That's a nice link with nonduality. I should add that You should be aware that there is no longer such a thing as "clinical insanity". Doctors and scientists gave up trying define sanity a long time ago. The only remaining accepted definition of sanity is the legal one.. which amounts to being able to understand the consequences of one's actions and the difference between right and wrong. And while psychiatrists might provide evidence that someone has a mental disorder.. it's up to the judge and jury to decide if someone is "sane"

Not at all. I had a theology professor who I'm convinced is at stage turquoise. He spent a lot of the semester talking about nonduality and occasionally would touch on psychedelics. He also spent a couple years meditating in a monastery. I remember he also mentioned that a lot of his colleagues in his department were very materialist and identified with atheism despite doing their work on religion. A lot of them got into the subject because of their interest in history. From my interpretation, a lot of those people also began looking into religion with a critical eye because they were reacting against their stage blue upbringing as they moved into stage orange. What I'm trying to say is that whether your studies in theology manifests in a stage blue way is dependent on your stage of development, the way you analyze what you're studying, and what you're insights consist of.

Of course, many will say god is undefinable etc and that is true. But to me this comes close, as much as a finite mind can understand god. So basically in the show there is this being called Yivo and he is a planet that has lived in loneliness for a long time, the show estimating it to be a trillion years, or as much as the known universe existed. In the episode the being finally comes in contact with another universe, after a rift is opened and the first thing it does is connect itself to every living being and give it unconditional love. The ones which are connected feel happy and relieved. Eventually they go on to live on the planet Yivo into a heaven like state in which they don't age and have infinite food, entertainment etc. Now this is not the important part. When Yivo is connected to different beings and speaks through them, that is exactly what i experienced with a friend when realizing everything is god. One being controlling(separated into through imagination) multiple millions trillions of beings. Of course the show does it in a physical way, the planet has tendryls and they connect to the beings. They even make a church worshipping Yivo. This type of godly being is how i think god actually is and nonduality, god is everything, everywhere in multiple bodies universes etc, not the silly solipsim, some of us are doomed to think we are the only mind there is Instead we are more like puppets or parts of the one mind that is.. Where does one begin the search for spiritual truth self-realization called enlightenment? Dr. David Hawkins’ List Below has been calibrated above 500, which is unconditional love. I find this list important, as I do not want to be duped (smile) on my spiritual path by any book or teacher not yet teaching from the conscious level of (500+ which is unconditional non-duality love.) Hawkins’ Consciousness Scale ranges from 0-1000, (1000 is the Highest Level of pure/consciousness humanly possible.) “The great avatars that set the ultimate paradigm of reality and standard of conduct for all of humanity for thousands of years. Of those, the Lords Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Jesus Christ all calibrate at 1,000. All the names for Divinity calibrate as Infinity. The revered great sages and their teachings calibrate in the 700 (extremely rare), such Huang Po and Ramana Maharshi.” -Hawkins After being a student of Dr. Hawkins for a while now, I can share with you that I have forever been changed by his love. Although I’m not yet Enlightened I’m certainly on the path and nothing would take me off it, as I have discovered God’s Love is my LIFE. According to Hawkins, any person, concept, thought or object that calibrates at 200 (The level of Integrity) or above is positive (“power”); anything below 200 is negative (“force”). So far, so good. Hawkins’ “map of the levels of human consciousness” is highly consistent with most spiritual teachings, running the range from Shame (lowest) to Enlightenment (highest). Hawkins’ descriptions of the levels are accurate; his personal growth coverage , positive energy and similar concepts are spiritually sound. Also the level of the Ganges River, which demonstrates the power of spiritual intention, the power of prayer. It calibrates there despite having sewage from 100 metropolitan areas, all kinds of filth, even bodies. [520] – This level interestingly sees much country music, which may be due to the lyrics often speaking about the problems of the heart, emotionally speaking. [535] – The energy level of Christmas, which is probably due to the common practice of giving gifts to others and having festive celebrations with good tidings. [540] – Joy – At this level, love truly becomes unconditional. It becomes experienced as inner joy. This is not the sudden feeling of joy because of a turn of events. Rather, it is a constant accompaniment in everything the individual does in every moment of his or her life. Joy comes from each moment of existence. This is also the level of healing and spiritually based self-help groups. What has been known as ‘miracles’ occurs when someone is at this level of consciousness. Only 0.4% of the global population is at this level. This is also the level of truth of Christian practice in the 6th century AD. This is the level at which the third eye opens, physically known as the Pineal Gland. Devotional acts calibrate at 540, because of the power of their intention. At this level, the world seems illuminated by the beauty and perfection of creation. Everything happens effortlessly, by synchronicity, and the world and everything in it is seen to be an expression of love and divinity. A Presence is felt whose power facilitates phenomena outside conventional expectations of reality, and often termed ‘miraculous’ by the ordinary observer. The spiritual teachers in this level are the ones who have the most contact with significant numbers of people. At this level, joy leads many to become spiritual and inspirational teachers, healers, great artists, or even architects who create the great cathedrals that involve sacred geometry, great inspirational music, and the production of beauty in all its forms. Many major persuasions of Christianity including Roman Catholicism, Anglicanism, Christian Science, and many small denominations such as the Quakers calibrate on this level. [560] – Carl Jung was at this level. Sigmund Freud was below the level of 500 because of his denial of man’s spirituality, whereas Jung affirmed the spiritual nature of human beings. [575] – The level consciousness of ecstasy. [600]- A Course in Miracles (Workbook year of 365 days of lessons.) According to David Hawkins, ACIM calibrates around 600+, making it very factual, and quite enlightening. Here is what Hawkins says about the Bible: Quote: The Old Testament calibrates at only 190. However, Genesis is at 660, Psalms is 650, Proverbs is 350. If these are excluded then the remaining Old Testament calibrates at only 125. The New Testament calibrates at 640. However if Revelations were removed (calibrates at only 70) then the New Testament would calibrate at 790. The current bible calibrates at 475 as a whole. To make it authentically “Holy” as the title implies, it would have to exclude all of the books of the Old Testament (except Genesis, Psalms and Proverbs) and Revelations. If that were done, then the bible would be truly “Holy” and calibrate at over 740. Importantly, the Lamsa version of the bible (Translated from Aramaic, Jesus’ language) is more accurate than the King James Version (translated from Greek). It calibrates 20 points higher. If the Lamsa bible excluded the old testament (except Genesis, Psalms, Proverbs) and revelations it would calibrate at 810. If Revelations were removed from the Lamsa version of the New Testament, it would calibrate at a whopping 880. Society calibrates at 204 I think he said, with great minds on earth calibrating around 499-510 ranges. So at least according to Hawkins, ACIM is very important and highly relevant work. Hawkins own books calibrate from 850-999.5 ranges them, with 1000 being maximum for humanity – that is what Jesus was when he was walking the earth. Hawkins further says that in his calibration studies, students of ACIM at lesson 75 become “Immune” to negative stimuli. He says that this seems to be the critical point in the studies, but that they must be followed from 1-75 before it all really clicks for people. [600] – Peace – This level is associated with the experience designated by such terms as transcendence, Self-Realization, and Christ consciousness. It is extremely rare. Only 1 in 10,000,000 attain this at any given time. It is quite common that individuals at this level remove themselves from society, as the state of bliss that ensues precludes ordinary activity. Some become spiritual teachers; others work anonymously for the betterment of mankind. A few also become great geniuses in their respective fields and make major contributions to society. These individuals are saintly and may eventually be officially designated as such, although at this level, formal religion is commonly transcended and replaced by pure spirituality, from which religions originated. Bliss intervenes at this level and worldly activities stop, sometimes permanently. This level is also noted for the crossing over from the perceptual world of duality, to the perceptual world of Nonduality. Beyond this level, previous lives are easily remembered as well as the circumstances and significance of each life. One individual at this level counterbalances 10,000,000 below the level of 200. Perception at this level is reported as sometimes occurring in seemingly slow motion, suspended in time and space. Nothing is stationary and all is alive and radiant. Although this world is the same one that is seen by others, it has become continuously fluid, evolving in an exquisitely coordinated evolutionary dance in which significance and source are overwhelming. There is an infinite silence in the mind, which has stopped conceptualizing. Enlightenment is reached at levels 600 and higher. A Tibetan abbot once said that Peace is of the greatest importance in our world today. In the absence of peace, we lose what we have gained. In the presence of peace, all things are possible: love, compassion, and forgiveness. Peace is the source of all things. This is also the level of kinesiology. [605]- The level of the Kabbalah and Aurobindo. It is a set of esoteric teachings meant to explain the relationship between an eternal/mysterious Creator and the mortal/finite universe. [610] – The level of Lao Tzu and his teachings. [630] – The calibration of the phrase Om Namaha Shivaya. [640] – The King James Version of the New Testament. [650] – The Book of Psalms. Also the level of ‘I AM’ awareness and Awareness of the ‘I’ as being or is-ness. Also the level of “Shanti Shanti Shanti”. The Lord’s Prayer also calibrates on this level. [660] – The perception of the Self as simply Existence. [700-1000] – Self-Realization and Enlightenment – An individual at this level counterbalances the negativity of 70,000,000 individuals below the level of 200. This is also the level of Sages. The Self is seen as God Manifest. The Declaration of Independence resonates at this level. The Koran also resonates at this level, as it was written before the fall of Mohamed after he ‘took up the sword’. [700s] – The Aura emanating from individuals calibrating at this level has an attraction and an effect on visitors. They like to be near the presence of these individuals because they feel incredible inner peace. Serenity replaces fear and anxiety in those who are around individuals on this level. A typical statement given by a person on this level would be something like “There is no world to save; reality is just an illusion.” A statement such as this is not understandable to most at lower levels. [700] – The level of the phrase Om Mane Padme Hum [705] – The level of the Rig Veda [700+] – There are 22 sages on this planet who calibrate at this level or higher, according to Dr. Hawkins. Of those, 20 of them are at 800 or more, of whom there are 10 at or over 900, and one sage at 990. [740] – The mantra Om, as opposed to Aum, which is a serious alternation and is why it calibrates at the extremely low-level of 65. This is also the level of the New Testament, if the Book of Revelations is included. The teachings of this particular religion have deteriorated less than any other religion. [985] – This is the level of an Avatar. [990] – There is only one living sage at this level, according to Dr. Hawkins. [999] – The statement “There is no cause of anything” calibrates at this level. [1000] – This is the maximum energy level that can be tolerated by the human body and nervous system. It is the extremely rare level of avatars from ages past. Just finishing of the video on How Ideology works.. Man, the mind, my mind our mind is quite the constructionist. I could say that I intuitively shared some discussion points on how being locked into what society programs you is destructive, but on the other end that could also be an ideology, you can make out of life. reflecting on some points I found out that our minds always try to ground us in intuitive notions of reality. more especially for the curious type who can not accept the bare facts of their culture. Knowing how dense the topics on actualized are, in some instances, it's difficult for me to see if I am making an ideology out of reality or rather if I'm being actual about the experience. eg) notion of the mind operating outside the physical notion of Self and body when I walk or experience the current reality at the moment, I feel that I am taking concepts and inserting them into reality( like that of nonduality, the shapeshifting phenomenon of God being in a 'limited' form but is infinite in reality). I also had the thought to leave the consumption of teachings as it gets too addictive to get into a rabbit hole of dense content. I did some years ago, then got back into it. Lol, love-hate relationship with this platform. Like it's like you want to make a cult out of your beliefs, to cement an experience, whether with good intentions or not... at this point this post might be mental masturbation but wanted to put it out to get a different perspective rather than 'ideology' lol

In addition to this being a critique on green, I also think this perception is a stage orange critique of turquoise. Things like "you are god" or "I'm god" sound delusional when you're at orange or you don't have any background knowledge of nonduality. It reminds orange people of blue, how faith based it was, and how it had this notion of divine rights/ being a prophet.

Recognizing “body” is a thought is not at all disassociation, nor is it confusing, it’s clarifying because it’s true. Believing the thought “body” is a separate thing or object, (and or identifying with a thought) is utter disassociation and confusion of what is actual, oneness, nonduality, the true nature, and very confusing to the potential of understanding feeling, emotion, & perception. The questioner is directly asking about the relationship between consciousness and the body and mind, in the sentiment that infinite being needs or could need the body mind, (and is likely asking because these thoughts feels off)... while there is no such ‘thing’ as a body mind, just the thoughts, ‘body’, and ‘mind’. TL;DR Have experienced and been sustaining rigpa, and feel that embodying it is the path to heaven. Glimpsing the empty nature of phenomena I have glimpsed the empty nature of phenomena, and what this means. As I understand it, emptiness states that any object or event has no inherent existence outside of your perception of it. Objects and events has no substance, no 'physicality' to them. What gives them inherent existence is the conceptual constructions of the mind. For example, when I'm holding a cup and looking at it, the mind creates an illusion of inherent existence of the cup by conceptualizing it into a model of a material object, and everything else as "appearences". However, when this is analyzed non-conceptually, it is seen that the cup is an aggregation of phenomena, and has no inherent existence apart from you being conscious of these phenomena. Glimpsing rigpa After watching a few videos on Dzogchen, I have glimpsed rigpa, and been in it for about half an hour. Well, this has been deeply peaceful, relaxing, joyful and profound state, even in the first glimpse. But still, the Ground is rather vague, and the knowledge is quite shaky. Sustaining rigpa Now, Ground is taking form. It is boundless, empty and luminous. Every phenomena arises in it, and passes away into it. And I've had a shocking realization that it has always been there. Being in rigpa is peaceful, deeply relaxing and joyful. The trick with it is to relax into the recognition of the Ground/Buddha-nature, without clinging or distraction. If you try to grab it or cling to it - won't work. There is a dramatic reduction of suffering in rigpa. I can easily see why, with deeper embodiment, all suffering and troubles will vanish. The three main components to this realization since the last post have been: - stabilizing recognition of nonduality - realizing empty nature of phenomena - Dzogchen pointing out I feel that embodying the Ground is the path to heaven. I have combined both. I realized that I can try to vape the 5-MeO Oxelate that I have thought is only used for plugging, and when I tried to vape it, it gave the same effects. Since then, I've taken out the vape when I felt like I could use it. Up until now, I wouldn't say that I have had "full-blown Ego-death". More like all things getting reduced into one. More like, realizing that imagination is the basis of all of existence. I will post a trip report about that. Leo, you should say "Whenever you get the urge to do weed, do it, but add some 5-MeO to the mix! The brain fog from Cannabis actually gets neutralized by the clarity of 5-MeO. It's like 5-MeO is pure clarity, such that all the illusions melt away. But the effects of cannabis are kind of "foggy", where we tend to for example forget our thoughts. When you are really high on cannabis, then go try some 5-MeO. It clears everything up and gives the high a tinge of ecstasy. Also, it seems to me that the Cannabis makes the 5-MeO last longer (in combination) and the visuals get affected to become more beautiful. The cannabis visuals are kind of subtle, as when one is looking at a white wall, it gives the effects of as if we were looking at one point on that wall being sober - kind of "applying" certain patterns onto the canvas, but in a subtle way, as if it were a template without content, structure without content. Combining 5-MeO (vaping) with Cannabis sort of fills that visual structure with more content. At one point, I was seeing eyes! As if certain strategic points of my visual field became eye-like. The thing that is the anti-dote to fear when it comes to 5-MeO, is that 5-MeO approaches nonduality, which makes reality simple. And simplicity is the essence of bliss. How can one be afraid when there is like nothing to be afraid of? And at that point, bliss occurs. Or at that point, I should've taken another hit from the vape , to fully merge with the nothingness so to speak. The worst thing that can happen with fear is if the thoughts, emotions, and actions are under the control of fear. So, the worst thing that can happen is if we act on that fear, which reinforces the emotional state and the thoughts. Acting on fear is basically to panic, and to let the panic snowball. Fear is emotional and triggers certain thoughts. The key to fear is to be the observer of those thoughts and feelings, without ever acting out. This is what we call "surrendering", just observing, just observing. One can do this several times to get the hang of it. That's what I'm doing with the 5-MeO right now. In preparation for a big ceremonial breakthrough down the road...

He usually makes good videos on science topics, but now he uploaded this: At about 40 mins in he talks about Leo (and also features Deepak Chopra and other ppl I don't know as well in his video). The first part about Deepak Chopra and some guy named "Spirit Science" on YT i actually found to be quite funny, but then as he goes on he tries to depict Leo as a cult leader and sociopath who's manipulating his viewers i. a. to kill themselves. Basically he takes parts of random actualized.org videos completely out of context in order to establish the narrative of a cult leader. You can clearly see that he has no clue about what Leo is talking about and that he's just projecting his own assumptions/concepts onto him. For example he says stuff like "quantum mechanics is the well he draws his lies from" which makes absolutely no sense or that Leo tries to convey to the viewers that his perspective is the absolute truth while other peoples perspectives are flawed (he calls it gaslighting while not even understanding what is meant by absolute truth). He also basically says that Leo is contradicting himself by saying he is god and that you are god too or by being omniscient and yet being surprised by his doorbell ringing in one of the live awakening vids. W/e, watch the part for yourself. I guess that's how materialists interprete this stuff and nonduality. Im actually a bit spooked b/c prof. Dave usually explains stuff like really good and he also does a great job at roasting flatearthers, but depicting actualized.org as a cult and so massively misinterpreting this stuff is pretty ooga booga and probably even dangerous (and shows that he doesn't even have a clue what he's talking about or that he's very closed-minded at the very least).

Not really, but it’s a perspectival matter of direct experience rather than agreement or disagreement. Nonduality has no balance, middle way, selfless love / selfish love. The fact that pretty much all teachers say this is the case and I’m saying it isn’t, for you, arrives back at it’s direct experience that clarifies. It’s incommunicable, ineffable. Our only pointers are implied duality. One’s clarity of a pointing can be another’s thought attachment, and either can be more convincing than the other. Which is basically the same as saying a belief. Maybe in the philosophical or even physiological sense, balance seems to apply & seems to be relevant. It’s like diet & energy or clarity. There deeply seems to be a relationship but isn’t, similar to the observer ‘problem’ not being a problem at all. That’s like saying the breath of life is a ‘problem’. Not sure I would agree Jesus took a side, but that again is perspectival & direct experience. What is it for there not to actually be “sides”? Which is more what Siddhartha pointed to, as “sides” is only a thought.

Plugging the holes of Maslows Pyramid, as well as having an awakening experience and directly realizing the ENORMITY of awakening would both help. Did you watch the Matrix movies? Neo was offered a red pill (= harsh truth and exiting the matrix) and a blue pill (= getting lost in illusion again). Some people would take the red pill no matter what, no matter how tough the truth might be. They just want to know the truth. While other people's number one priority is happiness. They would choose happiness over Truth (blue pill). You might be in some alien matrix right now! You know nothing about reality. You have a good conceptual understanding of nonduality, but it's basically worthless. Its only value is as a pointer towards a potential truth. But you have no idea whether it is total bs or not. It doesn't matter how many people tell you what Truth and Reality is, in the end you are just imagining these stories. And are left wihout a hint of Truth. You can't trust any teacher whatsoever. They could be evil aliens in disguise, trying to keep you in the illsuion! Reality could be completely different!!! I am dead serious!!! I'm not just refering to "yeah it's still just a concept until you get it". I'm pointing to something more radical than that. What enlightened people say has no value for getting an idea what Truth/Reality is. It could be completely different. That it might be completely different, has the same probability, from your pov!!! I work at an assembly line factory setting where I have a lot of time to just keep my hands in motion and not really think. I've used this time thr past few months to shut up my monkey mind and simply focus on breathing/binge listen to leo and other nonduality videos. I'm wondering though, is focusing on breathing the best practice for work? My main goal here is realizing nonduality through even a glimpse What would you recommend? Maybe mindfulness of every movement, or just directly focusing on the task (which isn't necessary to do job correctly and well)? I also do a lot of Leo's enlightenment practices during work hours too, though that's obviously harder in a fast paced in motion environment.

Dealing with this cyclical pain bubbling up. Woke up in the night last night, my daughter seemed disoriented and went downstairs like it was morning, and then came back up and my husband said sternly "Go back to bed." For some reason I was up and just feeling some sort of sorrow or pain, and even though it seemed she did what she was told and went back to sleep, she started crying in what seemed to me the most miserable way, and I got her and brought her back to bed. She woke up in an awful mood. She has been such a teacher to me, showing me that my caring creative side and strong emotions are just one quintessential female manifestation, with powers and drawbacks, and I'm not just some fuck up for having these things and can stop taking them so personally. I both love them and am driven crazy by them being reflected in her. It seems like parents often fight about what parenting style is best, motherly love or strict discipline. Sometimes I wonder if nonduality and enlightenment teaching is so male dominated because it is the more stern approach. I think sometimes direct teachings get confused and work just like this. I also think that teaching that projects one's own pain upon another is ineffective, and that's the other side of the story. Empathy can identify one's own unhealed pain in another, and in what one thinks is connection is actually disconnection. It's not a dilemma that's going to be solved right now. "Latin from Greek dilēmma, from di- ‘twice’ + lēmma ‘premise’." ha People project this sort of empathy on my often when I say I have a autistic kid because so many people are scared of having a disabled child. He's a lovely kid, there have been challenges but really, I don't see his autism as any source of suffering outside of my own challenges and misunderstandings I've had as a mother in general. There was a Christmas concert or two when I didn't feel that way, but it turns out autism is an incredible way to teach people who care too much what others think that that kind of concern just doesn't work out for anyone ever. I don't want people to empathize with what they think I feel, and I don't want them to tell me to just stop it, neither do I want to do these things for myself.

I've been trying to explain to him that I need the time, but he doesn't get it. He is autistic, and though he is very sweet, he is incredibly immature for his age. Yesterday he bothered me so bad, mid meditation I threw my cell phone as hard as I could into the laundry room and somehow it didn't break. It just bounced, and the case came off completely. (You're telling shitty stories, you should know better, bitch, blah blah blah.) Tried Wim Hof breathing today and my chest felt so bad I could even do it. So I tried to zone out and about five minutes later my daughter came in because she missed me. (You should feel loved, blah, blah, blah) I feel so boxed in, that a lot of not great thoughts of how to get out of this place and this situation are coming up. Should I book a plane ticket or buy a gun? TL;DR The Witness has dissolved into nonduality, leaving only experience. There is no more sense of Witness experiencing Form, only the experience itself. There is a dramatic reduction in suffering. It is almost non-existent. The speed of recognition of nonduality has increased. As soon as some experience happens, it is almost immediately recognized as nondual, through all six doors of senses. It feels like falling. There is nothing permanent to cling to. But the good thing is, there is no ground P.S. Desire to jerk off has ceased What happened First prolonged nonduality experience Got a prolonged (but temporary) experience of nonduality. The Witness dissolves into nondual state, leaving only experience. There is no more sense of me experiencing the Form, only the experience itself. There is a dramatic reduction in suffering in nondual state. It is almost non-existent. You can taste the sky, just as Wilber has pointed out. There are peace, tranquility, and joy. When duality creeps in, there is a subtle contraction. When looking for a Witness, it is recognized, and dissolved with effort. A walk in the park I had a walk in the park with an intention of sustaining nondual state. As a result, there was no suffering. Although the threshold of pain level when resistance and ego start to kick in is dependant upon the degree of realization, it is clear that when pain (sensory/mental) is below it, there is no suffering. This is the case because there is no resistance to pain or clinging to pleasure in this state. Cold, bliss, pain, beauty, ugliness. There is just experience, and it is neither good nor bad when seen as it truly is. Moments of compassion for other beings arose, though not that strong yet. It is still hard to realize that I am not separate from other beings. Understanding of suffering Experience is only good or bad in relation to that with which you identify. If you identify with the body on some level, then bodily pains (injuries, aches, tirededness) are seen as bad and bring suffering, and bodily pleasures (relaxation, sex, food) are seen as good and bring clinging, which brings desire for permanence, and thus suffering when they disappear. If you identify with the ego, psychological pains (humiliation, fear, sadness, boredom) are bad, psychological pleasure (domination, achievement, wealth) is good. All that is viewed as bad brings suffering, resistance, and desire to run away from it. All that is viewed as good brings clinging and desire to prolong it when it is there, and suffering when it is no longer there. When every experience is viewed as neither good nor bad, and viewed instead as it really is - that is True Liberation and True Freedom. Right now, I struggle with falling back to judgement, opinions, hatred, demonizing, lust, idolising, and general ego-related stuff. But, with time, it fades away, as nonduality takes over. Work day I struggle with separation when: - reading - thinking - speaking - communicating Have noticed that clinging to good or resisting the bad produces state of duality. I wonder if that recognition will lead to a more total liberation. Intention: Be mindful, and see experience as it is, without clinging or distraction. Going deeper When in nonduality, every phenomena is seen to be permeated by Spirit. More and more phenomena are recognized as nondual, faster. Though only after they have happened, yet. The big contractions and falling back to Witness happen when I think, read, or there is a lot of movement of Form. By reflecting on my own ignorance 3 years ago, compassion to others arises. Intention: Sustain the flow of mindfulness and recognizing nonduality without distraction or grasping. Nonduality breakthrough Had a series of convulsions in the middle of a day, for around 5 minutes, and then hit a plateau of stillness. Since then, the recognition of nonduality has become much swifter. Thoughts, sights, sounds, emotions, touches, bodily sensations, emotions, intentions, actions, pain, pleasure - virtually every phenomena is mindfully seen as nondual, and not giving birth to either clinging or desire to run away (tanha). The state is indeed very much like a mirror. Seeing intentions and actions as nondual is also very interesting. It is like being in tune with the flow of life. I have fallen back to the Witness maybe 2-3 times this day. All of the rest has been recognized as nondual. Current problems I don't know what to do with my life except for practice. Maybe I should practice more, and see what I can do after deeper realizations. Are other sentient beings conscious? How does their consciousness relate to mine? Can I become conscious of what they are experiencing? In what way am I not separate from them, beyond seeing, touching, smelling their bodies? Following practice Read books. Abide in nonduality throughout everyday life, and see what happens.

@Akira For sure. Not the dogmas, but the Bible is the perfect guide to nonduality, if one can comprehend it... which is why you wrote it the way you did. Think of it like a riddle, a game, the ultimate challenge to ego.

This is also wrong. The Absolute both never changes and always changes. That duality is fully healed and unified within Absolute Consciousness. But in your present limited state of consciousness it seems to you that change vs not-change is some stable duality. By definition, nonduality cannot allow such a duality to be absolutely true. The only thing that doesn't change is change itself.
