Well, I am happy you survived your episode(s) last year (in doing a few hundred trips over a year or so if I remember your statements on that correctly, but I am not sure. But at least a lot of trips...), and now are write something like this. That will create better/more sustainable Karma for readers/author for sure. Not everbody is a tough enough cookie to survive a few hundred trips (especially in a short time-span), at least without totally wrecking his/her life. Lets skip the question of how you learned that. Or which of the crocodiles mentioned smiled back hungry. And the age-old question of state vs. stage, transformation vs.peak experience. https://www.actualized.org/forum/search/?&q=transformation&author=Water by the River For example: or Yes. Because it is a stage that has been earned by transformation and transcendence. States that have become permanent as stages. Going from states, to plateaus, to very permanent stages. And the remaining self doing these practices gets more and more refined. Pure. Impersonal. Empty. Transcendal. Not the remains of a separate ego/self, switched on and off by psychedelics, but never fully gone. The remains hindering the Full Realization in daily life, and are also projected on Infinite Consciousness during the trip, disfiguring its pure empty impersonal nature. So some lense always remain that prevent the final deep shift of Full Enlightenment. ... Ken Wilber: "The downside comes with people that only use psychedelics or drugs. And I found that over the years they just become mean it's somehow I just kind of closes them down. Its like you keep doing it and you keep doing it you keep doing and it doesn't quite cause the transformation. It can cause a peak experience but generally not a transformative experience and some people like David Deida will say that in order for altered changes of state to contribute to transformationpermit transformation it has to be basically endogenous not exogenous. It has to be has your own source. The people that do use both [psychedelics and meditation] and use it as a sacrament I think an enormous bit out of it. " Anybody ever wondered why that is? That Spirit/Infinite Reality prevents the crossing over through the Gateless Gate to Full Enlightenment if the soul is not purified enough, the separate-self/ego-illusion emptied out and transcended completely, all deaths died, all illusions gone? Maybe it is not a bug, but a deep deep feature? If we admit Infinite Intelligence to Infinite Reality, maybe Infinite Reality demands and requires giving up and transcending certain last subtle lenses also, letting the Illusion of separation fully die? And a high degree of compassion and some kind of Boddhisattva-vow? Because Infinite Reality itself IS Love? A fundamental archetype of manifestation, of essence? Sounds familiar and resonates? This combination of Transcendence and love is a deep structure of all spiritual systems of all ages. Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj — 'Love says 'I am everything.' Wisdom says 'I am nothing.' Between the two, my life flows.' Maybe because the Gentlemen at the Heavens Gate at 5min15s doesn't let everyone in? See also: https://www.multidimensionalman.com/ Maybe this gentlemen doesn't like the numbers hanging at the wall at minute 43? ET apparently doesn't care, but it seems our Gatekeeper gentlemen does. Wonder why that is, and which ETs actually don't care.. To get lucid and awake in the dream state to access OBEs/Astral/Afterlife/and the gazillion of other dimensions (https://www.multidimensionalman.com/Multidimensional-Man/Model_of_the_Multidimensional_Universe.html) and so on, one normally needs serious sobre awakened nondual states in the waking life before that extends to the sleep state/OBEs/deep sleep (aka meditation and transcendence of small-self/ego). And even then there are gatekeepers and protection mechanisms of these realms. Wisdom (aka Awakeness) AND compassion/love/Boddhichitta. Which are the two main areas of the development of the soul in the more sophisticated forms of Buddhism (and also any of the other wisdom traditions btw.). Ever wondered why we hear so little here about afterlife-topics, or the (relative) nature&mechanisms of the soul and its development as storepoint in a higher dimension of all learnings&Karma from the gazillion of past lives, Astral realms, afterlife realms and so on? Well, if one would have access to that, one would not behave in certain ways. And that would spoil the gig of this Lila, because one couldn't fool oneself if one would know all the consequences. Standard Lila 101. Instead we have ETs & company, happily seducing with their higher realms, stopping the complete transcendence of anything separate (aka ego) with their seductive powers of the Infinity of Gods imagination & manifestation processes. Instead of Full Enlightenment (Waking up to ones True Being/Identity, and that each and any (existing or possible) realm & understanding & awakening is a manifestation within THAT, within True Infinite Being), we get Awakening n+1, or a subtle separate-self still unseen/untranscended/not understood, stumbling from one higher Awakening to the next, n+1. Dangling up to an Infinity of Awakenings, understanding more and more of the Infinity manifesting within Infinite Being/God (and since Infinity is Infinity, endless, actually never understanding more than an infinitesimal small amount of the actual Infinity of possible manifestations. To be specific: A corn of dust blowing in the wind (ever considered the mathematical aspect of that, thinking it to the final end?), never quite finding fulfillment, never fully dropping into the Infinite Ocean of truly Infinite Being... Infinite = not finite. True Infinite Being. Infinity = a mathematical OBJECT of which there are an Infinity of (see Cantors Set Theory).Or: n+1. Infinite Being/Infinite God is "mainly" Infinite, the manifestation of God is an Infinity of Infinities. Big difference between Infinite and Infinity... Selling Water at the Heavens Gate & happy easter everyone! PS: Rumours have it that in 39 days is Acension Day, so... PS PS: Selling Water by the Rivers 2x2 matrix of human/alien Awakening/Enlightenment. Warning, conceptual overkill ahead. Better go for a walk in nature in spring... Both Awakening (some understanding to the mechanisms of manifestation or aspects/facets of the elephant) and Enlightenment (fully becoming Infinite Being/elephant without anything separate-self-lense/filter left) is available in human/alien(n+1) forms. Both Awakening and Enlightenment gets filtered through the capacity and lenses/filters of the relative vehicle experiencing a) Awakening or b) Enlightenment. Both a) Awakening and b) Enlightenment have both deep structures that are similiar in all beings that experience a) Awakening or b) Enlightenment, but the surface structure or interpretation is different. An example: "Hindu" Enlightenment is mostly interpreted as Infinite Consciousness/Universal Mind, while Buddhists tend to interpret and express it as Infinite Shunyata/Emptiness. Both have the same deep structure realization, but experience and express and "dress" it differently, in a different surface structure/concepts. Since all concepts and dualities fail at Enlightenment, that is possible. One can approach the mountain from both the Infinity and Emptiness side. And getting off the mountain, one can talk in both ways again. At the mountain summit, it is not Infinity nor Emptiness. It is THIS, infinite. Not finite. So, considering all of that we have a 2x2 matrix: (1) Human + Awakening; (2) Human + Enlightenment; (3) Alien/ET/n+1 any other vehicle than human + Awakening; (4) Alien/ET/n+1 any other vehicle than human + Enlightenment; Awakening Enlightenment Human (1) (2) Alien/n+1 (3) (4) So of course there are more encompassing perspectives/beings than humans. Leos Aliens for example. Beings in the subtle realms, advanced Alien species, or even way higher: If we go to a pretty high level, the traditions talk about beings that carry whole realms/universes within their own being, see the Supreme Array Sutra for example (Buddha-fields with "God"-Buddhas maintaing&expressing that realm within their being). Up and down Indras Net. Beings containing a vast number of buddha-fields/realms within themselves, and that up to Infinity. So we got all of these levels covered. Infinity. And now all of these perspectives/beings in Indras Net can have a) Awakenings (not fully realizing their true Infinite Being, but aspects/facets of it (the elephant and the blind man, up to whole "higher" realms in Indras Net/Manifestation and their mechanisms), while leaving the separate-self still subtly (can be very subtle, so subtle that one thinks one gets it while actually not getting/realizing it) intact and b) the full drop or the deep identity shift of Full Enlightenment, the dropping of these subtle filters/lenses/centres/identities, and truly becoming Infinite Being, seeing the former small/separate-self doing its dance within oneself, but not only being that. And that has the potential to end suffering/resistance to what is appearing within ones True Infinite Being. And that can be had as simple human (2), or as Alien, or higher Alien, n+1, or whatever (4). And then one can make a big mistake (from the persepctive of the separate-self, not from Mayas perspective, where that is just more great fun/play/Lila): Prefering Awakening and its inherent suffering/resistance/separate-self still left subtly intact, both as human (1) and as alien n+1 of whatever form (3) more than Enlightenment, as human and/or part-time (psychedelics for example) Alien (2) and (4). And now, dear fellow souls, lets choose wisely between to what one wants to asend to on Ascension day: (1) or (3) and remaining suffering/resistance to what is, and trying to realize an Infinity of (alien) manifestation/(alien)understandings/Awakenings of it, never reaching more than an infinitesimal small dust particle in the Infinity of the Infinite Potential of Infinite God/Being, or (2) and (4) accepting that it is truly Infinity forever and ever and ever and ever, and be pretty much happy ever after since the small bug of resistance called separate-self is understood/seen through in real time in daily life.... and then go enjoying the Awakening (1) and (3) if one is so inclined, as optional celebration of this journey... -
His teachings align very well with my direct experience. My stream entry was on May 28, 2021. Now I’m “stuck” (even though pretty much all of my life is “dope as fuck zero gravity & boundless space/consciousness - lol”) looking for that tiny remaining speck of solidity. You can hit shit stronger than at least many psychedelic experiences like 5 grams of shrooms or 10 tabs of LSD fully sober if you follow this stuff. Just trying to help out. Not starting a psychedelic vs. meditation war. I actually used psychedelics much more than meditation to hit stream entry and used them to lock in higher Realization often after stream entry. I see combination better than a one vs. the other idea. Anyway, here’s the video: I highly recommend all of his content in recent 1-2 years.

Full Enlightenment is possible, but not for the masses, only the ones that have mastery over the Human System can be fully Enlightened and Embodied and here on Earth, most ppl that reach Enlightenment leave the body at that instant, the Energy intensity alone would make it not possible for them to hold onto the body, its like being electrocuted... Some masters can even physically die and rebuild their bodies and come back later in time,,,some crazy shit!!! -

I wish for the day that I will be able to understand a single coherent sentence from you ..😅 That's what I said I'm OP. The complete surrender is death . Not mentally masturbating on a spiritual forum and call it surrender. Only with TOTAL surrender is when full enlightenment happen..and that is by death . -

The Many Facets Of Awakening - List of Top 30 Enlightenment Insights https://youtu.be/OgtPGEBGUWw "It lies in the nature of things that the many enter into complex unity." - Alfred North Whitehead Misconception of Enlightenment: Enlightenment is often misunderstood as one single realization, when in fact, it is a complex series of realizeable facets, aspects, and degrees. Value of the Top 30 Enlightenment Insights List: Provides a methodical approach and checklist for spiritual practitioners to gauge their progress and avoid the pitfall of believing they are fully enlightened after experiencing just a few facets. Samadhi and Mystical Experiences: The first facet involves the realization of the Samadhi state or non-dual consciousness where the perceived separation between the observer and the observed dissolves. Realization of No Self: Understanding that the individual self is just an imaginary construct, leading to the awakening that the 'self' a person commonly identifies with, doesn't truly exist. The Universal "I Am" Insight: A vital realization where one shifts from identifying as a mere human being to recognizing oneself as the universal essence of existence, pure 'I am-ness,' or Atman. Omnipresence of Consciousness: The epiphany that one's true self, pure consciousness, is not localized but rather omnipresent, present everywhere and nowhere, simultaneously. Understanding What Consciousness Is: A major shift in perspective is required to understand consciousness as the all-encompassing essence, with nothing existing outside of it. The Literal Meaning of Awakening: Awakening is not a metaphorical concept but a literal experience akin to waking up from a dream, becoming truly aware for the first time. Realization of Non-Duality and Oneness: The insight that all separations are illusions and that everything is intrinsically unified in a single field of consciousness. List as a Systematic Pursuit: The insights serve as a structured progression for seekers to follow, providing a clear understanding of various spiritual milestones. Metaphor of Climbing Mountains: The awakening process is compared to climbing a range of mountains rather than a single mountain, with multiple paths leading to various peaks, symbolizing the diversity of spiritual realizations. Purpose of Sharing the List: Leo, Leo, intends to prevent self-deception among practitioners and to highlight areas of awakening that may be overlooked, thus ensuring a more complete journey towards enlightenment. Realization of Oneness: Awakening to the fact that reality is a singular, unified entity with no separations between objects or beings, highlighting the interconnectedness of everything within a unified field of consciousness. Practical Implications of Oneness: The understanding that perceived separateness is a mental projection and that non-duality means no true separation exists, enabling one to comprehend true non-duality by contrasting it against the notion of duality. On the Nature of Differences: Leo illuminates that perceived differences between objects or entities like a cat and a dog, or a taco and a human, are purely imaginary and only exist if believed or imagined by the mind. Understanding Absolute Truth: One realizes truth is not just a perception or experience, nor a belief or conceptual idea, but an absolute reality identical to consciousness itself, recontextualizing all perceptions and experiences as absolute truth. Realization of the Absolute: Leo explains that only through awakening can one grasp what the absolute truly means, as it exists independently of all conditions, even the annihilation of the universe. Insight Into Absolute Infinity: Understanding that consciousness is infinite, not in numerical or spatial terms but as an absolute concept, allows one to realize the manifestation of everything as a form of absolute infinity. Concept of Absolute Nothingness: Recognizing that all of existence, including consciousness and the self, is fundamentally made of absolute nothing, leading to the profound revelation that nothing has truly happened since nothingness and infinity are identical. Realization of God and the Godhead: Directly encountering and realizing God and its true essence, which goes beyond common misconceptions about the concept. Understanding that "God" refers to an actual reality rather than an imaginary concept. Consciousness as God: One realizes that they are God, the creator of all reality, and that self-denial of this fact is a barrier to full awakening. One must accept their own divine authority and the properties traditionally ascribed to God. Self Equals Other: The realization that all perceived others are actually partitions of one's own consciousness, leading to an understanding that any interaction with others is in fact an interaction with oneself. Realization of Absolute Love: Discovering that consciousness is made of love, which is not an emotion but a substance, and recognizing that all manifestations, even those labeled as evil, are expressions of this absolute love. Truth and Love as Identical: A sub-facet of the realization that absolute love encompasses that truth and love are identical, reinforcing the profound connection between the foundational substance of consciousness and the ultimate reality. Infinite Mind and the Imaginary Nature of Reality: Recognizing that everything experienced—objects, beings, and phenomena—are manifestations of an infinite mind, leading to the insight that reality is fundamentally imaginary. Everything as Imagination: The recognition that all physical reality, personal history, and the very concept of differences—like those between animals or objects—are entirely imaginary creations of the cosmic mind, which is synonymous with one's own mind. Facet of Self-Design: A profound realization that the individual creates not only the universe but also themselves, down to meticulous details such as each hair on their body, as an act of creation by an infinitely intelligent mind. Understanding of Birth as Imaginary: The insight that one's existence did not commence with physical birth; rather, one has always existed. The traditional narrative of birth is understood as a mere imaginary story without genuine occurrence. Realization of Eternity and the Absolute Now: Awakening to the notion that past and future are illusions and that everything, including oneself, exists eternally and absolutely in the present moment. Death as an Illusion and Immortality: Coming to the insight that the concept of death is a fabricated story by the ego, and in reality, one is immortal and exists eternally as all forms and beings outside of time. Realization of Paradise or Heaven: The understanding that heaven is not a location but a state of consciousness where one recognizes their immortality and is free from fear, effectively living in a perpetual state of perfection. Experiential Realization of Bliss and Ecstasy: Experiencing a state of ultimate bliss or ecstasy, which comes from the understanding of immortality and the nature of reality as infinitely good and perfect. Infinite Intelligence: The understanding that the intelligence of consciousness surpasses all physical manifestations and that everything in the universe functions as part of a supremely intelligent and well-oiled machine. Understanding Absolute Goodness: Realizing that everything in the universe, without exception, is inherently good, and what is perceived as bad or evil is merely a projection of personal selfishness. Infinite Will: Recognizing that all of existence is a manifestation of God's will, which, being infinite, materializes instantly as the fabric of reality, including one's own being and actions. Understanding God's Will and Human Will: The concept that human free will is a fragment of God's infinite will, and that what is perceived as the individual's will is actually part of a greater, universal will. Infinite Will and Unlimited Power: The acknowledgement that God, or infinite mind, is boundless, and can create anything without limitations. This realization includes the understanding that perceived physical or logical restrictions are not truly constraints on God's power. Omniscience at the Level of Being: Omniscience is clarified not as knowing all factual information, but as a complete awareness at the level of being. A person can be absolutely omniscient in their being, yet not know trivial details like their neighbor’s lunch. Realization of Divinity, Magic, and Mystery: Enlightenment brings about the realization that consciousness is divine, turning ordinary human perception into an experience of the profound, magical, and mysterious nature of reality. Exploring the Substance of Reality: The quest to understand being and consciousness as the fundamental substance of reality. This pursuit leads to the recognition that consciousness is intrinsically nothing and that differences are illusory. Recognition of the Universe as an Infinite Fractal: The discovery that the universe is a fractal, exhibiting self-similarity at all scales, which one can zoom into or out of infinitely. Recontextualization of Perception and Life: The insight that perception is not merely a human function but an expression of truth or being, alongside the realization that the entire universe is alive in various forms, which transcends traditional scientific queries about the origin of life. Purpose of Existence as Love: The ultimate understanding that the purpose of everything that exists—including complexity, form, and events—is an expression of love, which is the manifestation of oneself as God. Channeling and Communication with God: The facet of being able to communicate with one's higher infinite self or God, gaining direct insights and answers from this source of ultimate consciousness. Healing Through Connection with God's Will: The realization that healing oneself and others is possible by tapping into the infinite mind and aligning with the will of God, which underlies all existence. Collective Consciousness and Conscious Layers: Recognition of consciousness as layered like an onion, with personal consciousness being just one layer within a broader collective consciousness that one can access. Total Extinction of Perception: A facet that has been reported by advanced meditators and Buddhists, wherein through deep meditation, one may experience the disappearance of the entire universe, something Leo has not personally experienced but believes to be possible. Paranormal Phenomena and Interactions: The experience of various paranormal abilities and phenomena, such as clairvoyance, telepathy, past-life regressions, hyper intuition, and the interaction with non-human entities like aliens, which are perceived as projections of one's own mind yet hold relative reality. The Nature of Spiritual Realizations: These realizations can occur individually or in clusters, sequentially or simultaneously, with varying depths of insight. They create a complex matrix of spiritual understanding, which reveals the intricate nature of enlightenment and the diverse paths one can take in their spiritual journey. Complexity of Spiritual Work: A recognition of the multifaceted and layered nature of spiritual insights, reflecting the vast array of awakenings and depths of understanding that can be attained, illustrating the inherent complexity and breadth of spiritual work. Variety of Spiritual Facets: Leo describes spiritual awakening as a complex process with numerous facets, each capable of being a profound realization that can challenge and reshape one's understanding of reality. Assembling Insight Like a Puzzle: The process of awakening involves intermittent realizations, sometimes separated by long periods. Individuals must stitch together these insights over time, likened to assembling a jigsaw puzzle where each piece contributes to the perception of the whole picture. Integration of Spiritual Insights: Leo emphasizes the importance of integrating various insights and matching them up in order to form a coherent understanding of the larger truth, similar to recognizing different parts that compose the entire image of an animal in a jigsaw puzzle. The Shocking Nature of Awakening: Realizations such as identifying oneself as God can be destabilizing, leading to self-doubt or feelings of insanity due to the profound nature of the insight and the contradiction it presents to societal norms. Risk of Distortion and Misinterpretation: There is a danger in misinterpreting insights, potentially leading to a distorted view of reality that reflects one's own ego and shadow rather than objective truth. Navigating Self-Doubt and External Influence: Leo acknowledges the challenges of overcoming self-doubt and societal pressure, highlighting the value of his list as a confirmation for those who may feel alone in their realizations. Diversity Among Spiritual Teachers and Traditions: He explains that different spiritual traditions and teachers may prioritize certain aspects of awakening over others, which can result in a skewed focus and incomplete understanding of spirituality. Awareness of Teacher Limitations: Leo warns of the limitations inherent in spiritual teachings, as teachers may not recognize or integrate all facets of awakening, potentially due to their adherence to narrow or dogmatic paths. Potential Lopsidedness in Awakening: The journey to spiritual awakening can be partial, with individuals excelling in certain aspects while lacking in others. This can lead to imbalanced teachings and experiences. Critical Evaluation of Teachings: He urges not to assume full enlightenment from any one guru or teaching, as they might not address all facets or may dismiss aspects unknown to them as irrelevant. Role of Psychedelics: Psychedelics are presented as tools that can help illuminate various facets of awakening from different angles, due to their capacity to alter states of consciousness and highlight different aspects. Influence of Intentions on the Awakening Process: Leo points out how one's genuine curiosity and intentions can guide which facet of awakening is experienced next, highlighting the significance of quality questioning and self-inquiry in this journey. Existential Questions and Spiritual Facets: Minor existential questions, such as whether to get married or have children, can be explored alongside major spiritual facets. The pursuit of understanding these facets can lead to insights that inform personal decisions. Psychedelics as a Tool for Awakening: Leo sees psychedelics as an efficient way to access and understand various facets of awakening. They allow targeting of specific facets and deliver a panoramic big-picture view of consciousness, God, and reality. Psychedelics vs. Traditional Approaches: While psychedelics offer a broad range of spiritual experiences, traditional methods like yoga or meditation can also lead to awakening but may have limitations based on the techniques used. Methodology and Understanding Consciousness: The ultimate goal should be understanding consciousness itself; the specific methodology, whether psychedelics, yoga or meditation, should be secondary to this pursuit. Teachers' Perspectives on Spiritual Facets: Different spiritual teachers can offer varying perspectives on awakening, leading to apparent contradictions. This could be due to a difference in terminology, depth of understanding, or the range of facets realized. Taking Responsibility and Questioning Gurus: Followers should take responsibility for their spiritual journeys and not assume all teachers are equally enlightened or have comprehended every potential facet of awakening. Disparate Teachings and Spiritual Realization: The diversity of spiritual teachings reflects that not all paths or techniques are equally effective for realizing all facets of awakening. It's wise to compare teachings to understand the range and depth of different spiritual insights. Danger of Partial Realizations: A partial awakening might miss crucial aspects like unconditional love or the notion of God, potentially leading to distortions in understanding and teaching. One Truth, Many Facets: The oneness of truth and the manyness of reality are not contradictory; they are different perspectives that ultimately unite into a singular absolute oneness, akin to the many facets of a jewel representing one entity. Total Number of Facets: It's uncertain how many facets there are, as this number can vary based on differentiation criteria. However, at least two dozen major facets are deemed critical for a comprehensive awakening. Beyond Spiritual Realizations: Realizing spiritual facets is only part of the journey; other areas such as emotional mastery, shadow work, personal development, and relationship skills still require attention and work. Misconceptions about enlightenment: Knowing the facets of awakening does not equate to overcoming all personal issues, such as bad habits, addictions, or limiting and fallacious beliefs. Incomplete spiritual development: Understanding various facets of spirituality doesn't automatically result in cognitive, moral, interpersonal, or political maturity, nor does it guarantee career or technical skill development. Challenges of embodying insights: Realizing profound spiritual insights, like recognizing oneself as God or seeing beyond the concept of evil, doesn't ensure their permanent embodiment in daily life. Personal struggles with enlightenment concepts: Leo admits to his own difficulties in fully embodying insights such as the illusory nature of death and consistently manifesting love, especially when faced with challenging interactions. Endless minor insights: Beyond major spiritual realizations, there are countless 'minor' insights regarding topics like science, evolution, art, relationships, and leadership which are valuable for advancing and evolving society. Value of questioning reality: Pursuing understanding of both major and minor questions about reality is important and should not be dismissed as trivial. Nonstop depth of awakening: Being cautious not to prematurely stop one's pursuit of awakening, as it is often deeper and richer than imagined, is essential. Deep understanding of reality: The true measure of spiritual work is the depth of one's consciousness and understanding of reality, which influences how well insights are embodied. Encouragement for personal validation: Validation of spiritual teachings should come through personal experience, urging viewers to test insights for themselves and not take Leo's word as absolute truth. Future uncertainty: Leo reflects on possible future directions of his work, including deepening existential work, becoming a monk, or leaving behind his current role, emphasizing the evolving nature of his spiritual journey and teachings. Advanced Tips For Self-Inquiry https://youtu.be/Y23xkd2kqlo "There is no path, but only a fool doesn't walk it." - Unknown Self-inquiry for those feeling stuck: Leo provides guidance specifically for individuals who are already practicing self-inquiry but feel frustrated and confused. He acknowledges the difficulty of the process and aims to offer helpful tips to prevent wasted time chasing false expectations. Fundamental misconception about the goal of self-inquiry: The initial tip from Leo is a reminder that what someone practicing self-inquiry is looking for is formlessness, not a mystical experience or a tangible object. He stresses the importance of detaching from all forms and mentions the paradox of looking for a needle in a haystack when the needle represents 'no needle.' Looking inward for answers: Leo advises against seeking enlightenment from external sources, such as other individuals or spiritual texts. He emphasizes that the true nature of what one is seeking cannot be verbally or conceptually described and must be discovered personally through dedicated practice. Constant reminders during self-inquiry: Leo underlines the need for practitioners to remind themselves that all ideas and perceptions are not the ultimate goal. The mind's compulsion to conceptualize must be resisted, as true enlightenment cannot be symbolized or mentally imaged. Understanding and embracing the present: The crucial aspect of self-inquiry involves accepting that 'nothing is hidden' and 'nothing is elsewhere,' implying that the present moment is where one will find the essence of enlightenment, not in some elusive, mystical state. Existence as enlightenment: Leo identifies existence itself as enlightenment, stressing the importance of becoming fully conscious of the present moment as it is, which he describes as 'absolute infinity.' Using different questions in self-inquiry: He recommends experimenting with various self-inquiry questions to find which resonate the most, noting that while they may differ, they all converge on the same point of becoming present to the current moment. Definition of Enlightenment: Enlightenment means realizing that what we think we are—the body and the mind—are actually illusions. Instead of identifying with these constructs, enlightenment involves awakening from the dream-like nature of reality, which is fundamentally no different from a dream we might have at night. Significance of Disidentification: The statement that "you are not the body and you are not the mind" is emphasized as being of utmost significance, possibly the most critical statement one could understand. It challenges the core of what is conventionally believed by society and by oneself. Literal Immortality: Leo explains that enlightenment involves coming to the realization of literal immortality. If what he says is true, then everything one has thought about life and existence could be completely incorrect, underlining the profound impact of such a realization. Work and Dedication to Enlightenment: Engaging in the self-inquiry process is not meant to be effortless or accidental. It requires intentional and serious work, which can involve thousands of hours of dedicated practice—a commitment that Leo argues is worth it in pursuit of something as significant as enlightenment. Shift in Expectations and Motivation: If one truly grasps the magnitude of enlightenment, their approach to self-inquiry changes fundamentally. Questions like "when will I become enlightened?" become superfluous; what remains is a relentless pursuit regardless of time required, driven by the understanding of enlightenment's significance. Challenging Identity: A key tip in the practice of self-inquiry is to challenge one's identity, questioning how we come to identify with our body, feelings, thoughts, and the processes of identifying something as a distinct entity in the first place. Precision in Self-Inquiry: Leo advises practitioners to be specific and precise when questioning identifications during self-inquiry. By drilling down on actual sensations, thoughts, or feelings present in the moment and questioning if they truly constitute one's identity, false identifications can be exposed. Existence Without Identification: One should contemplate the nature of their existence without attaching to any sensations, thoughts, or mental images. By challenging the very concept of identity, the aim is to unravel the mind's tendency to 'fudge the numbers' and reach a clearer understanding of one's true self beyond conventional labels. Challenging Personal Identifications Systematically: Leo insists on a systematic self-inquiry process, where one must critically examine every aspect of their identity. Skipping steps or attempting to shortcut the process by declaring oneself as 'nothing' can hinder progress, as deep-rooted beliefs might remain unchallenged. Existential Level of Self-Inquiry: Self-inquiry should be so profound that it calls into question the physical fabric of reality itself. It requires such seriousness and gravity that the possibility of one's body or the very floor beneath them ceasing to exist must be entertained. Metaphysical Implications of True Self-Inquiry: Leo explains that genuine self-inquiry is not merely philosophical but dissolves the physical fabric of space and time, challenging the very core of one's existence on a metaphysical level. Understanding 'Nothing' in Enlightenment: Leo clarifies that the term 'nothing' in non-dual teachings is not the absence of everything but rather is everything or absolute existence. Misunderstanding this can lead to incorrectly applying the concept and potentially hindering self-inquiry. Focus on Actuality During Self-Inquiry: The importance of focusing on actuality—what is present and concrete in the moment—is emphasized. The exercise of separating actuality from past, future, or theoretical concepts is central to the self-inquiry process. Distinguishing Content from Existence: Leo advises practitioners to differentiate between the content of consciousness (forms and objects) and existence itself, akin to distinguishing the images on a TV screen from the screen itself. He urges individuals to shift focus to the fact of existence, which can be slippery but is fundamental to self-inquiry. Enlightenment as the Constant Across Life: Enlightenment is presented as the one constant across all moments of life. Leo encourages practitioners to discard any beliefs or experiences that fluctuate with time, as true enlightenment is an unchanging, ever-present element. Existence Before and Beyond Physical Life: Leo discusses the significance of a constant element that exists independently of one's birth or death, suggesting that it is this constant existence that should be the focus of self-inquiry. Principle of Change and Impermanence: He demonstrates the impermanence of perceptions and objects to convey that they cannot represent the true self, and what is eternal and existed before one's birth is what should be sought after in self-inquiry. Shift from 'Figuring Out' to Observation: Leo urges a shift from attempting to intellectually solve the puzzle of enlightenment to practicing pure observation, trusting that insights will develop over time. Conscious Understanding vs. Thinking: Distinguishing between an intuitive understanding of consciousness and conceptual thinking is essential, with Leo suggesting psychedelics as potential tools to grasp different degrees of consciousness for those open to such experiences. Ineffectiveness of trying to 'figure it out': Leo urges moving from a mindset of trying to 'figure it out' in self-inquiry to one of pure observation. Figuring it out involves mental modeling, whereas observation is about directly witnessing existence without interference. Transition from analysis to observation in self-inquiry: With time, the tendency to analyze during self-inquiry diminishes, and individuals naturally transition to observing. Initially, one may gain some conceptual clarity through analysis but not enlightenment; effective insight arises from patient observation of existence or awareness itself. Significance of patience in observation: Leo emphasizes the importance of patience and trust in the power of pure observation for effective self-inquiry. He suggests that when continuous observation is applied over time, it erodes misguided conceptions and reveals enlightenment. Understanding consciousness beyond thought: Leo invites viewers to differentiate between thinking about consciousness and directly experiencing consciousness. To illustrate the difference, he recommends taking psychedelics or practicing simple awareness of one's own existence. Challenging the naive realist paradigm: Leo encourages questioning the naive assumption of a physical reality as described by modern physics. Reality, he explains, is more akin to a collection of hallucinations or dreams, with no true substance behind them. Non-physicality of reality in self-inquiry: Reinforcing the hallucinatory nature of reality, Leo suggests replacing the physical conception of reality with the perspective of dreams or hallucinations, pointing to the non-existence of an underlying physical infrastructure. No guaranteed process towards enlightenment: Leo asserts that enlightenment isn't achieved through a set technique or process; rather, it's a "fortunate accident," albeit with odds that can be increased through self-inquiry, akin to increasing the chance of being struck by lightning. Complementarity of 'no self' and 'true self' teachings: Clarifying apparent contradictions in enlightenment teachings, Leo explains that 'no self' and 'true self' are two perspectives of the same truth and can be used flexibly, depending on individual needs and attachments. Existence of multiple paths to enlightenment: Leo stresses the existence of various valid self-inquiry paths and cautions against wasting time criticizing other paths or making comparisons. He advises focusing on personal growth and discovery. Avoiding mechanical meditation practices: Leo advises against mindless, mechanical practices of meditation, emphasizing the point of meditation is to enhance awareness actively, not superficially following techniques or postures. Necessity for prolonged focused sessions in self-inquiry: To make substantial progress, Leo suggests incorporating regular extended retreats or sessions of meditation and self-inquiry beyond the daily routine to deepen the practice. Value of extended self-inquiry sessions: Consistent long hours in meditation or self-inquiry, like 12-hour days or 10-day retreats, are essential as they build momentum, sharpen focus, and lead to significant breakthroughs, far more effectively than shorter daily sessions. Fear and terror as indicators of progress: Experiencing rapid heartbeats or feelings akin to dying during self-inquiry signifies that one is nearing enlightenment, and it's crucial to push through this terror to break through to enlightenment. Duration and permanence of enlightenment: Glimpses of mystical insight are not the same as constant enlightenment. True enlightenment does not fade with daily challenges but is a persistent state that transcends life and death. The deceptive nature of initial breakthroughs: It's easy to mistake initial experiences or partial realizations for full enlightenment. Enlightenments have many depths, and the work toward deeper understanding should continue relentlessly. Infinite depth of enlightenment: Enlightenment is an infinitely deep pursuit, requiring continuous work even after profound experiences, to reach the deepest understanding. Mindfulness with labeling to aid self-inquiry: Practicing mindfulness with labeling technique strengthens the ability to observe and aids self-inquiry. Vigilance against distractions: As one progresses in self-inquiry, distractions increase. It's vital to remain committed and quickly return to the path if distracted, understanding that these are defense mechanisms of the ego. Psychedelics as insightful tools: While not mandatory, psychedelics can offer a quick glimpse into the state that self-inquiry strives for, helping to direct and accelerate the process. Acceptance of emotional labor: Frustration and confusion are commonplace in the path towards enlightenment, and it is important to embrace emotional labor as part of the journey. Ultimate reward of reality: Despite the significant investment of time and effort, achieving enlightenment is considered the ultimate reward, granting one the entirety of reality and the answers to life's profound questions. 5-MeO-DMT - The Magic Pill To Enlightenment & God https://youtu.be/rH1bfZ1p6sg Difference Between 5-MeO-DMT and Regular DMT: Leo clarifies that 5-MeO-DMT and regular DMT are not the same despite similar names. 5-MeO-DMT is much more potent (10-20 times) than regular DMT, offering qualitatively different and transformative experiences. 5-MeO-DMT as the Ultimate Psychedelic: Leo touts 5-MeO-DMT as the most effective psychedelic for achieving permanent transformations in consciousness. He suggests it could potentially enable genuine enlightenment experiences and possibly lead to permanent enlightenment. Reconsidering "Magic Pill" Dogma in Spirituality: Leo challenges the opposition to 'magic pills' in self-development, arguing that effective technologies should not be dismissed. He aligns psychedelics with other breakthrough inventions, advocating for the exploration and use of such 'technologies' in the spiritual domain. Ancient Spiritual Technologies: Leo reminds us of extreme measures by spiritual masters throughout history such as yogic techniques, starvation, and asceticism. He draws parallels between these practices and the use of psychedelics, noting their importance in seeking higher consciousness. 5-MeO-DMT for Enlightenment: Leo explains that 5-MeO-DMT provides a lucid and consistent experience of ego death and vast consciousness expansion within a short timeframe, unique compared to other psychedelics and akin to a highly amplified form of meditation. Humanity's Historical Ties to Psychedelics: Leo highlights the long-standing historical associations between spirituality and psychedelic use, from ancient Greece's Eleusinian Mysteries and the consumption of soma in the Rig Veda, to the ritualistic use of mushrooms in various religious traditions. Spiritual Dogmatism and Openness to New Techniques: Leo encourages openness to new methods for attaining higher consciousness, including psychedelics like 5-MeO-DMT. He emphasizes the need to evolve and embrace technological advancements that further the practice of enlightenment. Guidelines for Safe and Effective 5-MeO-DMT Use: Leo underscores the need to understand 5-MeO-DMT properly, use the substance responsibly, and follow safety protocols to maximize benefits and minimize risks associated with this powerful psychedelic. Genetic Component to Enlightenment: Leo posits that enlightenment may be quicker for some due to a genetic predisposition that affects brain structure, suggesting enlightened individuals might naturally produce more 5-MeO-DMT or have a higher baseline consciousness due to genetic factors. Enlightened Masters and Brain Development: Techniques like meditation, concentration exercises, self-inquiry, and yogic practices may enhance the brain's ability to produce 5-MeO-DMT or similar enlightenment-facilitating chemicals through sustained practice over years. Natural vs. Synthetic 5-MeO-DMT: 5-MeO-DMT exists in two forms: naturally, from the Colorado River toad's skin secretions (Bufo Alvarius), which is legal in some regions; and synthetically as off-white powder in HCL and freebase forms, with the former for snorting and the latter for smoking. Image 1 Image 2 Administration of 5-MeO-DMT: Smoking results in an instant and intense trip, whereas snorting has a slower onset but offers a longer peak, potentially aiding in comprehension and integration of the experience. Dosage and Administration Techniques: Accurate measurement is essential due to 5-MeO-DMT's potency; recommended doses vary for smoking vs. snorting. Leo shares his procedure for snorting, which includes dividing the dose between nostrils and tilting the head to prevent substance loss. Experiencing 5-MeO-DMT: Initial feelings of fear and terror mimic dying as the ego dissolves, leading to a peak experience of encountering God as absolute infinity, described as more profound than decades of meditation and potentially offering permanent transformative effects. 5-MeO-DMT and Substance Addiction: Accounts suggest 5-MeO-DMT effectively treats heroin addiction, achieving in one dose what could take years. Potential Risks and Safe Practices: Overdosing on 5-MeO-DMT could lead to unconsciousness or seizures. Responsible use involves careful dose management, health understanding, and potential risk awareness. Consciousness Raising and Enlightenment: Regular, responsible use of 5-MeO-DMT, combined with introspective practices, could greatly hasten enlightenment by gradually weakening the ego. Promoting 5-MeO-DMT Awareness: Leo intends to educate the public about the substance’s potential for overcoming ignorance and contributing to human evolution, planning to share resources and personal experiences. Encouraging Research and Guided Action: Researching psychedelics history and effects are recommended before use. Leo emphasizes guidance towards advanced techniques for transcending the ego and exploring beyond the self, promising to provide continued support and resources. 5-MeO-DMT Treatment for Heroin Addiction: Leo Gura describes cases where long-term heroin addicts are cured of their addiction with just one hit of 5-MeO-DMT, even after failing to recover through methadone, therapy, or rehab. He details its effectiveness in medical contexts in Mexico for treating various substance addictions. Power and Impact of 5-MeO-DMT Experience: Gura reflects on the profound nature of the 5-MeO-DMT experience, suggesting that if a single encounter can cure a chronic heroin addict, it indicates the substance's impactful and transformative potential. Perceptions and Legality of 5-MeO-DMT: He acknowledges the ignorance surrounding the substance, contributing to its illegality, and notes that though 5-MeO-DMT used to be legal in the U.S. and is still legal in Mexico, recent bans, such as in China, restrict access, making it rare and less known even among psychedelic users. 5-MeO-DMT's Challenge to Worldviews and Ego: Leo expresses how 5-MeO-DMT has the capacity to shatter all existing beliefs and worldviews, posing a challenge to one's open-mindedness and readiness to experience ego death, which many may not be emotionally or psychologically prepared for. Facing Ego Death with 5-MeO-DMT: He highlights the difficulty in facing one's own death when using 5-MeO-DMT and emphasizes the substantial challenge and fear associated with this experience, which can lead to resistance and struggle. Misconceptions of 5-MeO-DMT as a Magic Pill: Gura explains that while 5-MeO-DMT could be a pathway toward enlightenment, it is not as simple as taking a pill. Full enlightenment requires seriousness about enlightenment, a deep understanding of non-duality, and the risk of potential substance abuse and health consequences. Safe and Effective Use of 5-MeO-DMT: To minimize the risks, he provides guidelines for use—do not take it with certain health conditions or medications, start with a low dose, only in a safe setting, surrender fully to the experience, and give oneself time to integrate the profound insights post-trip. The Reality of 5-MeO-DMT Integration: The integration process post-5-MeO-DMT use is emphasized as crucial, as users need to confront and work through the substantial changes in their perception of reality and the potential upheaval in various aspects of life, challenging one's ability to navigate their inner turmoil. Frequency of 5-MeO-DMT Usage: Leo emphasizes a minimum one-week interval between 5-MeO-DMT sessions to prevent psychological dependence, despite no evident substance tolerance, recommending a more cautious twice a month schedule for habitual use due to the intensity of the experiences requiring substantial integration time. Potential Health Effects of 5-MeO-DMT: Leo suggests that normal, healthy, psychologically mature adults likely won't face negative health effects from 5-MeO-DMT, provided they avoid overdosing. He stresses that anecdotal evidence points to the possibility of frequent use without adverse health consequences, highlighting that 5-MeO-DMT naturally occurs in the brain. Potentiation Effects of 5-MeO-DMT: Users should be aware that 5-MeO-DMT may intensify the effects of other psychedelics like mushrooms or LSD in subsequent uses, potentially leading to unexpectedly profound experiences even at lower doses. 5-MeO-DMT and Enlightenment: Leo theorizes that repeated 5-MeO-DMT use alongside practices like meditation, self-inquiry, and personal development might eventually erode the ego and lead to permanent enlightenment, mentioning plans to interview and post about someone who achieved enlightenment this way. Increasing Awareness of 5-MeO-DMT: Leo considers 5-MeO-DMT an important technology for human evolution and intends to address the collective ignorance and egoism plaguing humanity by raising the substance's profile as a tool for empirical and scientific exploration of higher consciousness. Further Research and Experimentation: Leo encourages viewers to research the history and uses of psychedelics and to anticipate new resources, such as books and interviews, which he plans to share to deepen understanding and support consciousness raising. Action and Commitment: Leo urges viewers to commit to raising their consciousness and promises to guide them through advanced techniques for transcending the ego, emphasizing the value of taking action and exploring beyond the self for unexpected and beautiful discoveries. The Amazing Power Of Psychedelics - Leo Does Magic Psilocybin Mushrooms! https://youtu.be/ypDRRcMKj7E Power of psychedelics for self-actualization: Leo is exploring psychedelics, specifically magic psilocybin mushrooms, for their potential to enhance consciousness and aid in personal growth, rather than for recreation. Immediate meditative and awareness effects: Upon consuming mushrooms, Leo experiences a heightened state of awareness reminiscent of the clarity one might feel after a 10-day intense meditation retreat, causing an immediate sense of amazement and hyper-awareness. Visual hallucinogenic effects: About an hour into the trip, Leo observes vivid, saturated colors and patterns that emerge on flat surfaces, displaying complex, tribal floral designs that are both hypnotizing and beautiful, reminiscent of ancient civilizations' atmospheres. Frequency and nature of psychedelic trances: Leo experiences powerful trances that repeatedly consume him during his trip, causing him to lose consciousness and sense of self. Upon emerging from these trances, he is left with profound insights and wisdom. Integration of experiences and education: Leo attributes his positive experiences with mushrooms to his extensive background in various disciplines like meditation, psychology, metaphysics, and non-duality, suggesting that this groundwork is crucial to how one perceives and handles psychedelic experiences. Duration of psychedelic effects: Leo's psychedelic experience with magic mushrooms lasted about four to six hours, with trance effects fading after four hours, leaving behind lingering patterns and sensations. Animalistic behavior during trip: Leo felt like he was behaving like a primitive creature during the peak of his trip, mimicking animal-like movements and experiencing a sense of being a creature raised in the wild without any language. Contrast between typical behavior and uninhibited state: The trip prompted insights into Leo's everyday reserved behaviors versus the uninhibited, authentic animal-like state induced by mushrooms. He felt his movements were more natural, loose, and authentic during the trip, offering a refreshing contrast to his usual restrained and artificial actions. Delusional aspects of the psychedelic experience: Despite having profound insights, Leo recognized the delusional quality of his trip. He found himself laughing hysterically and talking to himself as though he were having the most profound thoughts, only to realize later that some insights, while interesting, were not as groundbreaking as they seemed during the trip. Amazement at the human body: Looking at himself in the mirror, Leo was astonished by his own human features, experiencing a childlike sense of wonder and amazement at his hands, face, and the existence of his body. Visual hallucinations and self-perception: Leo observed luminous, flower-like patterns on his face, similar to tribal tattoos, which made him feel like a native from the Amazon. This was accompanied by a compelling visual of light rays emanating from behind his head, creating a halo effect. Ontological orgasm during the second trip: Leo describes experiencing an 'ontological orgasm' during his second mushroom trip, which gave him a profound sense of ego loss and the realization that his life's narrative was a complete fiction. Rapid onset and ego loss realization: With a quicker onset during his second trip, Leo felt a creeping sensation of ego loss, eventually leading to a powerful realization that his life's story was an illusion, culminating in a state of surrender to the psychedelic experience. Psychedelic narrative deconstruction: Leo discusses how psilocybin mushrooms can dismantle a person's life narrative, reveling in how the substance dismantles his own perceptions of existence, identity, and personal history, leading to laughter and a sense of absurdity. Meta-analysis of reality: Leo uses mushrooms to achieve a meta-state of consciousness, comparing his everyday life experiences with the hallucinatory mushroom state, leading to insights that transcend both realities and suggest neither is the ultimate form of truth. Ontological orgasm: Describing his philosophical insights as becoming tangibly real, Leo experiences what he calls an "ontological orgasm," a profound realization where the distinction between real and unreal, along with the concept of being born, dissolves into absurdity and laughter. Breakthrough to divine love: Leo details how his psychedelic experience culminated in a breakthrough into divine love and bliss, where tears of joy express his immersion into the infinite nature of existence. Non-dual perception and indiscriminate love: In his non-dual state of perception, Leo expresses love for mundane objects like a vomit bucket, treating them with profound admiration, and disregards conventional notions of cleanliness and impropriety. Time as an illusion: Leo views time as a human construct and an illusion, experiencing a permanent now that is disconnected from the traditional linear concept of time. Mundane transformed by divine love: Leo expresses profound love and beauty towards objects typically viewed as dirty or insignificant, such as a clump of pubic hair, lint, and dirt, perceiving them as manifestations of divine beauty. A prayer of profound gratitude: In a state of deep reverence, Leo's body becomes an instrument of gratitude, leading him to pray fervently, an action borne out of an overwhelming sense of the beauty and sanctity of existence. Experience of Praying: Leo felt a deep sense of the sacredness and beauty of existence during his mushroom trip, leading him to understand the true intention behind religious practices, which he believes are not about beliefs or rituals but about experiencing divine love and wisdom. Intense Non-Dual Awareness: Following his bathroom experience, Leo entered a state of thick non-dual awareness, feeling as though he had achieved full enlightenment and reached the wisdom of historical sages and saints. He felt that he had experienced nirvana and reached the pinnacle of enlightenment with nothing left to achieve. Feeling of Enlightenment Completion: During this phase of intense non-dual awareness, Leo had the sensation that his life was fully realized and that even death would be perfect. He was struck by the profound sense of completeness and perfection of existence. Desire to Share Insights: Despite feeling fully enlightened, Leo was overwhelmed with the need to share his profound insights with others, recognizing it as his life purpose. He was struck by a deep compassion to impart this wisdom to his audience. Challenge of Communication: Leo articulated the difficulty of sharing the ineffable, powerful insights of his experience with those unfamiliar with such states of consciousness, questioning how to communicate the experience effectively. Authenticity and Life Purpose Insights: From his psychedelic experience, Leo gained insights into the importance of authenticity and directions to take his work with Actualized.org to deeper levels, reinforcing his life purpose. Insignificance of Achievement: One palpable insight Leo emphasized was the realization that the concept of achievement and success is illusory and that nothing tangible needs to be achieved in life. Lasting Effects of Mushrooms: After his trip, Leo felt a lasting calmness, detachment, and increased resolve and motivation for enlightenment and meditative practices. His resolve was supercharged by the realization that such work is the only truly meaningful pursuit in life. Comparison of Existence Joy to Conventional Life: Leo experienced such profound joy and beauty in the state of enlightenment that it made all conventional life pursuits, such as business and family, seem meaningless by contrast. Psychedelics as Self-Actualization Tools: Leo believes psychedelics can offer a glimpse of the most advanced self-actualization concepts he has discussed, bolstering one's resolve for pursuing deeper work in meditation or self-inquiry. Depth of Societal Ignorance: Highlighting the pervasive ignorance in society, Leo suggests that most people live like a baby raised in a prison cell, never knowing there's anything beyond their confined reality, emphasizing the deep ignorance most people have regarding their own ignorance. Necessity of Direct Teaching: Leo defends his blunt and sometimes obnoxious teaching style as necessary to awaken people from their ignorance, suggesting that anything less would not be effective in encouraging the pursuit of true enlightenment. Understating the Significance of Enlightenment: Leo acknowledges that he might exaggerate the significance of enlightenment in his teachings, but asserts that anyone who has achieved non-dual awareness would see his statements as understatements, given the depth of most people's ignorance. Reaction to Enlightenment Teachings: Leo notes the defensive reactions he often encounters when challenging people's life values with his teachings on enlightenment, and laments that such reactions prevent the transformative potential of enlightenment from being realized. Teaching style of Zen masters versus Leo's approach: Zen masters may embody bliss and detachment without actively promoting their insights, often understating the experience of enlightenment. In contrast, Leo takes on the role of bluntly communicating the significance of these insights, aiming to provoke a shift in awareness in his audience. The challenge of overcoming ignorance: Humanity's primary obstacle throughout history has been ignorance, particularly regarding the truth of enlightenment. Sages and Zen masters have struggled to convey their knowledge to others who are deeply entranced by mundane life and dismissive of profound truths. Role of psychedelics in awakening: Leo points out that while psychedelics are not crucial for him due to his dedicated work in enlightenment, they can serve as a wake-up call for those indifferent to deeper realities, granting them a taste of what they're missing out on due to their limited vision. Responsibility and misuse of psychedelics: The misuse of psychedelics, whether for recreation, confirmation of spiritual beliefs, or as a shortcut, is often more psychologically damaging than physical. Psychedelics require a well-prepared mind and should be used responsibly, enhancing the work of self-actualization rather than replacing it. Misconception of psychedelics as an enlightenment path: Leo stresses that psychedelics do not lead to enlightenment and warns against the belief that they can be a substitute for the rigorous work required for true personal development. Psychedelics as tools for self-actualization: For earnest practitioners of self-actualization, psychedelics can be powerful tools that broaden their understanding and deepen their experiences, but should not be mistaken for the achievement of enlightenment. Harnessing psychedelics for therapeutic purposes: Beyond the quest for personal growth, psychedelics hold therapeutic potential for healing, addiction treatment, and providing insights into life, thereby kindling an interest in reality and truth. Anticipation for responsible psychedelic use: Leo announces an upcoming episode focusing on responsible psychedelic use for personal growth, promising to offer practical tips, discuss appropriate substances, and underscore the importance of self-actualization as the ultimate aim. How To Become Enlightened - The Exact Step By Step Process Revealed! https://youtu.be/GfqLdOgoB98 Leo's Introduction: Leo starts by stating the video is advanced and not for beginners. He emphasizes that his intention is to provide a practical, no-nonsense guide on progressing towards enlightenment, avoiding as much mysticism as possible. Fundamental Nature of Awareness: Leo revisits the concept of awareness, affirming that we are not entities within our bodies, but rather the entire field of awareness itself, which is fundamentally nothingness. He warns against adopting this as philosophy, urging the viewer to seek experiential understanding beneath beliefs. Avoiding Conceptual Traps: Enlightenment is misrepresented and encumbered by philosophy, beliefs, and false assumptions. Leo stresses avoiding these traps, focusing instead on a direct experience of reality as it presents itself in the present moment. Speed of Enlightenment: Leo suggests that dedicated, intensive work on enlightenment can yield results in as little as 3-24 months, as opposed to the decades it traditionally takes. He views this accelerated process as possible by following his guidelines. Inadequacy of Meditation Alone for Enlightenment: While Leo values meditation for calming the mind, he asserts that enlightenment requires more direct, focused inquiry into consciousness than meditation alone can provide. The Process - A Non-Process: Leo outlines what appears to be a process for enlightenment but clarifies that enlightenment is not a process—it is an instantaneous reality, the realization of which is paradoxically uncontrolled and cannot be forced. Practical Steps for Increasing Awareness: Leo proposes a practical "process" where one sits quietly, assumes a meditative posture, and introspects for 30-60 minutes. The goal is to identify and observe the real-time, present sense of self-identity as it shifts within the mind. Discovering Self-Identity: Through introspection, individuals peel away layers of assumed identity, such as the body, and narrow down to the underlying belief that one is the perceiver of all sensations, converging on a point within. Realizing the Perceiver as a False Belief: Leo emphasizes that this belief in being the perceiver is a deep-held false belief and guides the listener to look even deeper to find the reality of their existence beyond even this point of perception. While acknowledging the potential process, Leo reiterates the irony that enlightenment is inherently spontaneous and can't be achieved through a traditional 'process,' but that his outlined steps may bolster one's readiness for spontaneous realization. Who is Aware: Leo suggests a process of self-inquiry starting with the question "Who is aware?" This question prompts one to consider who is aware of thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, moving beyond mere identification with the internal dialogue. Differentiating Perceiving from the Perceiver: The second question Leo proposes is "Who is perceiving?" It invites introspection to identify if there's an actual entity within that perceives the senses, feelings, and body sensations, challenging the assumption of a central perceiver. The Question of "Who Am I": Leo discusses the classic question "Who am I?" and its importance in the enlightenment process. He explains that understanding the question is a milestone in itself and that the search for an answer is not logical but experiential. Searching for Existential Being, Not Logical Answers: Leo emphasizes searching for an experiential understanding of one's existential being rather than conceptual answers. The truth about one's nature lies beyond stories of being made of atoms, a body, or having a soul. Going Meta on the Internal Voice: Leo instructs viewers to observe the internal voice that provides a narrative during self-inquiry. One should notice that identifying with this voice is a misunderstanding and continue to ask who perceives this voice, moving up levels of awareness. Recognizing the Illusion: Leo emphasizes recognizing the voice and the thinker's illusory nature, leading to the realization that every answer it provides is not the true self but rather more perceptions. Keeping an Open Mind: He underscores the importance of maintaining an open mind by acknowledging that one's true self is unknown and uncharacterized by the beliefs and identities held throughout life. Quantum Leap Intent: Leo highlights the need to approach enlightenment with the intention to make a quantum leap from seeing oneself as just a perceiver to realizing oneself as being itself, or all of reality. Refocusing Awareness: Leo discusses the challenge of constantly refocusing one's awareness back onto the true self, past the mind's distractions; emphasizing the importance of direct experience in recognizing who one truly is. Thinking vs. Looking: Leo distinguishes between thinking and looking, stating that one must apply pure awareness and observation, rather than thought, to successfully engage in the process of enlightenment. Regular Practice for Enlightenment: Leo advises practicing this focused self-inquiry for 30 to 60 minutes daily, similarly to a meditation habit, yet with more precision and dedication towards self-realization. The Nature of Thoughts: Thoughts are not just continuous mental activities; they are sensations that come with a story or content. They are like movies—light projected onto a screen; what appears significant is actually the result of being engrossed in the narrative rather than the existential reality of the light flickering on the wall. Direct Experience of Thoughts: Leo invites you to experience the distinction between the content of a thought and the sensation it actually is. For instance, imagining a million dollars in your bank account: the story is fictitious, but the actual sensation of thinking it holds a reality on its own. This distinction is crucial for enlightenment. All Reality is Now: Only current sensory experiences constitute reality. If something isn't in your immediate senses—seen, heard, smelled, tasted, touched, or thought of—it isn't real. Our brains are skilled at creating stories, but anything not directly experienced in the present is just a fiction. Mind Opening Challenges: When you attempt to understand new concepts, your mind opens up, but it can quickly be bombarded with additional content, or thoughts, that reinforce the illusion. Overcoming this cycle requires conscious effort and the ability to observe thoughts without getting absorbed in their content. Applying Enlightenment Principles: Leo emphasizes the usefulness of the principle that only the present is real, acknowledging it's a tough practice to maintain. He believes firmly grasping and applying this principle can lead to full enlightenment but requires extraordinary dedication and awareness. Navigating Common Enlightenment Traps: Avoid taking any ideas, beliefs, or instructions—including those from Leo—as the absolute truth. True existential metaphysical truth must be discovered personally. He also encourages setting aside scientific and religious explanations, as they can obstruct direct understanding of reality. Leo's Personal Enlightenment Journey: Leo shares that he has also fallen into enlightenment traps, such as conceptualizing enlightenment as nothingness due to excessive studying. However, only personal experience, beyond just intellectual comprehension, can lead to true enlightenment. Tips for Approaching Enlightenment: Dedicate yourself to constantly discerning the real from the fictitious. Question every idea or belief you encounter, maintain a high awareness, and never mistake the tools meant to awaken you for the actual awakening. Misconception About Nothingness: Leo highlights how people misconceive nothingness, noting that if one truly understood it, they would already be enlightened. He emphasizes that his teachings also apply to himself and admits to falling into the trap of believing he knows everything about enlightenment when, in reality, he knows nothing. Conceptualizing Enlightenment is a Trap: Leo warns against the trap of trying to conceptualize enlightenment and oneself. He explains that any belief or idea held is not the absolute truth and that enlightenment cannot be thought into existence. Analogy of a Dog and Calculus: Using the analogy of a dog unable to learn calculus, Leo illustrates the futility of trying to think your way into enlightenment. He suggests that like a dog, we are limited by our habitual actions and must transcend them through awareness and observation rather than thought. Necessity of Massive Persistence: Leo stresses that enlightenment requires extraordinary mental effort and resilience. He acknowledges that one will likely face numerous challenges, including disheartenment and existential crises, but urges persistence and refinement of approach despite failure. Enlightenment as a Spontaneous Awakening: Describing enlightenment as a spontaneous awakening that cannot be predicted or forced, Leo notes that such a breakthrough might happen unexpectedly, even if one is following a process meant to increase its likelihood. Being as Reality: During enlightenment, Leo explains that you become an expansive form of reality that is not limited or located anywhere in particular. This unrestricted being is experienced during a moment of enlightenment, which can be profoundly transformative. Cyclical Nature of Enlightenment: Enlightenment is presented as a continual pursuit, with cycles of awakening and falling back into ignorance. Leo emphasizes the deep gratitude and worth of this journey despite its challenges. Importance of Continued Learning: Leo suggests watching more of his videos to further understand enlightenment and overcome various traps and challenges. He discourages taking his teachings as absolute truth and emphasizes the practical application of the concepts discussed. Dismissing Beliefs Before Enlightenment Work: Emphasizing the need to clear out one's belief systems, Leo recommends a period of dismissing one's entrenched beliefs to engage in more focused and effective enlightenment practices. Value of Enlightenment Work: Although challenging, Leo concludes that the work towards enlightenment is exceptionally worthwhile and encourages viewers to subscribe to his channel for advanced topics. He reminds viewers that his teachings should not be mistaken as absolute truth. Fidelius Charm

Ziewe has a legit Full Enlightenment experience description in his book "The Ten Minute Moment" which is very very hard to just make up in the form he describes. Shhhh, or else the metaphysical Love=Absolute aficionados could get a challenge that suddenly a legit nondual realizer has had the Godhead-Absolute Reality-Love-Light realization as foundation of Reality/Absolute also, but on a more stable basis and not only a temporary state - and also values and emphasizes its importance a lot! Seen from that perspective, the only thing that is missing a bit is that Szyper starts talking about some advanced Alien-level-stuff, but you never know... ( : By the way, Ziewe has some literal Aliens, and also some more metaphysical Alien-Level-realizations descriptions in his books (Multidimensional Man mainly). Selling Love Light by the River -

Why do you assume the cycle of existences stops with liberation? There are many voices and spiritual traditions (most of them) stating that Enlightenment is only the beginning of new, liberated and more awake/nondual forms of being/manifestation/wakeful dreams. Liberation/Enlightenment to stop the cycle of birth and death sounds very much like early buddhism (Hinanyana). Enlightened Mindstreams/beings don't stop (no dropping dead upon Enlightenment), they become nondual and non-separated, liberated and free. So why should there be no continuation after shedding this form-body (in whatever form or place)? There will not be much separate-anything left, but some more awake and liberated tendencies/Karma (in the case of a liberated being of course more liberated and awake). Among the spiritual traditions, pretty much only early Buddhism proclaimed the stop of cycle of birth and death, or no other existence. And the "Enlightenment"-ideal of early Buddhism was mainly cessation, not so much nondual realization in daily life, or Full Enlightenment. Latest with Mahayana, Buddhism changed its course dramatically on that. Selling Water by the River -

@Javfly33 As Cetus writes: If you truly are the awake Infinite Totality on a deep identity level (Full Enlightenment into Absolute Reality itself, preferably as stable as possible in daily life, Peak to plateau to permanent), Infinite Reality itself.... would you resist yourself? Of course not. Remaining suffering/resistance shows where the separation from the Totality (aka separate-self/separation-elements of the ego) are still well and alive playing their game: a) desiring an experience and not getting it and suffering/resisting while doing that, or b) wanting an un-pleasurable experience to go away, and suffering/resisting that that is not happening/appearing. It is a hint of God/Reality (so to say) to highlight certain not yet enlightened elements of the mindstream, remaining false identities of something separate still emerging. To be precise: God/True You/Truth/Reality CONTAINS the (illusionary or mere appearing) appearance/arising of suffering/resistance. The ego or mind IS an appearance, and very often IS the suffering/resistance (when resisting what is). Yet, it is AS real (or unreal) as every other experience/arising/appearance. So very real enough to cause appearing/arising suffering/resisting in a not fully enlightened perspective/being. The sentient awareness is not suffering, it contains as appearance/arising the suffering. "The" sentient awareness is totally empty and impersonal, and yet "it" is also all that arises - nondual and infinite. "It" can never be located, it is the Totality seeing itself in a nondual way, without any separate anything pulling the nondual unity apart into duality. That awakened nondual enlightened state alone (which is also the true natural state btw. if no illusion is appearing/arising in it) is free of suffering/resistance. Resistance/suffering (another word for separate-self/separate ego arisings) ends this awakened nondual state faster than one can say "duality". That is not only my claim, but the claim of many humans that have realized their True Identity, over all ages, cultures, places, and found freedom from resisting/suffering/self-contracting.... But to truly understand and realize that, a big clap of the one hand is necessary. You practice, which is what counts. So, bon voyage.... Same thing happened to me years ago. Went full enlightenment mode, weakened the ego before having all my shit together. When I run out of money I was forced to come back to the evil socio-economic matrix, and was forced to interact as an ego from duality again (work, relationships, business) and it felt like a kick in the balls. So the lesson here is always work for economic independence first.

On question 1: On a relative level yes. Although souls are a relative appearance in the Absolute, they are nevertheless as real as any other appearance. See the two books of Jürgen Ziewe on these topics. He experienced all of that in OBE first hand. He has a book on a valid Full Enlightenment process (ten minute moment). I would have spotted if that were fake. That, and his general being in his youtube videos make him trustworthy in my opinion. Question 2: I read parts of it. And I am knocking quite constantly on Gods door to reveal himself. The Totality of Being/Reality/God can be adressed in 2nd person. And how could this Totality not respond to you? After having had the experiences you had with Psychosis, that is a very truthful way to approach God/Reality/Divinity. I only criticize that path if its used to blow up ones ego with messianic grandiosity, which is not the case with you. Have you read the Course in Miracles? I didnt read it fully, but the excerpts I have seen looked beautiful. Its a Christian inspired version of the Philosophia Perennis, quite compatible with a 2nd person communication to God, but also compatible to a nondual relationship to the Divine. -

There are different No-Self Awakenings in Buddhism, with more or less subtle duality left. Often the early unripe ones muddled with subtle identity are confused for True Full No-Self, which is fully nondual. Infinite. God. Absolute. At that level all is an imagined dream, God fooling itself... Comparing smaller no Self Awakenings with what Leo calls God Realization is comparing Apples with Oranges. He confirmed the Supreme Source quotes I posted as God realization. And Full Enlightenment is having that accessible in daily life without psychedelics. And without the remnants of separate self lenses colouring and denying the full stable realization while sobre. Pure impersonal infinite nondual consciouness. Being. Reality itself, a Realization not misfigured by separte self remains. Remains that make IT not quite Pure Impersonal Infinite Consciousness/Reality/Being -

. I just love your posts. Full Enlightenment IS realizing the always here Truth, or ones own true infinite Being. What ones True Self and that of Reality IS. That (Full Enlightenment) happens in an awakened state, in which every form/arising/i-feeling/i-thought and every appearance of the "outer" world is directly and literally realized as mere appearance, happening in the Infinite Pure Impersonal boundless Being that Reality/You truly is. Which is the always here Reality. So not a state but Absolute Reality/God/True Nature. Afterwards its accessible and always right here, since the illusion filters have all been transcended, and "hard" boundless timeless and very empty nondual states ("or awakened states) have replaced the previous normal life with my center here/outer world/others there (duality), and the world appearing solid/external "out there". Replaced with groundless mere appearance ("clear light" in Dzogchen) arising in nondual way in infinite nondual being. And some quite amazing celestial/divine perception on how all of that if manifested from Pure Silent Infinite Consciouness to subtle realities (Awakenings/facets n+1) to gross material world and so on can develop afterwards. But for that, others are way more progressed than I am. See Harri Aalto for example. But all of that is form/manifestation. Not the essence of Absolute Reality/true You, but appearance arising in it, as IT. -

Funny. Suddenly, Awakenings n+1 sound like more insights into the various facets/angles of the frog/God/Absolute Reality. And God Realization sound like Full Enlightenment. With Full Enlightenment having the benefit of sobre and permanent deep identity transformation, and its resulting access to the bliss of Absolute Reality. For divine/celestial perception after Enlightenement (or, understanding more of the relative facets of the frog), see for example Harri Aalto, David Buckland, David Spangler, and many others. In all Traditions. -

Yes. If I would be author of the youtube-videos causing these conceptual Solipsism Ego-Inflations, I would scream now AWAKENING. NONCONCEPTUAL NONDUAL AWAKENING. And not just some contemplating and new solipsistic Ego=God concepts/worldviews on top of the olds ones. But apparently that screaming of AWAKENING is mostly being done in other contexts, like deflating meditation/serious longterm practice, or the possibility of Realizing the True Nature of oneself and Reality, or Full Enlightenment. I mean, can it get any more obvious and unvoluntarily parody-like? I know, all these little conceptual solipsism outbursts (OMNIPOTENT) serve exactly their job of highlighting where these kind of teachings lead to, but sometimes I wonder if it is more of an intellectual-insult or really great unvoluntary parody. Or both? I truly don't know... And here the TikTok-like version of the post above: -

Doing that after Full Enlightenment: Can work and does work. Separate self and its regularly occuring suffering gone/transcended. Can generate its own bliss with onboard-devices/awakened nondual states WITHOUT needing specific experiences for that. In other words, total freedom & love. Can do whatever its inclined to celebrate manifestation, including helping "others". Doing that before Full Enlightenment = easing the regular suffering /non bliss emotions caused in cycles by the separate self/ego illusion Gestalt with chasing experiences (this time, quite high up Maslows ladder, with transcendental insights/awakenings/whatever n+1). Doesnt work and can't work. Same project as any other unenlightened being is performing unsuccessfully in a myriad of ways ( maslow pyramid up and down). The mechanism described above works with mathematical precission. -

Then it was by definition not the Absolute . Maybe you should check how Absolute is defined. Realizing the Absolute comes with the realization that there CAN be nothing further. Yes, CAN be no further. And why the "CAN be no further" becomes clear with that realization. That is what makes this realization unique and final. It can't be put into concepts. If what you describe above turns out later into "something beyond is possible" it was not the Absolute but just a conceptual idea that this Awakening was final. As long as a further or beyond is not fully impossible the Absolute is not realized. As long as the "CAN be no further" is not realized its not full Enlightenment. But a facet, a fragment of the elephant. An Awakening or smaller/not full Enlightenment. The signifier Absolute is used too often without understanding its implications. Long story short: -

And all those who proclaimed they realized their True Nature and the nature of all possible realms/Reality (aka Absolute Reality) in Full Enlightenment, which happened in all culutures in all centuries since millenia, and which tended to manifest extraordinary states and impacts on their fellow humans and surroundings... Well, all of them were deluded.... ?! And another misunderstanding concerning the final nature of Full Enlightenment: The exploration of Manifestation (and besides the Absolute Infinite Reality everything perceivable is manifestation arising in it) or existence as a mindstream or perspective or being that has realized its eternal true nature (which is of the same essence as all of infinite Reality/Being) doesnt stop, it rather starts, but from a fundamentally different basis: from caterpillar to butterfly. The former separate self illusion truly dead (no exaggeration, replaced by the potential to truly live as the Nondual Totality/Being). Can the caterpillar anticipate the existence as butterfly? Apparently a rather difficult task. Actually impossible, because if it would it immediately would be a butterfly. So True Enlightenment is not the end of the exploration and celebration of infinite manifestation/imagination, but the start of it.But since ones True Nature as the Pure Impersonal Infinite Nondual (in infinite unity with this and all worlds arising in IT) Suchness/Awareness/Reality/Being is present/accesssable all the time (since the separate self building blocks creating the illusion and preventing nondual states have been transcened/cut off, like localization, center, beliefs of being anything specific, all I-thoughts and I-feelings)... all of that happens without any remaining delusion/ignorance (PURE empty impersonal Awareness/Totality/Being) and without suffering/grasping for ever more experiences/states/understandings. Or in short: It feels very blissful, while anything that came before sucked/caused suffering and dissatisfaction (in cycles) quite a lot. So its not either (full) Enlightenment OR exploring infinitely more of Infinite Reality. But its enjonying, exploring and celebrating all of that, but after coming home to ones True Nondual Being. No need to construct any either/or. That was not your point, but a perspective of others which I adress here. So allow me one question: who in his right mind would reject the wonderful potential of this structure/stage (or manifestation of very continues wonderful states/insights into Truth and bliss)? Short form: Reality/Absolute/God is perfectly well able to understand and realize its essence (and that of all Reality also), and to understand how it fooled itself with this dream and its nearly endless illusion-mechanism. Who if not God/Reality/Being could wake up to its true Being if not itself? And if that can be done right here and now sobre without any remaining filters/illusions in the way it is called (full) Enlightenment. And IT either realizes itself fully or only facets (which is nothing other than not fully woken up). Selling Water by the River -

Well, (full) Enlightenment doesnt "work" like you describe. It is unmistaken. It is exactly not the kind of conceptual thoughts that you describe in the quote above. Nor is it any other kind of thought arisings/concepts. But directly realizing and being Absolute Reality with the former "you" and all its building blocks/arisings seen through and died/transcended.. But of course no one can transmit it with words, and it can only be understood after it happens. The degree of peace or suffering that Absolute Reality lets happen in the individual mindstream is a good indicator of the transcendence achieved so far. And there is no fooling the Gateless Gate. Infinitely intelligent Reality and such... -

Well, I was not asked... But since that is a topic everyone has coming up down the road... the most fascinating gentlemen on that in my view, which I take serious on it since his Full Enlightenment description is legit, is Jürgen Ziewe. https://www.multidimensionalman.com/Multidimensional-Man/Astral_Travel_and_life_after_death.html
