. 3. Read 30 minutes a day on shamanic or magick techniques. Apply shamanic or magick techniques for at least 30 minutes a day. Explore whether these methods contribute to your LP. 4. Replace procrastination with mindfulness meditation or strict contemplation. 5. Go to the gym at least 6x a week. Interesting thoughts today: 1. problem solving these days are just a more concrete, but more indirect way of accessing divine bliss, love and wisdom. For example software engineering is an inefficient, indirect but more concrete way of accessing bliss (as it solves a problem for a person, just in a small way).
  20. Hello everyone, my enlightenment experience is settle down now. I have transformed. Here are details. James, enlightenment, universe, world vs, these are all words. Words, thoughts and meanings created so called duality, which is james and his world. When you have complete ego death, you realize that meaning of the words fades away and you see the truth. Truth is non duality, this place is you, nothing, there is no life, death or language. Right now you are happening, which is nothing. You have no body, it is just a word. You are not going anywhere, because you have never started. I have never born, james was just a thought as apple. Transformation; after heavily experiencing non duality, understanding (james and world exist just by sounds and words), truth me is nothing (thats why as an human you can reach non duality without thinking), every particle is that has shaped is nothing, which is me thats why i am infinite. My new personality is nothing, therefore it is completely letting go, i have become the whole and seeing the whole, language or thoughts represent duality. Thoughts (which are me) rises, i analyze, decide and let go, thoughts are useful to connect to duality. Additionally, every feeling arises or thoughts arises from nothing(silent mind). Such as, pain is a type of feeling, if you dont name it as a pain, there will be just feeling, if you dont name as feeling, it will be just appear from silent mind as nothing. Death is the same way, if you have silent mind (nothingness), death will appear as nothing. Therefore because of not thinking , i am immortal. I am nothing and experiencing myself. So, i cant run away from myself. I am the dreamer of james, world, duality, language, and you guys. I have almost become witnesser of the body, thats why whatever body does i am relax because nothing personal, destiny is already written, you are not in the body, you cant control it, just let go and enjoy the show. No thoughts gave me perfect understanding that when i dont think nothing is happening, which is enlightenment. Because most important thing is there is no “I” in the body, new “I” is nothingness, therefore i cant think thats my nature. Additionally, it is being so flexible during the day and that flexibility makes you create love in every moment. Because you are like a water and looking for love kind of high by love:) I have been meditating 3-4 hours every night. I have realized that any emotion, thoughts and visuals ( comes as emotion or feeling) comes from nothingness, if you dont name them, it will just appear and disappear as nothing. You are the silence mind, Therefore, i dont get disturb anymore. Additionally, I feel so much silence during the day, however when i interact with people, knowing that my body has no differences than yours ( i am the giant mind), i have become more humble lovely and understandable person when interact with others. Rest, i am with myself. But definitely, my life career, everything has entirely changed. I will help people (specially poor kids), old people and move back to my country and take care of my family (most of my family is old, and needs me, and they are me). Because i am literally nothing in the body. I am literally in dream and knowing that i am the dreamer. I look at people’s face there is no mind, it is empty, including my body so funny but it is directly love, i cant see almost any misbehavior. Because there is nothing there except the reflection of love. But truth is even now nothing is happening, i am writing these messages to myself for self masturbation. I have no body, family friends vs. it i just all me. Thats why i am more fair to everybody. if i am still dreaming and aware of you guys, i would love to share my experience because i am still dreaming and you guys are me. I am love, because love is the best illusion of any duality. Love is the purpose of all creations and dualities. Thats why if every moment if you are in love, life is heaven for you. So i am in love with myself. No matter what just LOVE IT, LOVE YOURSELF. Purpose of dreaming is LOVING YOURSELF. Every second if you dont love (which is surrendering and letting go), it is hell. I am nothing, therefore all of you, love in with myself therefore love in with all of you. Additionally, so called life starts with knowing (you born, yo can know vs) and ends with unkowing or not knowing There is no you, you cant know or thing anything, you are nothing. thats why this is after death because you have never born Love you guys! Best Regards!
  21. Ok so almost at the end of life purpose course. And I want to transform my life in 90 days. I am having an accountability problem in my life. I want to do some consciousness and healing work daily. Here is the work I want to do: 1) Morning exercise. 2) Kriya yoga 3) Visualization 4) Life purpose 5 min affirmations and contemplation. 5) iOS app development 4 hrs 6) Reading books 1 hr 7) Shamanic breathing/ Healing work -> 1 hour 8) No unwanted TV/ Youtube (My biggest time waster.) Porn and TV/ Youtube/Movies are my biggest time waster. I want to quit TV, that is my next priority. Except for the videos uploaded by Leo I won't be watching any video's expect for those that are related to iOS app development. I will post regularly in this forum and request the viewer of this post to keep me accountable.
  22. The levels starts from 30th mark, but ofcourse the rest of the video is great as well
