  4. "He who would live must fight. He who doesn't wish to fight in this world, where permanent struggle is the law of life, has not the right to exist." -- Enlightened Hitler.
  5. @abrakamowse I can't pin it, only Leo and mods can pin topics, I guess. You can bookmark it though ?
  6. Sadly we don't have Hitlers nor Trumps
  7. @abrakamowse I don't have anything to say, but I posted to up my thread so that other people can see it. ?
  8. @Shin I never knew you were so addicted to misusing bananas ? Below average thread though, it will pass ? Alright, I'll just stop joking before I awaken the Joker inside of Shin and then get humilitated by him. I love the thread buddy, thanks ❤️
  9. You're welcome vein ? @mandyjw Ahhh, you lazy fickle little creature ? Sometimes it's nice to be noticed ??
  10. @SFRL @TheAvatarState Glad that was helpful, and frustrated that most members didn't even care to view the thread.
  11. That does not neglect what David experienced. You are telling the truth, and he is. God loves you both. Radical open-mindedness and Absolute Infinity, keep those in mind. Peace, my nice friend Dave ❤️
  12. @Inliytened1 Truth is not exclusive, you're talking about open-mindedness, but you're forgetting to be open-minded about the validity and value of other ways to enlightenment as well. For you, God materialised in a form of mystical experience of infinite love and intelligence etc... For David, God materialised in a form of the ultimate being that can be realised by logic and reason, and probably David means something different from our concept of logic and reason. God is one, and It's every one. The God that cannot be reached through the mind (logic and reason) is not the true God, because true God is infinite and is Formless. True God is boundless, we shouldn't try to limit God by our individual experiences.
  13. @Mikael89 Actually, I like David, and I respect him.
  14. And yet, you are not accepting that others such as "Inliytened1" are enlightened as well. You'd say that you're just saying your opinion honestly without being suppressed, and that's fine. Still, the joke's on you for not being open-minded enough to admit the validity of other methods of finding God, such as psychedelics. You'd say that you admit their validity and blah blah, but you are causing discomfort to others. You'd say that they shouldn't be offended and that they have more work to do and blah blah, and they'd say the same thing about you. In my opinion and experience, the best thing to do in such situations is to drop the discussion immediately and let the other side reflect on what I've said, because we've reached a dead end in our discussion, and keeping going with it won't yield anything for anyone. Agreed? @Anna1 @Shin I verify that. I sent David a message three days ago, and he never replied.
  15. Oh, me too Let's create a cult and conquer the world! ?
  16. @Inliytened1 Well, that's something neither one of you can decide. You have different definitions of enlightenment, because you've learned different teachings. Go ask a master and he will settle this for both of you. But the bottom line is that as long as both of you are happy, then why all the bickering back and forth? Truth is subjective after all, why are you both trying to make it an object to agree upon? It sounds like every single religious war: "my perspective is the one true perspective". Just drop it, you're both right.
  17. @Buba No, you have to stop wanting to change completely. It does not matter what you call it, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, etc... Fear is the root issue that you should work on, or rather not work on, but take immediate action and face your fears. What's the worst thing that could happen? What are your worst fears? Acknowledge them, accept them, embrace them, and then face them, one at a time. Everything you want is on the other side of fear. ❤️ @David Hammond Yeah, like I needed your confirmation in the first place, Master ? ? ❤️
  18. That's confusing the relative for the absolute. I don't know if you're doing this deliberately, but it's a big fallacy. You have to provide proof for your assumptions, or else you must not be taken seriously. David is asking for evidence of your assumptions about him, not for what you say about God. Only God (The Absolute) is beyond proof, that's something else, so don't play that card my friend.
  19. @Gabriel Antonio I'll remove you twice if you ever do that again ? ?
  20. Give up trying to change. You won't lose anything, in fact, you will find yourself. I've had a strong OCD in the past, and I have overcome it. The only thing that worked for me was to accept that I am destined to be stuck with OCD for the rest of my life. I said: "fuck it, there's no hope, I give up, I surrender. I don't want to change, I don't want to become anything, I just want peace". In some sense, part of me died. Interestingly enough, only after that, change started to happen and it was/is effortless. I hope that gives you hope, I mean destroys all remaining hope for you ? ❤️
  21. @non_nothing I forgot to mention that the background noise can affect your mood. Plus, obviously the temperature is important too.
