  1. @Bryanbrax This will sound anti-spiritual, but I'll suggest it anyway; lose the task list for some time and do whatever you want. Suck the joy out of the things you're addicted to until you start getting bored by them. And then you will discover that they were meaningless from the beginning, and that you were deluding yourself. Be where you want to be. Don't chase it, just do it. @ajasatya Why quitting porn?
  2. I agree ? The external world affects the internal world, and vice-versa.
  3. Of course, that's how it looks like from the ego's perspective. The ego does not want to lose control. Truth is dangerous.
  4. @Ar_Senses ? Jumping between perspectives is a stage Yellow quality.
  5. @MezzoAria I never said the rules are fixed. The video you posted is merely optical illusions, not magic.
  6. Without science we wouldn't be able to talk on forums. Science is not just storytelling. It's a very practical and beneficial type of storytelling. Science is the sweetest lie!
  7. @Ar_Senses In my opinion, integrating stage Blue happens by acquiring a taste for picking the most beneficial beliefs to guide you through life.
  8. @FrankTheTank We have gone beyond the limits of science. Science's evidence is based on consensus. Without consensus, scientists are just bullshitting us. I think that is exactly what you think Leo is doing. But no, of course you shouldn't take his word for granted. Science is all about third-person phenomenon, while Leo is all about first person phenomenon (which scientists usually dismiss). Science is great, and I love it. But it's not the truth.
  9. Something is going on with my third-eye.
  10. We don't have consciousness. We are consciousness. Okay, you can believe that everything is a process or a pattern. But you forget to ask the question why is there a pattern? The answer is: it's all for you.
  11. Pain is physical. Suffering is not. It's on you to prove the assumption that suffering is a survival mechanism. I didn't assume anything. It's very simple, we're programmed to do so because that's what worked for our ancestors. The truth is you don't know whether the next cup of water you drink might kill you or keep you alive! You just take it for granted. Suffering, no matter how much you feel it, would not be able to save you then. Life is a gamble. Every move and every no-move is a gamble that might get us killed. We don't actually know anything at all. We just assume and act accordingly. We're just lucky to be alive experiencing this beautiful thing called life! Saying that survival is irrelevant to everything equals saying that it's relevant to and dependent on everything. There is nothing happening by accident. Everything is exactly where it should be. There is nothing going against the plan. Everything is determined, and all is for you.
  12. What about when suffering ends up leading to suicide? Again, pain is not suffering. Physical survival has nothing to do with suffering, you merely think it does. We survive only because we're blessed. That's all. Suffering can be just a part of the path, it's not necessary at all. Suffering is still an assumption. Moaning does not necessarily mean suffering. It can mean anything, but suffering is your interpretation. I have personally cried many times out of joy and ecstasy. Suffering is irrelevant to physical survival, it's just an egoic strategy for egoic survival. Nothing has to do anything with survival but pure luck or bless. Because if the purpose of anything was survival, then we wouldn't ever die.
  13. What's complex and sophisticated about suffering? It's obviously the most ignorant thing to do. Okay, let's take some human examples: Infants survive and don't suffer. "Insane" people survive and don't suffer. All of us can survive without suffering if we all become enlightened. Animals, as far as my knowledge goes, have never admitted feeling suffering. Be careful not to confuse pain with suffering. They're completely different things.
  14. That's not true. Dig deeper. Suffering is not a must for survival. Cells, for example, survive and don't suffer.
  15. @Dylan Page Yes, love is nothing and everything at the same time. It only appears meaningless because you're trying to understand it. You don't think love, you feel it.
  16. @Dylan Page You have a very myopic concept of love. It's the mainstream concept of what love is and how it should be. God's Love literally encompasses EVERYTHING, it doesn't leave anything out, because that would mean that Love is not infinite. Love is infinite that it loves all the things that you as an ego can't even think of loving/accepting. You see where I'm getting at? For God to exclude suffering, it means that God is not all loving. God is infinitely loving that It loves suffering and creates it. True love is love for everything, not only the things that please the ego. Hope that answers your question.
  17. Reality is not set up that way. Reality is that way. There's a huge difference between the two. There can only be suffering when you go against reality. There is no such thing as happiness. The thing that you call happiness and strive for is just peace, and more specifically, peace of mind. Why do you suffer? Because you want to suffer. You have unconsciously set up conditions for happiness, something like: I will only be happy if blah blah blah... Lose the conditions if you want happiness. Keep them if you still want suffering. This rant against God is nothing but a rant against yourself. And it is the reason behind the majority of your suffering.
  18. There are no shoulds or musts. You have absolute freedom to do whatever you want. You can desire being unconscious, nothing wrong with that. Life is infinitely complex and the ego is very limited. It thinks it can manipulate things in order to serve itself, but nothing can be further from the truth. The truth is we don't actually know whether anything we do is good or bad for us. The truth is that we don't actually know anything at all. That's what the ego doesn't want to accept.
  19. @CroMagna I recommend swinging back and forth between introversion and extroversion. That way, you will learn and cover more aspects of being at each end more easily and effectively without having to hate being at any one of them, and then you will be able to integrate what you have learned, and with integration comes best results. I also recommend: Journaling: writing, video, voice, etc... Spending more time with loved ones, and like-minded people. Going out in nature. Making big changes in your lifestyle every now and then.
  20. @Dylan Page Simply because you ask why. "Why?" usually implies resistance, and resistance causes suffering.
  21. I mean letting go of wanting/chasing them.
  22. Leo said that it's impossible for God not to be God. But that's not true. Because God isn't God. In other words, a human being is and isn't God. So, that means that we cannot break our limits. We can only play by the rules of God. The rules of this realm, at least right now, do not allow imagination to heal directly. But rather through creating technologies and methods to heal. That does not mean that rules are rigid, nor that rules cannot be broken. That just means that the ego has zero control over God. a) Only you can verify anything at all. b) Leo is open to criticism on here, I have personally had made some critiques of his ways, and he almost never took it personally.
  23. Letting go of them is the only way back to them.
  24. @rush The catch is that there is nothing but awareness alone. You're just an observer. That's your true identity. You aren't a changer, a manipulator, or a controller. That's an illusion. Surrendering is the only thing you can do.
  25. That's because you all lie to yourSelf. Stop lying and God will appear to you. Whatever causes you to suffer, question it. Question why does it make you suffer. Keep questioning it until you reach rock bottom. There you will find yourself. @hariseldon74 Thank you ? Great post ???
