@Aakash let me clarify a little bit. No I don't think we are an illusion, I think we are real living human beings on a planet. The ego construct within the human being is what creates the illusion, commonly referred to as the masks we wear or Maya the illusion of the self. The pregnant nothingness within the human body that I was describing would be equivalent to the soul or the spirit. Only this spirit or soul is not an individual soul like the ego tries to make you believe. No this nothingness is literally the essence of all existence, it is the absolute in its self... The article is just fine a good read! Thanks...

@Aakash don't make roadblocks where there are no roadblocks, for example there is no problem with Consciousness or absolute Infinity. The only outside of Consciousness that I'm aware of is called Maya the illusion of the self... which that samadhi movie explains very well... please check it out if you haven't already. Awareness Consciousness God absolute Infinity truth are all words describing the same thing. But remember words are not the thing itself...the map is not the territory. I really need to put a strong emphasis on there is "Nothing To Attain." Here is a definition to assist: The verb attain means to achieve, accomplish, or succeed in reaching a goal (usually through some effort). The verb obtain means to acquire or get possession of something. Your false self or your ego is the thing seeking and trying to attain something. Your true self is the nothingness underneath all the layers of your false self.. it has been there all along underneath your nose and you just need to see it. That's what is meant by you are already enlightened. This true self is the essence of existence itself. It is the unchangeable truth of what you are. Shed the layers of your false self, realize the unchanging infinite self that was always there, the veil of Illusion or Maya was just stopping you from seeing it clearly. Hope this helps. Remember the biggest obstacle to Discovery is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. In this work you have to empty your glass. If you think you already have the answers you will not go through the difficult work of dropping your false self and realizing your true nature.

I 'overdosed' on purpose to have a religious experience. I took off all my clothes first because I didn't need those 'human/societal confines'. Having diarrhea was from the fasting I assume. @Aakash About two and a half years ago I realized almost everything I thought I knew about diet and nutrition was more of a perspective or conditioned thought process than the actual Truth. I went vegan overnight and it was such a quick and radical paradigm shift that something in me Awoke. After that it started off as searching for ultimate truth, surrendering(letting go)and simultaneously knowing that I would never give up until I reached it. I had to replace fear with trust and motivation and dive deep into the murky waters of the unknown while staying grounded and balanced. I had to completely empty my glass, stay radically open minded and maintain razor sharp focus to sort out the TRUTH from the nothingness. I dropped everything I thought I knew about anything and became a child willing and ready to learn. I also knew I was wasting energy holding on to past grudges and not completely forgiving everything and everyone including myself, forgive them for they know not what they do. I had to patch those holes to keep the energy from escaping, so I could use it in forward progression and to peel off the layers. Meditation was key for learning to stay present and aware and helped me gently set my ego in a chair with its nose in the corner and tell it thank you, but I will no longer be requiring your services. In other words I mortally wounded it. Big picture thinking was also important on this journey, the biggest picture I could possibly imagine in every question I had. I prayed for awakening( even though at the time I didn't realize it was already happening) and asked to be shown everything. There are many other things I came to understand such as: taking the middle path, non-attachment, non judgement, non identification, non-duality, cultural conditioning and its influence, collective ego, spiral dynamics, understanding religions stemmed from spirituality. @Truth Addict@Zigzag Idiot It's so easy to get lost in the world in worrying about the things you do, the things other people do and thinking about how you stack up or how people like you. It gives us such peace to remember the present moment, to remember the nothingness, to remember that there is no self. We remind ourselves "There is just this." But that's not quite right. There is no just this. There is THIS. Magic is love, love is magic. An Abraham Hicks video helped me to make this connection, that when you get that feeling, that impulse or vision that feels amazing, that's it right there. Then we think about the action and the manifestation it may or could lead to and often get lost there, but that feeling that connection that bliss, that passion, that connection with love, and the present moment, THAT was it.

God is not bored, God is boredom, and all other dimensions of reality aswell. Subjects are illusiory, there is nothing happening to anyone. There are simply happenings. It wouldn't make sense to say God was bored as much as it wouldn't make sense that you can be bored. Boredom simply exist, it does not belong to anyone or anything. God is the boredom itself, and also the excitement. The Subject - Subjectivity duality doesn't work on humans and it surely doesn't work on Reality as a whole. God is not A, God is not B, God is not C. Rather A, B and C are God. Replace God with the word Reality and you will cease having these confusions. Reality cannot be bored, however reality can be boredom. The whole thing about reality is that it is everything, or rather that everything is it. And no, the reason of existence is pure Love. Why Isness? Love. What Isness? Infinity/Nothingness How Isness? Infinite Intelligence/Creativity, Magic That's how you could frame it. All of this exists from Love and as Love, not boredom. The "substance" of boredom is Love.

Zero is most definitely a concept. What you're conflating it with is "nothingness" or "void" but those are also concepts that exist. "God is nothingness" is the name of a book on Leos book list, and it's pointing to something way beyond 0.

I don't think there is a big difference , it just depends on how you define the terms. I understand self inquiry as: and the Parvastha as surrendering to, being (in) the awarenes, nothingness void, the Self, or as you/Gamana described: And I think self inquiry is more about actively wondering/ looking what you are while parvastha is about (passively) surrendering to what you are One might say self-inquiry is a more masculine and parvastha a more feminine approach I think Gamana says that you can stay in your one-pointed concentration spot after the practise if you are intuitively drawn to it. Otherwise recommends to just surrender

What would be the difference between Parvastha and self-inquiry? Both are basically focusing on awareness, nothingness, void. Self-inquiry just seems like longer Parvastha, independent on any practices preceding in. Where parvastha is a state focused on after kriya to calm the mind. Also, does SG recommend one-pointed concentration after practice. I swear he just says chill in the I-amness. Thanks.

@Natasha they are identical without distinction but how ? In its relative sense they are both love for survival. This means that survival is feminine love. The unconditional love which allowed survival to take place is now masculine love. To which absolute love, is now masculine love which is identical to feminine love. Life (survival) = feminine love and death (nothingness) = masculine love. If you realise carefully that what I’ve said. Life is identical to death and therefore it’s absolute love. You are the One, the enlightened know this, they know they are you. Meditate; into the Self. Allow the mind to acquiesce; allow thought to secede. Allow control resignation. See about this nothingness, meet yourself again. Below the thinking, within the sensations, prior to ideas of you - know thy self. Vulgar? Obscene? Pushy? Irate? Hurried? Important? Demanding? What is the true nature? It is powerful beyond measure; innocent, subtle and kind. It waits eternally for you; to return, to remember - to meet again. It allows all things; it never asks for precedence. It supports you in every endeavor; while assembling the next. It waits while you eat what it did not yield. It waits while your foot is in your mouth. It waits until your show is done; judging you not. It waits for words to run their course. It waits through your ‘problem’; it waits while you ‘solve’. It waits. It has nowhere more important to go. It has nothing more important to do. It has no one more interesting to be. It is for you; it gifts you freedom. It is for you; selfless, it is your love. It is for you; and for you alone, it waits. There is no other; it is you.

1 is a concept. One concept + another concept = third concept. Concepts are relative and changing. 0 is absolute. It is not a concept, it is an absence of concepts. Nothingness. Nothingness never changes.

I can only recommend to stop viewing Good and Bad as attributes of other things, and instead view them as their own dimensions of consciousness. In my view ethics is greatly delusional in that it simply deludes reality into something it is not. The ego deliberately confused different states of being so as to create it's own narrative. Goodness and Badness must be viewed for what they are, not be confused to be part of something that they are not. Again, I can only repeat. The only thing that is Good is Goodness itself. There can be no other thing that is Good. Now you must only closely observe Goodness. Once you see it for what it is, you will not be able to call anything good or bad. It will be absurd, it will be clearly delusional to you. It will be as delusional as saying 1=2. Notice that when you die, there will be neither Good nor Bad. Both of them will cease to exist. They are both impermanent. One day all life in this universe will cease, the structure that holds together time and space will fade away. All of it will fade into nothingness, including Good and Evil. Even if there was Good and Evil, it would be completely irrevelant, as the end state is always the same, a dissolving into Nothingness. When there will be noone left to judge what was Good and Bad, what will it have mattered how much Good or Bad have happened before they ceased to exist? Again, Death is the great equalizer. In the eyes of Nothingness, all is the same, all is equally fragile.

This reminded me of something Maurice Nicoll wrote. THE FEELING OF NOTHINGNESS “When the Work says that a man must come to realize his own nothingness before he can be re-born, it does not mean that he must humble himself and so on, but that he must by long self-observation actually begin to realize that he is nothing and that there is no such person as himself. The object of this is to get into a position, psycho- logically speaking, between the opposites...Why is it so important to get somewhere into the centre of the pendulum and not swing to and fro? Because here, between the opposites, lie all the possibilities of growth. Here influences from higher levels can reach us. Here, in this place where one can feel one’s own nothingness (and where one is therefore free from contradictions), influences and meanings com- ing from higher centres, which have no contradictions, can be felt. Not regarding yourself as good or bad, not priding yourself on being just or otherwise, not thinking you are well-treated or badly-treated, not being caught by either movement through identifying, you come into this mid-position. God, Allah, Reality, Universe, Buddha Nature, True Nature, Nothingness, Love, Truth etc. It has many names.

Well salvia can give you the experience of dying but you may just feel like you are a chair or some other object which will not be the experience of nothingness. And as others have allready mentioned you'll be likely to forget completly that you have taken anything in the first place, you'll very likely forget your intention. Salvia tends to part you completly from the part of your psyche that is able to cognize experience. For your purpose other psychedelics are much more likely to produce the result you would like to see. Higher doses of LSD or Mushrooms, 5-MeO-DMT are a much saver bet.

@Nivsch infinite intelligence can be seen through a chemical because it is a reflection of your deepest desires. You are imagining you took a tablet and the outcomes are imaginations too . Still if you use it to realise enlightenment you will indeed understand god. Psychadelics are quickest way to understand the deepest of god realisations in infinity because they make your reality possible. Therefore if you see it in your direct experience you can trust that it is 100% part of absolute infinity. This extends to the fact that absolute infinity is infinitely large and infinite in imagination thus proving its own self in your direct experience and granting you the realisation. “That ohh it was me the whole time “, I am god. But this is only a partial recognition of truth. Absolute truth extends even beyond this because your enlightenment must also include the concepts of nirvana/ moksha / mahasamadhi/ so people get fooled and this is when they mistake he cosmic joke for the actual truth. When the cosmic joke is partial truth. But then I guess when your living it it is quite a funny joke and you can relax. Still not the end of the path the absolute truth is after all the absolute truth, it can’t be otherwise. What happens is their non-duality emerges and they merge their nothingness + something ness together. But this is again more delusion. Basically that is where everyone is at on the forum. The end of enlightenment as I call it. But then some get lost in the haze and try to find absolute truth. And then some get lost and say that it’s nothing because they stick to the side of nothing. Because you’ve supercomposed a reality ontop of itself. You imagined that whole awakening but it became real. That’s why you say it was a black hole. And come back to the body. But this was all imagination again. More self deception. Because the end of enlightenment is nirvana. That is te absolute truth and it can’t be doubted. Because there is literally no other move to make. Your cornered. Enjoy your life and prepare for your death are the instructions. Find a master who knows how to do it because only the quite one will know how. You need to understand all existential questions before you even reach this point. And understand all why. Till there is no more why left , no more how’s left, no more what’s left, no more shoulda left, no more nothing and your asking how do I do the next step.Such begins the second path. At this point you can’t speak a word about it. Because everything you say is ultimately false. Which is ultimately true because everything is absolute truth including all relative truths but only after you reach absolute truth to understand why this is the case. So any technique can get you there as long as it gives you a direct experience of something. It just has to be a direct experience for you to know it’s teuth. Because you aren’t aware of how your universal mind works.m and is designed.

First off, stay in your lane when it comes to trying to lecture me and trying to stand on some pedestal. Don’t try and play that game. Second off, the Absolute nature of existence, consciousness, etc. use whatever word you want. If you’re here to cherry pick words, go ahead. However, I’m making a distinction between existence and the Absolute nature of existence. Relative existence is an illusion. Reality, world, mind, self, objects, etc. are an illusion. Illusion doesn’t mean they don’t exist. It just so happens though that the condition of their existence or truest nature all happen to be the same. If you wanna call that Godhead, Emptiness, Nothingness, Void, whatever. I don’t care. It’s true independent of the word you slap on it.

Fundamentally, it is magical. It is impossible. If you look carefully, you will realize that consciousness/reality is utterly mysterious. This is what reality is doing: Reality never saw an apple, reality never experienced an apple, there has never been anything like an apple before in all of existence. There is nothing to be even imagined to be an apple. Yet, reality can grab into the air and manifest, consciously, an apple, without knowing what an apple is. It can manifest the knowledge of the apple, the essence of the apple, out of thin air, from absolutely no reference point. It can do that with everything. It can manifest everything from nothing. It can manifest all possible dualities. Intelligence and understanding is not merely discovering an already present reality. Intelligence and evolution is manifesting the undiscovered, the unmanifested, from complete non-existence into existence. If you have the potentiality of nothingness, what reality is doing is grabbing into that nothingness and pulling it apart. By that method it can manifest anything, it can manifest infinite things that are unimaginble, like colors and smells. Imagine there was no such thing as colors, imagine you have never seen a color in your life. Imagine that you could not even possibly imagine color. Yet, what reality can do is just pull into nothingness, and consciously manifest color without knowing what it is, because knowing what it is would mean that it would have already existed. This impossbility of reality, this magical property is the foundation of all intelligence and creation. This is what consciousness fundamentally is. When you see it, you will immediately recognize that reality is fucking insane. It is literally impossible. There is no causation to it, there is no explanation, there is no root. The manifestation of all that is real is done by the manifestation of it itself. Reality is basically like magic swimming through the sea of non-duality, and the swimming itself is the manifestation of duality. In Blackness there must exist Whiteness. Whiteness and Blackness equate to nothingness, which is what they truly are. Nothingness can produce literally everything, infinite sensation. How many senses do you have? You can see. You can smell. You can hear. You can feel. You can think. These are a few of the aspects of consciousness which are pulled from nothingness into existence. There are literally infinite. They are so unfamiliar to you that you could not possibly imagine them. They are so strange like to a blind man color is. And there are INFINITE of these aspects. They are all manifested by magic, by non-causality. The literally self-manifest. It is pure magic. And it happens at all times, with all aspects of realness. Language is one of these infinite aspects. Language is utterly mysterious and impossible in it's essence. This is what you have to recognize. Once you recognize this there will be no more words, because you will know that whatever it is is beyond all comprehension. It literally is impossible. It's not you who are feeling, it is the feeling that is feeling. Feeling is self-existing. It took as much effort to manifest feeling as it took to manifest the entire universe. Which is to say no effort at all. They are both just aspects of realness or consciousness. The answer to the question is found by observing how any aspect of realness is manifested. Once you see, you will know creation has no cause. It is magical.

@Aaron p It's great to have the concept in mind and from your writing I suppose you know that concepts don't really count for anything once realization is happening. I once came up with an analogy that I quite like: the analogy of the rainbow bubble. You see, a rainbow bubble seems to be a real, tangible thing moving around in space and time. With a clearly defined inside and outside and a boundary between those two. But if you look at it, inside and outside are literally the same, the same air. The bubble is not a tangible thing but it exists as the boundary. Once the bubble is popped (great analogy for what, you might think :)), the boundary collapses and what has always been one is one now. From my reading I suspect there are deeper insights to have into the nature of nothingness, void god and so on but the the bubble popping is what I have yet become conscious of. I also like to put it into this phrase: the ego is identification with experience. It is the clinging to something that feels permanent, where there in reality is only constant change. @Aakash In my experience, thoughts emerge momentarily and disappear into nothingness. I am acutely aware of the silence in between thoughts, even if this silence has no duration. Present moment is my reality, time does not exist. The coherence of the present moment, the unfolding, is Love.

@Angelite non duality is dual, and duality is non-dual. Hence “Zero” Is one and “one is zero” somethingness is nothingness and nothingness is somethingness. Enlightenment is non-dual, non-enlightenment is dual. Therefore every enlightened person is actually not enlightened and every non enlightened person is enlightened. The mind can not grasp truth but the mind can grasp truth because non-duality is duality. And duality is non-duality. Let me translate for you in non-dual terms allah says : a single man is not A single man, he has many wife’s (all people, things , animals and form) , all at odds with each other because they they they are single man just like this single man. A slaved man because he belongs to one master (the religious man) Are these two equal ? Praise be to Allah, (not the single “material” man or the religious ) man) praise be to Allah (the enlightened man) but most of them have no knowledge (of allah because They never die to allah ) hmm I have changed my mind about Mohammad he was most certainly a prophet.
