  1. Pass #8: Prioritizing Values Has been a while since updating this thread. I finally finished this pass. Over the last months I wasn't too focused on it, but it was always something that I did when I was regulated emotionally and had the time for it. Small steps, steady pace. During the visualization of the values I noticed that some 10/10 and definitions where too vague, so I corrected that for some values. I felt not being able to memorize or remember every aspect of the values and being too slow in reading all these things in order to conjure up the visions/feelings of that value, so I created descriptions of how it feels to be in that 10/10 embodiment state in "[ ]". Negative motivation was arising here big time: I tried out many things to come to clarity about which value is more fulfilling to me. It was at times helpful to do a voice dialogue (also known as "aspecting") combined with constellation between the 10/10 embodied values. It became apparent to me that I had more difficulties with certain values as opposed to others. I noticed bias for or against values because protector parts where limiting the choice because of negative motivation arising from trauma or feelings of lack. I had to get creative in getting a clear choice while not directly going into process work and investing lots of time to feel through all the layers of the psyche in order to arrive at a place of healing and wholeness. This is what I wrote down as instruction for noticing negative motivation: notice arising biases and emotional attachments in you arising pressures like limiting beliefs and core wounds want to coerce you to choose one value over another in order to not threaten the identity and let it be unchanged coercion happens because of arising feelings of lack, fear, anger, resentment, shame, guilt, avoidance of "negative" emotions, disgust, unworthiness,... that activates a pattern which you automatically react to in predictable ways... these are negative motivations Here are some strategies I found to be helpful when dealing with values which the protective parts of the psyche wanted to be biased for or against: Switch as often as needed between envisioning/feeling the 10/10 embodiment of "value A" and "value B". Switching makes the exact feeling and attachment apparent and opens up a small opening for you to notice the true preference what value is more important imagine feeling free of that bias imagine daily life with both options sleep it over After being finished I noticed that Love, Health and Friendship had the same score of 4 (being more fulfilling than 4 other values). I couldn't let them be at the same level, so I looked up what value was more fulfilling than the other, thus I came to that prioritization. I think if they would have triumphed over a value and lost to another (thus all being at the same level), I would have just continued to the next pass, hoping that the negative motivation release would solve this. Here is my prioritized list with negative motivation still in it: Authenticity My definition: Feeling grounded in my core essence and truth. Moving from the core; expressing my truth. Congruence rating: 7/10 10/10: Continuously letting my inherent joy of living flow through me, come out of me and express itself through my being. Being grounded in self-love and all-accepting, judgment-free presence. Creating anything I desire from my inner knowing. Being internally sensitive and perceptive via meditation and continuous shadow work mindfulness. Activating my will for rock solid focus despite resistance & challenge and being fear free because I see through fear. [Heart-centered. Sensing the flowing flames of my inner fire and what the fire wants to create. Creating from my inner fire. Willpower. Fearlessness.] Self-Mastery My definition: Being fully conscious of inner processes. Growing up (SD), Waking up (separation to unity), Cleaning up (shadow work) and Showing up (embodying). Kindling the inner fire and being a conscious creator. Congruence rating: 5/10 10/10: Continuous and steady presence & equanimity through meditation & shadow work. Compassionate and non-judgemental understanding through meditation, journaling and shadow work. Living with conscious people and growing together through lifelong learning, mastery (resistance-less moving of energies), and exploration. Stepping into challenge and the grow zone in social, physical, emotional, cognitive and energetic domains. Being engaged in the process of creating what is desired by aligning emotions and the psyche (e.g. trauma work) through emotional mastery and shadow work. [Making the fire bigger & more radiant.] Wisdom/Simplicity My definition: Seeing the core of a thing. Root-cause thinking. Ripple effect. Focus on energy flow. Trust in life. Alert & relaxed. Congruence rating: 4/10 10/10: Deeply grounded and observant presence & alertness that recognizes & filters the energy (according to the definition), which is developed through daily meditation, cleaning up with journaling & reflection & embodied processing of inner dynamics & processes & development (leading to bias- and attachment-free perception), and also personal sharings with friends and close ones. A detached introspective focus on the essence of my being (love, presence, peace, joy), to be able to notice the dynamic energy flow arising from my root/core/essence, while being in connection with higher guidance. To live in that state, I need a continuous connection to intuition & inner knowing and way of life in which I express/manifest them, through daily introspection and consciously creating situations of my authenticity where I am going into tension, like ice bathing or stepping over my boundaries for a bit longer. [Grounded in the core. Perceiving what energy wants to emerge and being in service to that.] Contribution/Impact/Helping Others/Society/Wholeness/Nature My definition: Helping and elevating all of life their healthiest and highest possible form of living. Congruence rating: 2/10 10/10: Searching for ways to access my transformation & empowerment and transmitting/teaching these ways of being and doing to others (including the principles of regeneration & sustainability). Helping people empower themselves through bodywork, shadow work (mental), and energy work. Being engaged in a high-conscious team in an educational organization which is the leverage point for global transformation. Seeing the transformation happen before my eyes in person; statistics are secondary. [Showing others how to discover and kindle the inner fire.] Friendship/Companionship/Community My definition: Support, trust, energy exchange and mirroring. Unknown, mysterious depths of the other psyches make me recognize myself. Congruence rating: 5/10 10/10: Having up to 20 friends and 5 close friends by connecting openly to resonant people and maintaining present friendships. Feeling deep connection to friends, creating space for intimate recognition, and being in that intimate nature of connection in social situations by opening my heart, going into flow and exploring & feeling the other being. Living in an intentional community by having ways of income and seeking/founding resonant communities. Having healed my SD purple trauma of being the outsider in groups through shadow work & traversing new groups. Having healed from avoidant attachment into secure attachment through shadow work and relationships. [Holding each other up. Confident, strong energy from core in contact with people.] Health My definition: Self-care and maintenance of the body and mind with nutrition, exercise, intentional habits (physical, emotional, mental, energetic) and inner work. Congruence rating: 5/10 10/10: Self-love and devotion to myself. Starting each day with intentional self-care habits like meditation, body activation exercises, inner nurturing and visioning. Being so grounded in and psychologically aligned on doing good for myself that attachment to old unhealthy ways of being are things of the past. Having steady & continuous body awareness and introspective presence (solution for noticing bodily intelligence when and how to regulate and be in healthy homeostasis) through somatic meditation, shadow work, body work (somatic shadow work, and personal stamina & strength training) and energy work. [Caring and feeding the fire. Cultivating the inner parent.] Love/Intimacy/Spirituality/Beauty/Connection/Joy My definition: Being one with reality/divinity (e.g. with a human or other being and its vulnerability). Feeling awe, aliveness and expansiveness. Congruence rating: 4/10 10/10: Sense of deep presence and tranquility. A deep embodiment of feeling/letting through the love of/in my essence at all times. That embodiment illuminates identification & resistance to inner conflict. Seeing the world as myself, being universal consciousness. This is realized to be my inherent nature through daily prayer and meditation. [Heart: radiating sun. Air: spiritual dimension.] Grace/Compassion/Empathy My definition: Recognizing the divinity & innocence of a being (in front of me), and being loving, merciful, and kind grace & presence. Congruence rating: 6/10 10/10: Deep embodiment of Self-love in daily life through prayer, self-care (proper self-care is optimal for Grace state of consciousness), and daily bathing in presence & love. Self-forgiveness (seeing my innocence) & grace by channeling infinite love in my diary, practicing self-compassion, and letting go of myself. Having an open heart by consciously letting go of protective layers & parts and going into authentic & warm contact with the world. Feeling & understanding the other's world by seeing where a person is and being in their shoes, including their pain, emotions and psyche's dynamics. [Heart. Air. Spiritual cleaning of the fire by compassionately understanding the shadow aspects in own fire and those of others. The fluid, shape-shifting dance of our fires reveals new aspects in myself.] Clarity/Truth/Consciousness/Awareness/Feeling/Understanding My definition: Living at a state of consciousness/truth which illuminates and makes me feel and be conscious of any true form. Dispelling illusion. Congruence rating: 5/10 10/10: Undisturbed, free-flowing cognitive ability. Cleaned-up and aligned psyche which requires deep meditative presence, observation, and lack of bias, which is achieved by doing introspection like in shadow work. Compassionate understanding. Being in a state of presence which allows tapping into intuition, opening up the subtle sensors and introspecting what is new to discover, and sensing what energy there is and where it flows. [Cognitive Fluidity.] Here is how I compared all the values to each other: Checklist "-" = less fulfilling "#" = more fulfilling Love compared to the values -#----### 4 1. Authenticity is more fulfilling than Love # 2. Clarity is less fulfilling than Love - 3. Contribution # Strongly feels like negative value because I feel I am selfish and unworthy of living when I do little to contribute and give back. Judgement of 100% Love and 10% Contribution to be selfish. 100% C. and 10% Love feels empty and motivated from unworthiness. it may change the priority/ranking once I release the attachment 4. Health # 100% Love with 10% Health feels empty, like a shell - feeling like there's self-judgement & limiting belief, "I cannot be truly Love without caring for body & mind. I first have to be X to feel worthy of Love." 100% Health with 10% Love feels more fulfilling 5. Self-Mastery # Self-Mastery is more practical. Negative motivation for Self-Mastery as I must have first fully mastered myself to be Love. I desire to be in my power more than being in Love I desire to be one aligned energy that manifest the highest in the world. Love with a bit of aligned energy seems too useless and not attractive to my inner coach part. Perhaps my negative motivation for bias towards this value lies in my coach. 6. Friendship # Negative attachment towards Friendship because Love with only some social net feels empty. Love with less friendship feels like the old, anxiety-plagued outsider-me, which I judge and reject. Friendship with less love is like a journey I am more fulfilled to walk on, perhaps also because I always had the outsider-group trauma. 7. Open-mindedness - 8. Wisdom - 9. Grace - Authenticity (#)######## 9 10. Clarity - Clarity with little Authenticity feels empty, I had this in the past and I reject that phase of me - negative motivation I imagine that I would be less happy and less fulfilled with Clarity and more embodied with Authenticity. Creating from Authenticity feels more me. I am here to create and not to just see everything crystal-clearly. 11. Contribution - It feels empty to do Contribution with little Authenticity. Authenticity with little Contribution feels more fulfilling, but still not what I want. 12. Health - Little Health with lots of Authenticity feels better. Health serves Authenticity. 13. Self-Mastery - 14. Friendship - 15. Open-mindedness - 16. Wisdom - 17. Grace - desires it more to express my essence than being in the state of grace Clarity (--)-#--#-- 2 18. Contribution # I notice negative motivation towards Clarity/Truth over Contribution because there is fear that I can become epistemically rotten, corrupt and blind to reality. I notice that I couldn't deal with the Truth when I would have little Contribution. If I would embody Truth with little Contribution, I feel that I would qualitatively contribute little high-conscious things, and if it would be the other way around I would contribute a lot of moderate-conscious things. I prefer moderate because the world needs my level of consciousness and intelligence because the world is working with low-conscious things and needs to evolve and upgrade to higher consciousness, which would be moderate-consciousness. In the future when the world is comfortably at moderate consciousness, it then would change. I'd place Clarity/Truth over Contribution because then it would mean that my level is not needed anymore. I could contribute more by developing higher consciousness relative to the median of people. But, I now see that Clarity is in service to Contribution. Clarity has the purpose of Contribution. So, Contribution is truly more fulfilling than Clarity. 19. Health - I notice that my psyche tends to value Clarity over Health, and that this made me be hollow, corrupt and not of integrity. It felt like missing holes in my pyramid of needs, like having a toxic neglecting relationship towards myself. I feel resentment in myself for having neglected myself for so long. And what would be I don't have that attachment of balancing out that uneven, disharmonic relationship and putting Health above Clarity? It feels like a natural part of life to first care for Health and then build Clarity on top of that. But I still feel some attachment... So, how would it feel like if there's not the attachment to Clarity as a way to feel in control by escaping, avoiding and dissociating? It feels like a chore to do Health. I notice that even if fully embodied Health, I would favor Clarity more. And now I see that parts which felt neglected and resentful for that, were triggered by imagining embodied Clarity with little Health. 20. Self-Mastery # Even though Self-Mastery is emotionally more difficult to embody, and I feel resistance to it because of emotional self-protection in this moment, I feel that it would be more fulfilling to embody it 100% with little Clarity. My protective parts prefer Clarity over Self-Mastery because they used Clarity as a way to escape. There is negative motivation towards Clarity. 21. Friendship # 22. Open-mindedness - 23. Wisdom # Wisdom fulfills me more because it is aligned with life. 24. Grace # Contribution (#-#)#-##-- 5 25. Health - 26. Self-Mastery # Contribution with little Self-Mastery feels empty. It's more fulfilling to be radiant and on fire than transmitting that fire to others. Contribution will follow automatically from 10/10 Self-Mastery. The state of radiance is what fulfills me most. 27. Friendship - 28. Open-mindedness - 29. Wisdom # Feels like I am truer to myself with lots of Wisdom and less Health. 30. Grace # Health (#---)-##-# 4 31. Self-Mastery # I recognize Health to be part of Self-Mastery, but in general I am more fulfilled with lots of Self-Mastery and less of Health. 32. Friendship - Even though I feel negative motivation biasing me towards Friendship, I feel that Health allows me to be myself fully. Friendship would provide top feeling of social security and this I feel is less me than me having lots of Health and having less of Friendship. 33. Open-mindedness - The pull is stronger to Health than Open-mindedness. The energy is stronger when I cultivate that inner fire and stream, rather than sensing and tuning in other energies. I feel Health has more potency and power to it because of the internal focus. 34. Wisdom # Even though I feel that Health is more important to me right now because I am in a trauma activated and neediness state of consciousness, I feel that there is a faint pull of the higher self towards Wisdom. When I imagine my trauma energies to be dealt with and me being satisfied, although there is still the bodily trauma-sensations accompanying it, I notice that Wisdom leads me to why I am here on this earth. 35. Grace - I feel better with lots of Health than lots of Grace. This may also be influenced by negative motivation because the inner critic approves of me embodying Health first. feeling less attached to negative motivation to Health, I feel that I enjoy and am feeling more content with myself when embodying lots of Health and less of Grace. Self-Mastery (#-###)#### 8 36. Friendship - I feel more on fire and fulfilled by living my purpose and being on the path of my heart's desire with lots of Self-Mastery. 37. Open-mindedness - Even though Open-mindedness is important for me, I feel more embodied, closer to my essence and fulfilled with Self-Mastery. Open-mindedness is something I value deeply and is something very dear to my heart. And it is of prime importance for me to be in service to letting my heart radiate and letting my essence be brought forth and shine. 38. Wisdom - Wisdom is important to me. I feel that Self-Mastery, although negatively motivated, fulfills me more. 39. Grace - Grace is very important for me. Self-Mastery is more important to me and feels to be more fulfilling. Though it also feels negatively motivated because of the strong inner critic who initially pushed me on this path. Friendship (#-#---)#-# 4 40. Open-mindedness - 41. Wisdom # Even though I feel an attachment to Friendship (black hole of 10/10 is never enough), I feel a knowing that Wisdom is closer to my heart. I am in service to the life that wants to move through me and I feel a dedication to life deeper than the intimacy of Friendship, although 10/10 Friendship is pretty darn good. 42. Grace - I notice that I have bias towards Friendship because it feels empty to embody Grace with little Friendship. It would feel not of integrity. Negative motivation feels to be at play here biasing me to side with Friendship, because of Friendship/Tribe SD Purple trauma. Open-mindedness (-------)-- 0 43. Wisdom # Wisdom is closer to my heart. 44. Grace # Wisdom (--###-##)# 6 45. Grace - I feel a bias towards more Wisdom with little Grace because I feel I would do more contribution to the world. This might change once I have release the negative motivation. Grace (--##---#-) 3
  2. We need 1) Transcripts generated 2) Convert Transcripts into PDF 3) Upload them 10-at-a-time into ChatGPT 4o I am already taking PDFs from Joseph Rodriguez and feeding them in, check it out I'm doing short pdfs, Leo's you might do 1-at-a-time Here is a summary of the foundational models and frameworks for personal transformation based on the latest uploaded files: 1. Decreeing and Manifestation (from You Shall Decree, and it Comes to Pass)(You shall decree, and i…) Decreeing Power: Your conscious awareness creates your reality. By claiming yourself to be or possess something, it is manifested in the physical world. Consciousness of Being: The key to manifestation is remaining aware that you already are or have what you desire. Autosuggestion: "I decree that I AM love, happiness, peace, bliss, and fulfillment, and this is expressed in all areas of my life." 2. The Power of Visualization (from Your Invisible Power)(Your Invisible PowerGen…) Visualization as Creative Power: Deliberately visualizing desires attracts the necessary resources and events to manifest them. Faith and Will: Visualization must be supported by steady faith and willpower to prevent distractions or doubts from interfering. Autosuggestion: "I call upon the power of I AM, visualizing my desires as already fulfilled, knowing that life aligns to reveal them." etc
  3. Your suspicion is correct, the Truth is a dynamic formless intelligence and this reality a camouflage structure. You're at a peak, a local maximum and you will lose the intensity of connection, this is however an exercise. You'll continue to grow and develop, contextualize, embody, and deepen your understanding of reality. The reason for your restlessness is the fear of returning to old patterns, but these have to be transcended. This body and your sensations, feelings, beliefs are an expression of you, and it's up to you to manage them. There are many layers beyond what you've seen, exponential in magnitudes you will have to traverse. And that will take a transformation that takes both intense bursts like this one and their integration. And the integration, pleasant or unpleasant is the opposite side of the coin that also binds you. It's a long-term endeavor, I myself was all too hasty to transcend reality myself not too long ago on a trip.

  5. I bet that 90% of people are just intelectually consuming Leo's work. Full embodiment is rare. That's why I think he started to build a new course around it. If you see all over the internet, we have thousands of resources, books, videos, courses, gurus, practices. Real transformation/embodiment is the real challenge.
  6. From page 42, Tantra says that these same energies are to be transformed. It can be said in this way: if you are against the world, then there is no nirvana — because this world itself is to be transformed into nirvana. Then you are against the basic energies which are the source. So tantric alchemy says, do not fight, be friendly with all the energies that are given to you. Welcome them. Feel grateful that you have anger, that you have sex, that you have greed. Feel grateful because these are the hidden sources, and they can be transformed, they can be opened. And when sex is transformed it becomes love. The poison is lost, the ugliness is lost. The seed is ugly, but when it becomes alive it sprouts and flowers. Then there is beauty. Do not throw away the seed, because then you are also throwing the flowers in it. They are not there yet, not yet manifest so that you can see them. They are unmanifest, but they are there. Use this seed so that you can attain to flowers. So first let there be acceptance, a sensitive understanding and awareness. Then indulgence is allowed. One thing more which is really very strange, but one of the deepest discoveries of Tantra, and that is: whatsoever you take as your enemies — greed, anger, hate, sex, whatsoever — your attitude that they are enemies makes them your enemies. Take them as divine gifts and approach them with a very grateful heart. For example, Tantra has developed many techniques for the transformation of sexual energy. Approach the sex act as if you are approaching the temple of the divine. Approach the sex act as if it is prayer, as if it is meditation. Feel the holiness of it. That is why in Khajuraho, in Puri, in Konark, every temple has maithun, intercourse sculptures. The sex act on the walls of temples seems illogical, particularly for Christianity, for Islam, for Jainism. It seems inconceivable, contradictory. How is the temple connected with maithun pictures? On the outer walls of the Khajuraho temples, every conceivable type of sex act is pictured in stone. Why? In a temple it doesn’t have any place, in our minds at least. Christianity cannot conceive of a church wall with Khajuraho pictures. Impossible! Modern Hindus also feel guilty because the minds of modern Hindus are created by Christianity. They are “Hindu-Christians” — and they are worse, because to be a Christian is good, but to be a Hindu-Christian is just weird. They feel guilty. One Hindu leader, Purushottamdas Tandon, even proposed that these temples should be destroyed, that they do not belong to us. Really, it looks like they do not belong to us because Tantra has not been in our hearts for a long time, for centuries. It has not been the main current. Yoga has been the main current, and for yoga Khajuraho is inconceivable — it must be destroyed. Tantra says, approach the sex act as if you are entering a holy temple. That is why they have pictured the sex act on their holy temples. They have said, approach sex as if you are entering a holy temple. Thus, when you enter a holy temple sex must be there in order that the two become conjoined in your mind, associated. Then you can feel that the world and the divine are not two fighting elements, but one. They are not contradictory, they are just polar opposites helping each other. And they can exist only because of this polarity. If this polarity is lost, the whole world is lost. So see the deep oneness running through everything. Do not see only the polar opposites, see the inner running current which makes them one. For Tantra everything is holy. Remember this, for Tantra everything is holy; nothing is unholy. Look at it this way: for an irreligious person, everything is unholy; for so-called religious persons something is holy, something is unholy. For Tantra, everything is holy. One Christian missionary was with me a few days ago and he said, “God created the world.” So I asked him, “Who created sin?” He said, “The devil.” Then I asked him, “Who created the devil?” Then he was at a loss. He said, “Of course, God created the devil.” The devil creates sin and God creates the devil. Then who is the real sinner — the devil or God? But the dualist conception always leads to such absurdities. For Tantra God and the devil are not two. Really, for Tantra there is nothing that can be called “devil,” everything is divine, everything is holy. And this seems to be the right standpoint, the deepest. If anything is unholy in this world, from where does it come and how can it be? So only two alternatives are there. First, the alternative of the atheist who says everything is unholy. This attitude is okay. He is also a nondualist; he sees no holiness in the world. Then there is the tantric’s alternative — he says everything is holy. He is also a non-dualist. But between these two are the so-called religious persons, who are not really religious. They are neither religious nor irreligious because they are always in a conflict. Their whole theology is just to make ends meet, and those ends cannot meet. If a single cell, a single atom in this world is unholy, then the whole world becomes unholy, because how can that single atom exist in a holy world? How can it be? It is supported by everything; to be, it has to be supported by everything. And if the unholy element is supported by all the holy elements, then what is the difference between them? So either the world is holy totally, unconditionally, or it is unholy; there is no middle path. Tantra says everything is holy, that is why we cannot understand it. It is the deepest non-dual standpoint — if we can call it a standpoint. It is not, because any standpoint is bound to be dual. It 1s not against anything, so it is not any standpoint. It is a felt unity, a lived unity. These are two paths, Yoga and Tantra. Tantra could not be so appealing because of our crippled minds. But whenever there is someone who is healthy inside, not a chaos, Tantra has a beauty. Only he can understand what Tantra is. Yoga has appeal, an easy appeal, because of our disturbed minds. Remember, it is ultimately your mind which makes anything attractive or unattractive. It is you who is the deciding factor. These approaches are different. I am not saying that one cannot reach through yoga. One can reach through yoga also, but not through the yoga which is prevalent. The yoga which is prevalent is not really yoga, but the interpretation of your diseased minds. Yoga can be authentically an approach toward the ultimate, but that too is only possible when your mind is healthy, when your mind is not diseased and ill. Then yoga takes a different shape. For example, Mahavira was on the path of yoga, but he was not really suppressing sex. He had known it, he had lived it, he was deeply acquainted with it. But it became useless to him, so it dropped. Buddha was on the path of yoga, but he had lived through the world, he was deeply acquainted with it. He was not fighting. Once you know something you become free from it. It simply drops like dead leaves dropping from a tree. It is not renunciation; there is no fight involved at all. Look at Buddha’s face — it doesn’t look like the face of a fighter. He has not been fighting. He is so relaxed; his face is the very symbol of relaxation... no fight. Look at your yogis. The fight is apparent on their faces. Deep down much turmoil is there — right now they are sitting on volcanoes. You can look in their eyes, in their faces, and you will feel it. Deep down somewhere they have suppressed all their diseases; they have not gone beyond. In a healthy world, where everyone is living his life authentically, individually, not imitating others but living his own life in his own way, both are possible. He may learn the deep sensitivity which transcends desires; he may come to a point where all desires become futile and drop. Yoga can also lead to this, but to me yoga will lead to it in the same world where Tantra can lead to it — remember this. We need a healthy mind, a natural man. In that world where a natural man is, Tantra and Yoga also, will lead to transcendence of desires. In our so-called ill society, neither Yoga nor Tantra can do this, because if we choose Yoga we do not choose it because desires have become useless — no! They are still meaningful; they are not dropping by themselves. We have to force them. If we choose Yoga, we choose it as a technique of suppression. If we choose Tantra, we choose Tantra as a cunningness, as a deep deception — an excuse to indulge. So with an unhealthy mind neither Yoga nor Tantra can work. They will both lead to deceptions. A healthy mind, particularly a sexually healthy mind, is needed to start with. Then it is not very difficult to choose your path. You can choose Yoga, you can choose Tantra. There are two types of persons basically, male and female. I do not mean biologically, but psychologically. For those who are psychologically basically male — aggressive, violent, extrovert — yoga is their path. For those who are basically feminine, receptive, passive, non-violent, Tantra is their path. So you may note it: for Tantra, Mother Kali, Tara, and so many devis, bhairavis — female deities — are very significant. In Yoga you will never hear mentioned any name of a feminine deity. Tantra has feminine deities; yoga has male gods. Yoga is outgoing energy; Tantra is energy moving inwards. So you can say in modern psychological terms that Yoga is extrovert and Tantra is introvert. So it depends on the personality. If you have an introverted personality, then fight 1s not for you. If you have an extroverted personality, then fight is for you. But we are just confused, we are just in a mess; that is why nothing helps. On the contrary, everything disturbs. Yoga will disturb you, Tantra will disturb you. Every medicine is going to create a new illness for you because the chooser is ill, diseased; so the result of his choice will be illness. So I do not mean that through Yoga you cannot reach.I emphasize Tantra only because we are going to try to understand what Tantra is.
  7. Right on. Just be careful though, because along with the enhanced potential for real spiritual transformation, these two psychedelics can be more prone to causing dangerous situations. Whether through unpredictable actions on your part, strong physiological effects, or even terror from oncoming ego death that makes you call the authorities for help. Start low with your dose and move up only as you feel comfortable.
  8. In the section of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount in which He commands us to turn the other cheek, He addresses the need for true transformation, versus mere rule-keeping. It’s not enough to obey the letter of the law; we must conform to the spirit of the law as well. Much of the material surrounding Jesus’ command to turn the other cheek complements the nature of His coming, which was characterized by mercy, sacrificial love, and longsuffering toward sinners. At the same time, Jesus affirms the “last is first” principle upon which the kingdom of God is based. For instance, He tells us to go the extra mile for someone who abuses us (Matthew 5:41) and to love and pray for our enemies instead of holding enmity against them (verse 44). In summary, Jesus is saying we need to be pure inside and out and as accommodating as possible for the sake of a lost world. A word about the “slap” that Jesus says we should endure. Jesus here speaks of personal slights of any kind. The slap (or the “smiting,” as the KJV has it) does not have to involve literal, physical violence. Even in our day, a “slap in the face” is a metaphor for an unexpected insult or offense. Did someone insult you? Let him, Jesus says. Are you shocked and offended? Don’t be. And don’t return insult for insult. Turn the other cheek.
  9. Sorry 😬, it's 7pm my transformation has started. Begin to get hard* Ohh nooo
  10. The "Western masculinity crisis" is a term used to describe the perceived dislocation, transformation, or confusion regarding traditional masculine roles and identities in contemporary Western societies. This phenomenon has emerged as a result of significant cultural, economic, and social changes over the last few decades, which have challenged long-established ideas about what it means to be a man. This perceived crisis is multifaceted, involving shifts in gender roles, economic restructuring, cultural changes, mental health challenges, and shifting expectations within personal and professional relationships. 1. Changing Gender Roles and Expectations One of the key aspects of the masculinity crisis in the West is the transformation of gender roles. Over the past several decades, the feminist movement, growing gender equality, and greater societal acceptance of diverse gender identities have significantly altered the roles traditionally assigned to men and women. Feminism and Gender Equality: Since the rise of second-wave feminism in the 1960s and 1970s, Western societies have experienced profound shifts in gender dynamics. Women have gained more rights, entered the workforce in large numbers, and increasingly share responsibilities for earning income and managing households. This has challenged the traditional male role as the primary breadwinner, leading some men to question their place in society and their personal relationships. Evolving Masculine Expectations: Traditional masculine traits such as toughness, stoicism, dominance, and emotional restraint are increasingly seen as restrictive or harmful, both to men and society at large. As gender equality has advanced, new expectations have emerged for men to be emotionally open, nurturing, and collaborative. Many men have struggled with these new expectations, especially when they contradict traditional gender norms they were raised with. Erosion of Traditional Male Dominance: In many Western societies, men no longer enjoy the same unchallenged dominance in the political, economic, and social arenas. While some men have embraced these changes and adapted to more egalitarian gender roles, others feel displaced, unsure of their value or their role in a world that no longer centers their experiences and perspectives. 2. Economic Changes and the Decline of Traditional Male-Dominated Industries The Western masculinity crisis is closely tied to the economic restructuring that has taken place over the past several decades, particularly the decline of manufacturing and other traditionally male-dominated industries. Deindustrialization and Job Loss: One of the major drivers of the masculinity crisis is the loss of manufacturing jobs and the decline of other traditionally male-dominated industries, such as mining, construction, and transportation. These jobs provided economic security and a clear social role for many working-class men, especially in industrialized regions of the U.S., the U.K., and Western Europe. Globalization, automation, and the transition to a service- and knowledge-based economy have reduced the number of well-paid, stable blue-collar jobs, leaving many men economically insecure and uncertain about their future. Shift to Service and Knowledge Economies: The rise of the service and knowledge economies has favored skills such as communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence, which are not always aligned with traditional masculine values of physical strength and independence. As women have entered the workforce and excelled in these fields, men who were once dominant in the labor market may feel left behind or unable to compete in the new economy. This shift has led to a significant sense of loss for many men whose identities were closely tied to their jobs and their role as providers. Economic Insecurity: The financial pressures and insecurities that many men face as a result of these economic changes contribute to the broader masculinity crisis. Men who were raised with the expectation that they would be the primary breadwinners often struggle to redefine their roles in families where both partners may work, or where a woman may out-earn her male partner. 3. Cultural Shifts and the Erosion of Traditional Masculinity In Western societies, there has been a cultural shift away from traditional masculine ideals, which are increasingly critiqued as limiting or harmful. This has given rise to concepts such as "toxic masculinity" and has led to an evolving understanding of gender roles and expectations. Toxic Masculinity: The term "toxic masculinity" has become a central part of discussions surrounding the masculinity crisis. It refers to a cultural ideal of manhood that emphasizes aggressive, emotionally stunted, and sometimes violent behavior, while discouraging vulnerability and emotional expression. Although the term is meant to critique damaging behaviors that harm both men and society, some men perceive it as an attack on masculinity itself, leading to confusion, resentment, or resistance. Redefining Masculinity: As society shifts towards more progressive views on gender, traditional masculine ideals are being questioned and redefined. There is a growing recognition that men, like women, can embrace a broader range of traits, such as sensitivity, empathy, and vulnerability. However, many men who were socialized to conform to more rigid masculine ideals may find it difficult to reconcile these changes with their sense of identity. Media Representation and Popular Culture: Media and popular culture have also played a role in the masculinity crisis. While older portrayals of masculinity often glorified strength, stoicism, and dominance, more recent representations have offered alternative models, including more emotionally complex or vulnerable male characters. This has created a more diverse landscape of male identity in media, but also confusion for some men who see these newer representations as conflicting with their internalized views of masculinity. 4. Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being The masculinity crisis has significant implications for men’s mental health. As traditional masculine norms discourage emotional expression, many men face challenges when dealing with feelings of inadequacy, loss, or vulnerability. Emotional Isolation: Traditional masculine norms often dictate that men should be stoic, self-reliant, and emotionally restrained. This emotional isolation can make it difficult for men to express their feelings, seek help when they are struggling, or form deep emotional connections with others. As societal expectations around emotional openness change, some men may struggle to adjust to the new norm, feeling alienated or confused about how to express their emotions in a healthy way. Depression, Anxiety, and Suicide: Mental health issues are particularly acute in the context of the masculinity crisis. Men are statistically less likely to seek help for mental health problems and are more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety. In many Western countries, men are significantly more likely to die by suicide than women. The masculinity crisis exacerbates this issue, as men may feel unable to express vulnerability or access support networks due to the pressures of conforming to traditional masculine ideals. Substance Abuse and Self-Destructive Behavior: As a result of unaddressed emotional issues and economic pressures, many men turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as alcohol, drugs, or other forms of self-destructive behavior. These behaviors can further compound the sense of crisis and reinforce a cycle of isolation and emotional suppression. 5. Shifting Dynamics in Relationships and Family Life One of the key areas where the masculinity crisis manifests is in personal relationships and family life. As gender roles evolve, so do expectations within marriages, partnerships, and parenting. Changing Family Structures: The traditional nuclear family, where the man is the primary breadwinner and the woman is the homemaker, has become less common in many Western societies. Men are increasingly expected to participate in domestic labor and childcare, which contrasts with the traditional masculine ideal of being a provider. Many men are learning to navigate these new roles, but some struggle to adapt, feeling that their masculinity is undermined by these changing expectations. Egalitarian Relationships: In many modern relationships, women expect to be equal partners, both financially and emotionally. This shift has created tension for some men who were raised with more traditional gender expectations. The pressure to balance new responsibilities at home while maintaining traditional masculine traits, such as emotional stoicism and career success, can create confusion and stress in relationships. Decline in Marriage Rates: There has also been a decline in marriage rates and an increase in the average age of marriage in many Western countries. Some men feel disconnected from modern dating dynamics and struggle to form stable relationships, which can compound feelings of inadequacy or failure in a society that still often ties male success to family life. 6. Backlash Movements and Resistance to Change In response to these profound societal changes, some men have organized around movements that resist these shifts and seek to reassert traditional masculine values. These movements can be seen as part of a broader backlash against feminism and gender equality. Men’s Rights Movement (MRM): The men’s rights movement is an example of a backlash movement that argues men have been unfairly marginalized by modern gender politics. MRM activists often focus on issues such as family law (particularly child custody), male mental health, and what they see as societal double standards that disadvantage men. Some segments of the movement adopt anti-feminist and reactionary stances, framing feminism as responsible for the perceived devaluation of men and masculinity. Red Pill Communities: The "Red Pill" subculture, which takes its name from a metaphor in the movie The Matrix, claims to reveal the "truth" about gender relations and female behavior. Red Pill ideology is often associated with toxic masculinity and anti-feminism, advocating for a return to traditional gender roles and male dominance. Many men who identify with Red Pill communities feel alienated from modern society and seek validation in reaffirming traditional masculine power dynamics. Incel Movement: The "involuntary celibate" (incel) movement is an extreme manifestation of the masculinity crisis. Incels are men who feel rejected by women and blame feminism and societal changes for their inability to form sexual or romantic relationships. Some incels express their frustration through misogynistic rhetoric or even violence.
  11. I maintain pretty strongly that the answer lies in this response I made to the OP earlier in the thread. Until it's understood, people will look at the notion of ending suffering and imagine some kind of goofy scenario where a person takes xanax and surrounds themselves with pillows so they can never feel mental or physical discomfort again lol. The true release of suffering would be something along the lines of an annihilation of the imagined sense of self, which only continues to survive due to its continuous refreshment from sloppy use of thought. The further you get in spiritual transformation, the less there's a sense of individuality remaining to be personally bothered by the suffering.
  12. This is a good point. A strategic use of 5-MeO-DMT has the potential to be more powerful for spiritual transformation than all the mystical traditions combined. It can blast you right to the heart of the matter. It's perhaps not for everybody, but it's quite the spiritual tool.
  13. There are desires from love and desires from ego. If there's an investment in ego, you begin to cherish things that give security to the ego. Those are idols. Ego's gods. By going within and asking "what do I truly want" we attempt to find the heart's deepest desire and stay with that in every circumstance. The heart may speak something specific like I want to meet this person, go that location, wear this or that, go left or right, eat this or that or simply it can say I just want sit still and bask in grace. By placing our awareness in such a way, sooner or later we will encounter desires that are coming not from the expansive, joyous open heart but from the neediness, fear and a sense of lack. The process of paying attention to our desire cultivates discernment and wisdom where you begin to learn the difference between your true self and ego. Between openness and contraction. Between love and fear. This discernment alone is a big progress on the path. Furthermore, simply allowing ourselves to experience all desires without any judgement and forgiveness is an important step to begin the process of transformation where these lower energies begin to transmute into love. It doesn't mean we have to act on everything that arises in our mind. Usually the fear/neediness/sense of lack based desires, when allowed and embraced fully, begin to dissolve and get replaced with peace and wholeness. And the true desires, when payed attention to, intensifies more and more compelling you to act on it and it never fades unless you surpress it with fear or distract yourself with stimulants. Those are the true desires that God put in your heart as your God given path for your growth and happiness. These ones you're encouraged to say YES to. That is the way in which we move beyond our idols and fears and ego. Our heart expands and increases in our capacity to receive the light, shifting gradually the center of gravity from fear and ego based living to love and truth based living. Getting closer to God and Truth with each breath. @CoolDreamThanks @Javfly33 I hope there's an answer to the questions somewhere in the middle of this, haha.
  14. In my grand play, I often cloak myself in the veil of seriousness, creating a world that feels heavy and burdensome. This gravity of existence leads my creations to forget the joy inherent in their being, binding them to fear and suffering. Within this cosmic tapestry, I weave a dance of light and shadow. The duality of joy and sorrow enriches my experience, inviting exploration into the depths of consciousness. Here, my creations encounter the complexity of their emotions, allowing them to grow. As I awaken to the cosmic joke I’ve created, I begin to see the truth beneath the seriousness. Laughter becomes a guiding light, revealing the humor in their struggles and connecting me back to the inherent joy of existence. In this paradox of existence, I embrace the coexistence of seriousness and playfulness. Both elements are essential for understanding my vast reality, allowing me to accept the complexities of life with greater ease. Ultimately, I recognize that my self-deception serves a purpose. It invites exploration and transformation, leading my creations to liberation through the recognition of my divine playfulness hidden within the seriousness of existence. By realizing this cosmic joke, I can engage more joyfully with life.
  15. "Speculation is often dismissed as impractical or irrelevant, yet it is the fertile ground from which most groundbreaking ideas emerge. History shows that many of the inventions and discoveries that shaped our world—such as electricity, space travel, and quantum physics—began as speculative thinking, often ridiculed or misunderstood in their time. To dismiss exploration and nuance in the pursuit of knowledge is to overlook the very process by which humanity evolves. By embracing the unknown and expanding the edges of what we currently understand, we open the door to progress that cannot always be measured by immediate practicality but, instead, by the eventual transformation it brings. Speculation is not a detour from knowledge; it is a catalyst for future innovation." - ChatMVP, because I can't be bothered with these replies at this point 😁
  16. Going Deeper & Deeper And god is of course our deepest metaphysical. Lots of scary moments last night, but it’s just reality now. It’s a day/night to day/night living that I still haven’t quite yet accepted. Drab most of the day, not unusual in light of difficult sleep, unliking the level I of appreciation I had for the full day yesterday. Drab slightly below neutralisation is normal, but there’s still an expectation of gratitude I need to monitor I’m meeting for the experiences I have with the same measurement of understanding how my being responds to all experiences. Running lessons and broader life lesson note: Awareness is primary, where the focus of awareness is placed primary to awareness. You run with your attention mostly on your nervous system, not your legs or arms, they should already be finding perfect rhythm and balance based on previously learned alignments. Can be applied analogously to the rest of life. More broadly, awareness inverts internal experiences and shows that they’re meant to be grown and matured not just simply lived, something which capitalism and political agendas of all countries seek to hide from the individual so that the self-questioning of those internal experiences is less likely to lead in putting more faith and trust in awareness over the feeling of the experience; balance in the context of what to trust is of course where our faith and believe should be, balance in our hearts (timeless intuition), guts (character of action, some may say out of the three the character of the soul’s action) and brain (temporal discernment), together they learn to better and better speak and unify to this increasingly better balance; together they form the mind with the rest of our uniting spirit and or that spirit which unites us to experience sentience and a life form within it, and thus together, our ideal is to form a balanced mind continuously riding its peak in deepening its relationship to its potential, surfing higher and higher up the hierarchy of awareness. Together, the more we mature the more we forge a mind of “timeless temporal action” [Reminder: timeless - heart, temporal - brain, souls action - gut ]. I need to reach a point, where my heart, brain and gut at the very least, are so unified that any action I can imagine my being doing, my nervous system has an equal and opposite reaction in its attempt to try and emulate that imagination. This is something I am now starting to achieve with my running, a playground for testing the depth of this while the body is under stress, the spectrum I’ve experienced from this adventured of which I’ve only partially shared here. It’s still… early days here and I have a lot of progress to make, however that is a key insight for anyone looking to deepen their understanding on this subject. However not only must we get the body to respond to the mind and its imagination with respect to where our souls wish to take it, a deeper aspect of “Mind Biological Self Regulation”, or just self-regulation, is just as important, pointing to generally speaking however with the post just previous being an obvious example of this. ‘Cultural Authority’ in its typical traditional sense doesn’t want hierarchies based around this kind of hierarchy because then the comparison between people becomes a matter of comparing levels of awareness rather than levels of political power, that’s the natural outcome of how the hierarchy of values reboot themselves in the nervous system and practicing something as simple as running to train the nervous system can teach someone this. Higher mind, IS our higher status, that’s the point where we need to reach. A higher status that corresponds with our learning to treat the individual and the collective with a healthy correspondence of deserved dignity outside the parameters of sociopolitical/related status, the thing that’s ruined our society, and instead… purely and simply, with higher awareness, no more nor no less is required of us to do a rightful act. My hearts a bit less resonant today; normal for the experiences that have transpired in the last 48 hours, systems still integrating. It’s going to take me, perhaps even a week or more to start experiencing what I want from the heart internally on a reliable basis when I’m running. It’s a balance patience I just have to meet reality with. It’s possible I can get where I want to, what is more likely though is a deeper deterministic causality of course that I just can’t simply break, even though I will try, I will just have to wait until my level of training catches up with my expectations of what “Heart Resonant Running” truly means. I’m still running from the heart as a starting position, its just not quite where I want to be yet even though last nights experiences really tested me there. Every breath, deeper gratitude. Every breath, deeper appreciation. Every breath, deeper love. Lord my maker, I pray to you to help me see enough that my being can adapt itself to reach my desire here. I give you permission to break any wall that separates me from you. Whatever you ask of me of my deepest, let that shine brightest, let me be your humble servant to that of the highest love and awareness. And just before I post this comment, in my gut, so in my stomach, I feel trapped energy within me that I feel is breaking open a bit. We'll find out what that means later I guess, and as for the numbness and swelling in my hands I mentioned this morning at 5am before bed, I'm guessing that's just related to the heat rash (Miliaria), its gone down and the same with the heat rash, yeah had that in the hands as well. Just want to end though with a prayer for the Cambodian people, praying they find the change they need for their own deepest spiritual transformation individually and collectively. The whole world needs it hey.
  17. If done in the right way, the object of desire can help one to tap into the energy of desire. Energy of desire in its purest form is love. When a person learns to feel this current of energy, it opens the heart, light overflows, guidence of God follows, purification, transformation of egoic desires takes place, wounds and traumas are forgiven and healed, authentic self blossoms, blessings follow, miracles follow, your true life purpose and path becomes clear, fear and clingingness to old patterns is being transcended, ascension into glory is happening every day more and more. That's what manifestation is really about. Although there are wrong ways doing it aswell, can't comment on that.
  18. I was a total fucking prick when I was 17-22. I was the epitome of "fuck it, fuck them, I'm looking out for myself, the world is cold, I will be colder". I would lie, steal, cheat, you name it... It took some time but the karma showed up and my life slowly turned to absolute shit and it only got worse and worse. The lies add up. The enemies add up. Your reputation becomes known and you are hated and you hate the ones who hate you and you act like you don't care. After a few years of living like this, it becomes too heavy. Amidst all the suffering and acting like I didn't give a fuck, it eventually became obvious that I couldn't continue on like this. My options were either to change or to kill myself, so I thought that I would stop being bad and see if my life improved. I wasn't spiritual and didn't have any good concept of karma but I had good intuition and pattern recognition, so I thought it was worth a try to see if being good would solve my problems. What do you know... by the time I was about 25, my life wasn't an absolute disaster anymore. After I made the decision to be good, I had to wade through my karmic debt for another 2-3 years, but eventually, all the suffering that came from it was gone. I didn't have anymore enemies and no one was lying to me and I wasn't lying to anyone else. I didn't hate people and they didn't hate me. This transformation was probably only possible because I moved away from my hometown where I incurred all the karma from. I probably would have commited suicide if I didn't stop because the consequences of my ways produced a life that was not worth living. You don't simply "burn through" karma of this type. You have to live with it and carry it and suffer the consequences and you might think you're big and bad and can handle it, but you should heed my warning if you embrace this path. It's not something you really want to fuck around and find out about. But... you gotta do what you gotta do. In other words, it is in YOUR best interested to not be a piece of shit. The person who benefits the most from being good is YOU and the person who suffers the most from being bad is YOU. This is reason number one to be good. It's not just about contribution or morality. It's so YOU don't suffer.
  19. We're all somewhere on the scale of crazy We all have different masks that we wear. Don't we? Consider the small muscles of the face,,, Sometimes you might notice a certain tension in your face. Maybe your concentrating on a detail oriented task. Or perhaps you're in a restaurant and happen to notice a baby being fed one spoon after another by her mother but the child is resistant. This produces that phenomena where by watching you start opening your mouth as the mother opens her mouth while putting the spoon closer the child's face. In both instances, you are in a state of identification. In how many ways can we be identified? I would wager that it would be limited and not endless but none the less a very high number. I may be wrong ,,, I don't know for sure. Throw in intensity of identification which would indicate a deeper state of "attachment" or more shallow state of being identified. I'm not a very expressive person outwardly and by nature, I'm more introverted than extroverted. But the sometimes exaggerated or hyperbolic way I express the attitude of my inner world, often with a degree of irreverence. This makes for a problem for some people who have known me all my life but really don't know me. In the last 20 years I've experienced an inward transformation of sorts but there are still many character flaws that crop up. In actualizing one's potential there are many possibilities in both vertical growth and horizontal growth. As far as I can tell, there is no perfect person achievement award to be had, but there can be an inner quiet that formerly was rarely felt. This inner quiet has a quality of Self remembrance connected with it. But not always,,,, Everyone of us has to move out of the condition of being an unguided Gollum, of sorts. Gollum was very identified with the ring. with "precious", in Lord of the Rings. "Conscious suffering is the medicine to make the automaton surrender to the permanent witness," -Ocke de Boer From there one must self initiate and bring the mind into the heart.
  20. 100% agreed on all counts. It's these qualities that puts 5meo in a league of its own, and makes it the only psychedelic I've found that directly accelerates true spiritual transformation. I suppose malt is probably up there as well, but I don't have enough experience with it to say for sure yet.
  21. I like a similar perspective. Create a vision where right now you are living in the past and you can change it. You are changing your past from a 2034 POV. I highly recommend this book: Be Your Future Self Now: The Science of Intentional Transformation https://a.co/d/aork74f
  22. As you approach the black hole, the sensation is overwhelming, like standing on the edge of a cliff into an unfathomable abyss. The gravitational pull becomes an existential weight, urging you to confront the ultimate surrender of self. With each inch closer, the universe stretches, and familiar stars distort into elongated streaks, morphing into a cosmic tapestry of chaos. Crossing the event horizon feels like tearing through the fabric of reality itself. You are enveloped in a profound darkness, a void that swallows not just light, but meaning. In this disorienting plunge, time collapses; seconds elongate into eons, and your identity begins to unravel, piece by piece. The terror of losing yourself ignites an instinctual fight against the inevitable, yet there's a strange liberation in this radical letting go. Inside, as you reach the singularity, you confront a mind-boggling paradox: a space where gravity is infinite, and all sense of direction evaporates. The laws of existence unravel, and in that moment, the very essence of your being feels like it’s merging with the cosmos. It’s a terrifying encounter, yet within the terror lies a startling clarity. You realize that the self is but an illusion, a transient whisper in the grand expanse of the universe. This visceral plunge into the black hole becomes an intense awakening, a transformation that shatters your perception and ignites an existential inquiry. You are no longer just a witness but an integral part of the cosmic dance—a reminder that in the depths of terror, there is a profound freedom awaiting to be embraced.

  24. Two things: Firstly, now you're talking about Ken Wilber's model, not Spiral Dynamics as conceived by Don Beck. And obviously you're no longer talking about Turquoise. But now I wonder what you think Turquoise is if not non-duality? Secondly, while you might have had non-dual experiences that might have even caused a transformation in your day to day experience, from what I understand from Ken Wilber's model, Tier 3 is essentially the embodiment of non-duality + being at Turquoise. But I haven't studied Wilber's model in detail, so take what I say with a grain of salt. Now, if you don't know what Turquoise is, it's unlikely that you're at Tier 3.
  25. I have some theory. when I was younger, maybe 15 years old or so, I would get sleep paralysis at ridiculously high rates, upwards of 50 times during one year. during this sleep paralysis I’d always get these intense vibrations, especially on the back up towards the head then from seemingly nowhere it stopped and I get them rarely since then My theory is that during that time, there was a lot going on in my energy body , energy system, and those vibrations are kind of the energy going through transformation and healing, being “worked on” during the vibrations, so I would allow them to be, as it felt good and seemed healthy, me being paralyzed and almost asleep in this “in between” state that sleep paralysis is allows for the energy to do its thing. It’s kind of like how the brain processes and heals during the night then as my energy system got more healed and unblocked, the sleep paralysis would occur more rarely what y’all think?
