Even for those who do, there is merit, but such merit is not relative to the person. Such merit is already expressive of enlightening potential, continuously expounded by animate and inanimate, without beginning. Being that it's already our nature, in seeing just this, realization is experience of nonoriginated selfless sincere open awareness in real time. At such times, no one knows the arising of the celestial potential but for those who eschew speculative relationships in the midst of situational evolution as a matter of course. In seeing potential, the gift is a given, whereby nothing is done in terms of the person. Since it does not involve the person, its psychological processes, emotional consciousness and ego reifying pattern-awareness ceases without deliberate effort or struggle. I'm not saying it's a wonderful thing; it's just what it is, relative to the situation. It's reality, not the person. Mutual response not relative to the person in the context of real situational adaption is enlightening activity by virtue of potential itself. Such response is transcendent in terms of freeing that bit of potential from within the matrix of the Creative (by virtue of karma). Subsequent natural transformation of unrefined potential is said to have been "absorbed" by adepts who can see situationally inherent potential. Those who do are said to be able to work with essence directly, without intermediary. "Absorption" of potential is the basic elemental aspect of so-called alchemic practice. It is simply a matter of seeing. Seeing is itself absorption of potential in terms of the real knowledge that I previously mentioned in the above quote. What is seen is not within the confines of a discursive criteria. Entry into the naturally inconceivable qualities of reality itself is just the way it is, and no one knows why. Formal meditation regimens aren't about being "good." "Spirituality" is really about penetration into the realm of the nonpsychologically nonoriginated unattributable quality of awake, miraculously so, by virtue of the source of our aware essential nature, which is not created. All entry-level reformative techniques are based on the nature of mind itself, to guide people beyond the realm of fixated self-absorption by the various devices set up by the ancient authentic teaching traditions in order to help students subtly gain familiarity with absorption of selfless (open) awareness. It's the same mind. There are no two minds. Mind is one. There is no karmic doing relative to the person carrying out authentic subtle spiritual (nonpsychological) practice. Our nature is an inconceivability. The open secret left behind by all prior illuminates is an attempt to keep the knowledge alive. Those who have the audacity to truly take this up are rare. -

If you want to experience a true transformation and increase your consciousness, you need to put yourself in challenging situations, those that tests your limits. Discussions on a forum are a joke. It's all just mental masturbation if you don't put theories into practice. -

Thank you, appreciated. What about a "religion" that doesn't have a leader? And no scriptures that tell you the truth or any truth? But instead you have a story that you just live through – that's all. Only a story, that's also called a story and not facts. Think of a spiritual musical of some kind. With a story that touches on deeper subjects like life & death, addiction & depression, stagnation & transformation, hope & despair, time & impermanence, dying & resurrection, healing & forgiveness, love, emotions, humanity, the cosmos, the journey, the dance of the universe, and so much more... But you know at all times that it is only a story. A story that provokes you to contemplate more deeply, love more radical, live more passionately, give yourself more completely and so much more... And you can have the most amazing experience of contact with Life, Love and the Divine, but you can also just chill and hang out, exchange your ideas and feelings with others, you can just dance and enjoy yourself. Or you can go on a cosmic adventure that will transform you if you let it. You will express emotions in an intensity you've never known before, experience true catharsis, and at the end you look at the night sky and feel the connection to the cosmos and everything in it... You wink at the stars because you finally know that there's something you didn't know before. And they wink back at you because they know now you're finally in on their little secret... You don't have ANY responsibility beyond that night. Whatever happens is from now on your personal treasure and you can do with it and integrate it as you please.. And then you do that every month together with the most amazing, open and beautiful people you can think of... Wouldn't that be great? -

When people are treating you nicely with lovely words and understanding, your ego can be deceived into thinking that you've reached a state where nothing disturbs you and you're in harmony with the Universe. True transformation begins then your ego is triggered big time through humiliation and ostracization. Act like a crazy person and see what happens. -
A lot of new age content make it sound like you are ascending; it’s incredible, we’re getting upgraded to the fifth dimension. But from what I can tell, wether you call it spiritual awakening, mid life crisis, a existential crisis, dark night of the soul,... it is pointing to the same thing, and has been there since the dawn of time. (See Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey). There comes a time in the life of a man where he needs transformation. There is no upgrade, you didn’t choose to incarnate right now because it is so cool to awaken, you won’t get caught in another 17000 years of reincarnation if you don’t upgrade your vibration right now. I can’t believe I adopted these silly beliefs for a while. It is ridiculous. There is only a transformation, a return to the Self.

Holy scriptures are not just concepts and theories and interpretations. It's about Grace and the Words of Truth that carry a certain influence that is way beyond just the intelectual entertainment. Such books have metaphysical properties that stimulate the opening and healing of the heart. It plants seeds of awakening. It purifies the mind. And it is a way, a portal so to speak, through which one can tap into certain states of consciouness, and make a connection with certain beings to receive their grace, support and guidence. Such tools for transformation deserve to be honored and not pissed on. -
I re-listened to the audibook integral transformation by Wilber and what was fascinating to me is how he and Leo intuit the samething about advaita and buddhism that they lack love that is so heavily emphasised by christian mystics and a lot of that very deep empathy is missing in todays culture, as it's to compassion focused or just very distant. Also what was fascinating is that the identification shifts and I was legit on the way to beign stage indigo/universal or w/e the scientific term was for this on cook-greuters paper as I started to identify with the higher subtle of love/joy etc. These are sort of imo the experience you have ad turqouise/construct aware -> indigo/beyond construct aware. Also that emptiness is sort of a lame interpretation even as an idea instead of infinity, as you can already see the christian background of love and empathy I wondered, by far also christian nations or judeo-christian nations are the least racist etc. When I contemplate how toxic China, Turkey or other countries are and this is sort of the positive remanent of our unknown mystics. That was certainly fascinated, also how shadow elements appear less in higher developed structure-stages from individuals at these stages, they are less prone to evoke them and accquire them, while they are not free of them, as well as people who even do smth. as basic as journaling have a better toolset to spot and handle shadow elements. For example the one with beign an expert and power and control at blue/red right now I notice is a huge regional emotional shadow I inherited as this is how "good power" was dealt with at very early stages of the beginnings of civilizations.... the irony of what I think about at the gym.... Yeah, I did not finish it entirely as I listend in 1x and was very tired. So yeah right now I am just chilling and enjoying my saturday gym today was very good in terms of meeting up and socializing a bit, and getting away especially in the early mornings from the gym sonication of loud blaring hip-hop music (trance would be good as it's more stage 3 inclined). The level of materalism sold within this as a "pure desire" can evoke some very competitive drives, I don't need at the morning. (Stage 3 higher development masculine & feminine) -> This was also interesting as it entailed the reality that higher stage men embody masculine and feminine aspects more and higher staged women also, also how wave 1 feminism was wrong about we are all equal and denied the biological differences and that wave 2 feminists admitted these differences, hence why there is the high acknowledgement of differences, yet now we have this stage 3 living without talking about it partially, some girls are very open to it and you have an extrem dark masculine shadow and to some extend dark feminine shadow collectively about material power at a purple/red and blue/orange level and some green stuff also. I bet there is more to write about this already took a lot of time to write, and to even read and connect all of the dots, many are arrogantly envious about things here and these are all shadows. I don't know if Wilber as the new integral life has already a topic on this psychdelics and shadow work, yet "keeping up-to-date" with the newest innovations in the psycho-spiritual sphere has become one of the most interesting things to me. Also the level of falseness of perspective of many spiritual people here is crass, many are materalist sex seekers, while others are living out there karma. Some people who are very liked by mods etc. Don't deserve it in my eyes, as they don't see the pain of the subtle extrem levels of materalism, especially shared with a partner etc. There is no love, only lust imo, so I will dismiss such people also in my personal life, they even lack compassion etc. They just evoke the notion of good without truely beign that intutive good so many humans love, that stems from a deep creative place of love, that is why you're fake to me, and it's triggering old patterns of my mother, and it's painful to deal with people who unconsciously traumatize you for your own gain, as they are money hungry power hungry weak dogs. That is the truth, weak dogs that hunt for the smallest piece of advantage, as long as these people don't admitt his fear I don't trust it. Anyhow this is more a reflection as I could also be like this, yet I never behaved and or thought like a weak dog, as I have to deal with the shadows mostly of beign the big dog, naive and likeable, gullible, trustable, faithful, loyal, strong etc. -> stupid, (rarely clumsy), forgetful, not caring etc. Some of this stuff more. Uhm yeah, more Wilber and Love -> Infinity etc. I see Leo's bias as to what works, yet the guy also is a maniac when it comes to work. I lost a lot of ambition if I channel it spiritually to such an extrem I will become like him which I don't want to and I am sure of this. A more subtler maturing is more painful, yet I could benefit more. Mostly I am here for spiritual work, shadow work and game, relationship advice, in case it works out with this girl I might do the course the advice here is so low and adopted for survival, I could puke and I get slightly triggered by the copy-cating of it. It's odd ohhh also!!! This idea caused me massive exellence in my life Wilber mentioning that aggression and hostility are different in it's essence -> anger is to move forward I had this inner behavioural ... adoption for quiet some time and it brought me massive exellence and the recent hostility is mostly due to the inadequat feeling of inner weakness that is abused and vulnerabillity that can be abused and the fear of it. Anyhow this is it I would analyze more, as this is new to me I was mostly non-caring yet it was mostly these type of social dominating type 8's who are very dumb in seeking god, they seek outside but it's inside. Anyhow it's a different matter some of these get it way way more intutively as they don't deny the creative drive of -> love -> surrender etc. Also the distinction between eros and agape that eros in the drive towards a great whole and including more of the whole which can have a phobos -> and hence turn pathological and agape including the smaller the involution drive towards the wholness of integrating the lower, which can lead to thantatos (death drive) in it's pathological form due to to much deconstruction instead of inclusion IIRC, and if my interpretation of the last part is correct. This 41:19 sounds extremely whole to me and I feel more whole, but yeah I dunno when I game to this music I ironically loose. It's to trippy .

I have something to say about that. Nietzsche spoke about the importance of YES. Getting to a point where you not only accept what is but say YES to Life and EVERYTHING that it entails, even if it meant repeating it into all of Eternity. That's a possibility. I'm working on a technique that involves going into the deepest darkest shadows of your psyche – essentially voluntarily visiting hell. It's made easier by doing it through a musical story, so you're able to distance yourself from your personal attachments and assume the reality of the fiction, experiencing it as a character that you may leave at any time if it gets too much. This is - as you may have guessed - supported and intensified through the use of psychedelics. It is ultimately supposed to be done in a group setting, but can also be carried out alone. Now, the goal is of course not to stay in hell, but to pass through it and leaving everything human behind for one night. This is possible because your fears and negativity work like an anchor tying you to the physical. It's like dying together in a more or less controlled and repeatable manner. That first part is like a cleansing and opening of your emotional system. The second part of the event then is about Ascension and Gnosis. Essentially connecting with the Divine in that elevated and loosened state creating a direct experience of GOD. What's great about it is that it will be possible to conduct it with as many people as you'd like, leading to not only a personal GOD awakening but a collective one. Anyway, in my experience by going consciously through what we would call hell it ceases to be that. You realize that even there, you can find nothing but LOVE. That's the great power of undergoing such a thing deliberately. You come back way more open and with less fear each time. Of course it may happen that you encounter something that's so deeply buried that it's not possible to overcome it in the moment. But that can be worked through aside from the ceremony and then you come back to try it again. But why? you may ask.. What are the benefits of doing something like that in the first place? Possible positive outcomes may be (if and how much of a success it becomes depends on the ceremony and the people that attend): Collective GOD-consciousness CATHARSIS of suppressed emotions Loosening or even permanent dissolving of certain emotional attachments – SHADOW WORK Advancing Evolution on this planet by working through the unconscious mind of humanity Creating our own future that's not just a repetition of the past by connecting to the Great Unknown Personal and collective transformation Coming together with like-minded people for the purpose of our Advancement as a species Finding and strengthening your life purpose by becoming conscious of what your highest values are Connecting to LIFE itself and starting to live more from your authentic self Cutting through all the bullshit of human ideas and concepts Notice: It's not about teaching anything specific, but just about connecting to the highest principle itself. Everything else is what you make of it. Essentially, it's a technology. There's much more to say but I'll leave it at that for now. Feel free to share your thoughts -

Funny. Suddenly, Awakenings n+1 sound like more insights into the various facets/angles of the frog/God/Absolute Reality. And God Realization sound like Full Enlightenment. With Full Enlightenment having the benefit of sobre and permanent deep identity transformation, and its resulting access to the bliss of Absolute Reality. For divine/celestial perception after Enlightenement (or, understanding more of the relative facets of the frog), see for example Harri Aalto, David Buckland, David Spangler, and many others. In all Traditions. -
Do you experience that? I am totally me, but I'm also grounded in the Absolute. I'm aware of the absoluteness of the Absolute, but I don't feel less myself, I feel MORE connected to this experience and body. It's kind of like lucid dreaming and it's amazing. I don't know if someday I wake up and think "oh, there's nobody there" but that sounds so silly. I can see the possibility but why would I want that? Why should I have an interest in disappearing? It makes no sense to me. Let's say that my current form is like a mask for the Absolute. Yeah, I WANT to play, and feel, and cry and laugh AS that character. I want to experience all the pain, pleasure, despair and ecstasy that comes with that. That's the whole point, isn't it? I CHOOSE so. And besides, that still would be a relative experience: You're there, then you're not, but experience continues anyway, so what's really the difference? The way I see it what's WAY more important is LOVE. A thorough and total YES to Life, ALL of it. In wanting to disappear there's still this death wish going on. It's about Becoming LOVE, but that won't happen in this human realm. Here we can only connect as much as possible with that, but that's also absolutely perfect already. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to change, in the contrary! Life is Eternal Change. We have to overcome our fear of death, that is also a fear of Life. It's about Transformation, a kind of alchemy that turns Darkness into Ecstasy.

Oh wonderful, thank you so much. I'm currently facing old fears from a completely different angle and from much higher consiousness than before. What it comes down to is I'm seeing a huge vision for myself and not taking the fear too seriously, which allows me to accept the hero's call. Transformation seems to happen in my most challenging periods, but this is different than before, this time it's consious. This morning I was worried about my situation and then I just started laughing and laughing because I recognized the feeling that something big was about to happen. I recognized it because it's happened before, but this time I'm so self aware, consious of my manifesting.

After re-watching Leo's video I got this recommendation which I also found very interesting I was wondering if you could always tell which stage you're in? For example I'm not sure if I'm in the "finding a mentor" stage (#4) or the "transformation" stage (#8). It kinda depends on how you look at it in my situation. If you count online mentors or not also changes it a little, and if you're pursuing multiple things in your life.
-
You maybe have completed one heroes journey but then in another area of life you will start a new one or you are already in the middle of it. Or you have multiple heroes journey throughout different stages of your life. The heroes journey is all about transformation and the way in which humans usually deal with it. It's also very much tied into story telling and culture. And you will find it in movies like -Matrix -Lion King -Star Wars -Lord of the Rings Watch this video, it will make it easier to asses in which chapter you are in right now.

It felt like that, I did not know it was possible to experience it with shrooms, though DMT was required to go that deep. Now I feel a lot less insecure, anxious and overall more calm. My goal is to try to integrate what I felt in my daily life and work towards achieving similar things (although way weaker) through my daily meditation practice. We will see in the future. I am reading that butterfly is a spirit animal that is about "transformation", which is interesting because I am trying to expand my personality and work towards finding my true authentic self. I assume this is "been here done that" for you at this point but wanted to thank you for opening me up to the possibility of experiencing these things. Thank you -

@Schizophonia For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. If you haven't received a lot of love in your life your body-mind is programmed to that. You don't have to be trapped within this prison. The hack to break out of it is to use your mind to imagine love just like you explained. The real work is to be done in the subconscious where the real work is done for transformation. Leo doesn't have any content on this.
-
Hi @Leo Gura I just stumbled upon some old videos of yours back from 2014 and I was shocked on how much you transformed in the last 6 years. It really inspires me, and not many people inspire me, how you evolved personally on such a deep level that you are literally 10 times more authentic and mature today then back in 2014ish. Great work. I love to see people transform to the better like this. I’m curious on what’s about to come in the next couple of years! thank you for your work and I wish you from the bottom of my heart that you finally find eternal peace. You seam to deserve it. You works obviously will and already does pay of, that’s for sure! Greetings, sam

If this is true, then he is a true sexual predator. I don't know if he is still the same man after his alleged "spiritual transformation". I knew from the unhinged video he posted initially that something is not right.

Water by the River replied to BlessedLion's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Very true. What Leo doesn't get - and will not get until he is truly fully enlightened (which will probably need some major humbling down/character change and meditation practice, and for starting that probably some really major suffering): In Full Enlightenment: it is understood (or available all the time) how the complete(-!-, each and any possible) illusion is constructed and what its essence is (oneself, Suchness). What the essence of each and any illusion-mechanism is. He thinks the enlightened beings "tell" themselves the story that they are enlightened, or have thought arisings like that.. and are still deluded doing that. Which of course is a joke for an enlightened being, because all of that blabla is seen as object-thoughts floating in ones Infinite True Self, besides which nothing can exist. Exactly that is the pre-requisite for Full Enlightenment. That all concepts, I-thoughts, I-feeling float in ones True Self, and is not who one really is. Not as idea, but as actual deep realization & reality, that holds in daily life and sobre states. INCLUDING that realization/understanding and its elaboration (if the thought-elaboration of that realization/understanding) happens. It comes with actual nondual states in which the boundlessness/infinite nature of Reality, and its character as mere appearance of any possible object/arising/thought/feeling/world is vividly clear as arisings/manifestations in ones True Infinite Self. Which is ones own TRUE BEING, which is realized by first BEING it (impersonal, nondual, infinite, mere appearance), and then asking/Koan what is "beyond" that/what is that/what is aware of that/what is constant in all of that. But Leo can't understand that, because he doesn't have these states sobre with impersonal empty awareness, but only with psychedelics where remnants of the separate-self are still active as lenses/filters/centers/identities. These prevent Full Enlightenment. On the classic path of meditation one only gets to these nondual states by already severely emptying out the separate-self/identity towards being largely impersonal/empty. And the rest gets kicked and emptied out in these nondual infinite awakened states. That doesn't happen in psychedelic nondual states to the same high degree (magnitudes lower), and that is why the true (nondual and so on) Awakenings later get hijacked by ego. One gets the nondual states for free without paying the empty/impersonal/ego-transcendence price. And that backfires... He truly believes that a full enlightened being has falling for the delusion of identifying/thinking of himself as enlightened. Which indeed would be a delusion, and that often happens after some smaller enlightenments. Thats the true part to the story (nobody is smart enough to be wrong all the time). With Full Enlightenment, it is absolutely clear that this move is one more idiotic delusion-mechanism ("the enlightened person") on top, and even that has to go. Together with each and all mistaken identity/I-thought/I-feeling arisings. And THAT understanding/realization is final. It brings bliss, peace and freedom from fear. It shows ones true immortality, and the essence of each and any (alien-, n+1) realm. And that essence is Ones True Self. There is no other, in any and each realm, never possibly could be. That is all manifestation/relative stuff/mechanisms/realms. There also was no one really confused and ignorant, just the illusion-arising of that happening. There CAN'T be any other higher Awakenings/Realizations than that. Only more Awakenings/Insights into more understanding of manifestation mechanisms of various realms, or these (alien for example) realms themselves. Of which there is (the bummer) an Infinity of them. Which God is exploring. Forever and ever and ever. And Leo has hijacked Gods job of doing that (as a mere mortal), has become addicted to it to ease his suffering, and is now suffering for ever more of that wonderful blissful Awakenings (they are beautiful, but still passing) in a grasping way. And selling this as path to salvation. Bravo, well done! Instead of chasing Porsches, Yachts and Villas, we chase AWAKENED STATES and understandings into Alien Realms, N+1. I would have no problem with him doing that for himself until wising up. But he is promoting and selling this to partly young & vulnerable beings which risk crashing their life on a relative level (education/professional career/friends/relationships) by doing unhealthy transdence (grasp for the higher + dislike/disassociate/neglect from the lower levels of being = opposite of healthy development which is defined as transcend and include and integrate, and not transcend and disassociate/dislike/hate (the relative, including humanity) and no integration - anybody seen this with Leo?!). That is the direct path to sick development, instead of healthy development/growth. So, then some little predictions from my side: The enlightened ones will never change their position on these points of Full Enlightenment. Because a) self-evident and b) final. And apparently a few ones are already haunting this lovely forum. Leo will probably not accept that until he himself is fully enlightened, or being severly humbled by suffering. Since he is not even aspiring or keeping the possibility of Full Enlightenment in an open-minded way (which is the cardinal sin in spirituality), he will go chasing higher Awakenings until being severely humbled up, probably by severe suffering & crash burn. Or he will just continue in grasping, seeking and suffering ways for ever higher Awakenings, and act the "lovely" way he does as ONLY AWAKE BEING on the planet. And just act more or less narcissistic and inflate his Ego as God. Like in ONLY ONE AWAKE ON THE PLANET, instead of the less insane (but also illusory) MOST AWAKE of everyone he knows of. He needs to belittle Full Enlightenment to keep his perspective of the superiority of ever more AWAKENINGS n+1 going. Which is a fulminant cul-de-sac preventing further growth towards real impersonal (non-narcicisstic, non-ego) Full Enlightenment. And its not the first time that the psychedelic-only path has been tried. It never worked. Here is Ken Wilbers comment on it: "The downside comes with people that only use psychedelics or drugs and I found that over the years they just become mean. That if somehow it just kind of closes them down. It's like you keep doing it and you keep doing it you keep doing it doesn't quite cause the transformation it can cause a peak experience but generally not a transformative experience". Sounds familiar? Water by the .... River! -
Hello everyone. My objective is to transform to a completely different person over the next years. I am talking about a deep fundamental change. Not petty surface-level stuff. I am tired of all the BS and now at 30 years old with all the experience and learning i've had i am ready to go to the next level. I have finally accepted the Call of the Hero's Journey and i am living the best period of my life the last 1 month. It's really incredible how much better life can get. My objective spiritually is to become as conscious as humanly possible. My objective work wise is to become a world class programmer and eventually start my own business which improves peoples health & well-being. I am already implementing some major changes in my life like daily walking, daily reviewing my top 10 values, daily watching high-quality videos, daily programming work & daily reading. Problem is that i push too hard and i get ego backlashes but now i pace myself better. Anyways the purpose of this post, is to get some serious advice from other people who have gone through this transformation process. I am all ears. Keep in mind that i want to focus more on Stage Orange stuff in this period of my life. I need more success in my life.

Entry: #006 Date: 16.09.2023 Time: 04:18 AM Journal: Insights Subject: The Key I really don't know how many times did I got this kind of insight, and always I would feel it to the core of my being as it's very true from my subjective perspective. It's not even overkill to say that anything is solvable in this life just by engaging in spiritual transformation. Many many times I have said that "Meditation" alone is the key to peace, problem solving, clear mind etc..Yes, many things will definately raise out of this journey, from my deep work, life purpose work, professional work, family, love, relationships, life in general. But behind it all, it will be spirituality and spiritual solutions to practically ever problem on this earth. I know what I was in the past and it's not even remothly close to what Im today. But I will change this with peace, freedom and clarity. I do not want to stagnate in life, I want to grow so badly but I think Im doing everything oposite. Im really disconected from myself deeply. I stopped doing many things that I loved and enjoyed doing. I feel like Im living some kind of mediocre or even below mediocre life and the potential for me is great, and thats the most painful thing to realize. You are capeable of doing many things but you are doing none of it. Beauty, intelligience, character and Im doing nothing with it. Im not doing everything I can and everything thats in my power. Im just on a stand by, waiting for the perfect moment and indulging in self-deception that Im doing something just by being huge information consumer. Definately, I must shift the table upside down and become highly pragmatic as I belive that I have enough knowledge for 3 life times of average human being. Just start putting it to the practice and start with spiritual stuff as it is the most powerfull one. In the next time period, I will poste a challenge for me to integrate my pragmatic self-side. The list will consits of few little projects that I need to get done within the deadline and I will prove myself that I can build self-discipline in order to build freedom. The list is integrated in commonplace book as "Smart Goals" in a form of small/big tasks or projects that I will need to achieve and to keep going and working hard.

Life-changing moments are important to each of us for many different reasons. But I've noticed how the majority of people make little-next-to no effort to seize on opportunities to advance themselves in both their personal lives and their immediate society, due to a lack of imagination. I've always thought of transformation as a higher form of 'change', but the practitioner's attitude must be aligned correctly for the individual who desires to realise their own personal potential in a way that inspires the growth and development of soul, mind and body. But development relies heavily on the kind of relationship a person keeps with their imagination, because this infinite mental space is endless, therefore giving the individual limitless opportunities to transform their life with creativity as a by-product of engaging with the imagination on a regular (daily) basis. Are you seeking temporary change concerning something that you've struggled to achieve for years, or are you digging around for something more on the permanent side? If your answer is the latter, it would appear that you've good experience with patience, drive/enthusiasm, purely because you've chosen to use each of your experiences as permanent life lessons... But have you thought about what you'll do with those lessons? Do you use your experiences as stepping-stones to your higher self where you'll unlock a new chapter in your personal life, or do you just stand and stare at your opportunities for advancement and adventure? I enjoy a challenge, as I know many people do. But challenging scenarios can often deter folk from engaging with their imagination due to the nature it presents; the unforeseen... How do you cope with the unknown - ever asked yourself? Try today, and expand your consciousness to a new state of awareness. Thanks for reading - I respond to all replies!

Question: I am unable to sleep due to excess Kundalini energy when I lay down despite being tired, how can I get some rest? Answer: The reason the energy is coursing more through the body right when you lay down is because the body mind is relaxed. When one is in this semi sleep relaxation state, kundalini flows most efficiently. The flow further excites the whole nervous system and there is excessive prana, which implies a speeding up and increase of hormonal production, or a susequent fatique of hormonal glands and decrease in production of both hormones and neurochemicals. The awakening of kundalini often disrupts the production of melatonin or creates excess in some cases, the intense inner fire and the light generated from the charged kundalini often disrupt sleep cycle and circadian rhythm. To assist the nervous sytem to calm down and produce ample melatonin, one should sit for meditation during the early morning as well as evening twilight phases. This circulates the energy so it wont attempt to charge up when you are relaxing for sleep, give it enough time to circulate as well as ground during the day instead. Other factors would be to use herbs that help calm the nervous sytem and help in production of melatonin. Below is a list of plants that can be used. Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Chamomile, Tagara, Valerian, Jatamansi Sarpagandha, shankhpushpi, Ashitaba. One must also understand the shakti will possibly keep one on fire burning many nights, such is this force of transformation, it demands absolute surrender and even letting go sleep sometimes. It should be seen as a complete rewiring of the entire being, and what may eventually emerge is a bodymind that does not require long hours of sleep. Hope u find something useful
