What if there was no future? What would you do right now? Don't go too far, and don't think too much. Start from ground zero of Maslow's hierarchy. Use your emotions as a guide. Follow your heart.

@themovement A truly spiritual person does not belong under the "Spirituality" category. A truly spiritual person does not have an ideology or an identity. A truly spiritual person is just themselves. Alpha, Beta, etc... are just mental contrust that we deconstruct on our journey through spirituality and then we even deconstruct spirituality itself.

What is the point in asking questions and answering them then? What is valid?

@Rohit N For me personally, excellence is only important in terms of making a living. I have to be excellent at my job because it's essential for my survival. Same thing goes with health and relationships. Other trivial things have less impact on my life, so I don't waste my time and effort on perfecting them.

If you would apply this rule correctly, then you should live your moment 100% as if it were your last. It's not about the period of time. It's about dropping the notion of time all together. If you forgot all of your past, and stopped assuming a future, what would you want to do right now? Keep asking yourself this question everytime after you finish doing the first answer you get. That right there is the biggest gate to happiness.

@RendHeaven Meditation is just seeing things as they actually are. That's all there is to it. It doesn't have to necessarily be about reducing the thoughts, although it can be. Thoughts don't cause suffering, it's resistance that does that. Resistance is falsehood, and falsehood is the opposite of meditation, it's looking at something and seeing something else. Reducing the thoughts can help to a certain extent, since the mind is a falsehood-creating machine. But reducing the thoughts has a limit. After that you will have to let go of it and let the thoughts run their course and do their job, which is helping you survive. In my experience, suffering almost ended after I let go of trying to fight thoughts. Of course, I still suffer rarely. I'm not in a 100% blissful state, but I'm working towards that.

@Aakash I meant I didn't understand the language. Spiral Dynamics is independent of enlightenment and Non-duality. Integration is independent of both. I am mostly at stage Green with traces of Blue and some Orange and a little bit of Yellow.

@karkaore The insight you shared with us is very important. And not-knowing is a great place to start from. If all of the questions you suggested cannot be answered, how do you know that they cannot be answered? Is not being able to know an assumption or the truth? What is the difference? @Aakash I'm sorry, I don't understand the question.

That's very simplistic and naive ? I wouldn't take these types seriously, like I said, they seem like Cosmo. And again like I said, it can be useful to bring stuff into awareness whatever they might be.
