@non_nothing Your room is haunted! No, seriously, I think it has to do with the weather of your room and home in general. Maybe the air is not fresh enough, therefore not enough O2. Maybe the humidity in your room is causing you discomfort, therefore not enough focus. Maybe the sun is not permeating well, therefore not enough wakefulness. Maybe the temperature is not so great, therefore not enough relaxation. Maybe you're just used to not doing anything serious at home, therefore not enough motivation. If you can't seem to find the problem, then I think it's better to move, because the problem won't simply just go away. I also think that @Flatworld Crusades has some great ideas, maybe try them out.

@David Hammond Oops, you spelled "enlightened" incorrectly as well. Therefore you have no idea what enlightenment is. LOL ? -

@Serotoninluv I see what you mean, you're talking about me, not the ego me, but the raw experience of me, without me ? It still doesn't help. I have to practice more. -
Truth Addict replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Serotoninluv Yes, maybe. But what good does it do for me? It's still just a belief from my perspective. -

The thing is that I don't know, so I can't even say you're right. Maybe duality is correct. ? -

@Inliytened1 @zeroISinfinity Okay, just be careful here, you're talking about his personal experiences from your assumptions, if I had to choose then I'd choose to believe him because he's closer to himself than you are to him. I saw him refusing to say anything about his enlightenment, but that's not a problem, he explained why, and I was convinced, he could easily have copied and pasted anything he read before to prove his point, but he didn't. I think he actually knows what he is talking about. Why do you want him not to be so? -

@Inliytened1 @zeroISinfinity hmmm. From my understanding, you don't necessarily need to have a mystical experience to know what God is. Yes, it's a cool experience and everything, but is it really necessary for enlightenment? I'd say no, because enlightenment has so many degrees, with not a single one above the other. After all, life itself is a mystical experience, right? Let's wait and see what David has to say. -

@Angelite I don't know, in the Quran there is a clear duality between God (creator) and everything else (creation). Islam in its purest from is not pantheistic. Ask all the scholars in Muslim history. I don't know which one is correct, yet. -

@Inliytened1 You're right Dave (I'd like to use your actual name if that's okay). You and David are talking about the same thing from different angles, due to different teaching methods, that's all. David was talking about integrating mystical experiences with mundane life 'samsara'. He's done with enlightenment as an understanding of God and the self (theory), and right now working on the practical side of it (practice). So, basically that's also what you're trying say right (Inliytened1)? I assume David is having a hard time actualising his realisations in the mundane everyday life, that's why he's projecting that on us here. I hope I'm understanding you correctly @David Hammond -
@Aeris Yes, I know. The difference is though that I was/am aware of that, therefore I control it instead of it being controlling me, no free will though. Whereas they who think everything is a hallucination are stuck in their lives, because they forget to reflect 'hallucinations' on their own beliefs, therefore they are not aware of their own ignorance.

@Mezanti Exactly! ?? That should tell you something, that those wise ass people aren't at stage Yellow yet, and they claim it already by being spiritual and by spitting spiritual wisdom/beliefs. A tier two individual is also known as a Spiral Wizard, who can easily move down the spiral to make better communication with lower stages. They are so unconscious of their ignorance that they don't realise that what they say is a reflection of their own issues at a specific point. "You don't exist" means that "I am struggling with that concept, so I will project it onto others and convince myself and others that I have done the work and that I am Enlightenment". (I intended using the noun instead of the adjective, that's my private joke with my brother ?).

@Conrad How much do you make? -
@RawJudah Do the contrasting experience first, the best benefits come from integrating the diversity of experiences together. Then when you do integrate them, you will start seeing life in a completely different way, a deeper and even a lot more nuanced way. ❤️

@Shroomdoctor Start with deconstructing the belief that everything is meaningless. Find out the true meaning of life.

If everything is really boring, then just stop, sit in silence. Don't meditate, don't do anything at all. Just sit in silence. Stay still as long as possible, and see the magic. -

Yep, I was right. Highest 2.0 ? -
@Shroomdoctor The reason why your life has become like that is exactly because you're doing the work correctly. You're in the phase of deconstructing your old life, beliefs, and behaviours, what are you expecting? What I think is needed for you the most right now is to realise that beliefs are very important. Most people who follow Leo, tend to fall into the trap of, ironically, 'believing' that beliefs are the enemy, so they get stuck in a loop of delusion, something like this: "I can't trust beliefs because beliefs are not true". Belief is not the enemy, belief is the engine that runs your entire life. Without belief, you can't move in life, that's why you're stuck. So, instead of stopping using beliefs, just start using more nuanced and better ones, more compatible with your life situation. Belief is just a tool, the trap is to mistake it for reality. I don't want to keep going because I don't know if what I thought about your issue is true, but I hope that helps someone who is in need. I'd be glad to answer any further questions if my assumptions were correct.

The experience that is more odd and contrasting to your ordinary life would do.

Promoting nonduality for Muslims through the Quran. So sly. -
@purerogue ❤️ @jim123 I understand your fears and concerns. I've been there, and the answer is that you won't know until you try. From your perspective, all of Leo's teachings seem demonic, that's quite normal. But since you're asking questions about God, then that means that you are already not convinced of the Christian faith, and that's why you're asking questions in the first place. It's helpful for you to be clear about that. If you are happy with and convinced of your beliefs, then ignore all other teachings and go on with your life. If you are skeptical and struggling to find the truth about Jesus and God, then keep asking questions with an open mind, don't trust any answers that come from outside of you, and acknowledge that you don't have the answers. Just keep Truth as your highest value, and you will be fine. The choice is yours, nobody is trying to push their beliefs on you.
