  1. Hatred is love for a specific part of reality. It is limited to that part, and therefore cannot include other parts, let alone the whole of reality. Without love, hatred would not be able to exist. And so everything.
  2. @Serotoninluv Well then, Godspeed! @Leo Gura Interesting.
  3. @Angelite God is not created, It is eternal. The question is: is everything created or eternal? Say everything has been destroyed. What remains?
  4. And who's aware of both light and darkness?
  5. I did. What should happen now?
  6. That delusion is meant to open your heart up to love. Maybe you're not ready yet. Everything is love. You merely think it isn't. Remove the thoughts and see.
  7. @Serotoninluv Okay, I understand better now. I get it that many of the things I said are relative and that I have constructed them using logic and language. However, I expressed my definitions and was expecting to get yours in return. I'm not rigid about my definitions, if I find yours better at describing reality, then I'll take them. If not, then I'll just stick to my definitions until something better comes up. Language is just a pointer. We both understand this. Let's not move away from our original discussion. How do you view selflessness?
  8. No. It doesn't work that way. Think of it like health and illness. Health represents feeling good, and illness represents feeling bad. 99% of creation is perfectly healthy, so the natural state is feeling good most if not all of the time. Humans developed an illness, which is confusing the map for the territory, or in other words, misplacement of parts of reality and confusing parts for some other parts by using thought. This illness is what creates suffering for the ordinary people. So, in order to feel good, one has to view things as they actually are and stop buying into illusion. (by raising awareness). How? Meditation.
  9. @EvilAngel You're feeling it 100% of the time, but you're calling it something else. Look at anything, and ask yourself: how isn't this love?
  10. This is a fundamentalist understanding of God. It is based on logic, not truth, therefore it is false. By this logic, the God of all creation has to be created by another superior God, repeating that process to infinity. There's no logic why the God you're describing is the ultimate God. What if there's something beyond it which is more powerful etc...? What if there's another one superior to that? (to infinity) How would you know? God is the infinity itself. Not apart from it. I might create a separate thread explaining this in the future.
  11. I'm sorry. I'm wrecking my mind around trying to understand what you mean and I still don't. Could you please use less abstract words?
  12. @Serotoninluv Maybe the idea of selflessness that you have is not quite accurate. Maybe mine is flawed. Maybe we could work it out together. Being selfless equals being authentic. There isn't a separate thing that we can point to as a 'self'. All self is God-self and it's selfless. Those distinctions are thought-created and ultimately groundless. To be selfish is to want something else than what reality is. That's what creates suffering. It's not that the formless God is the only selfless being. To think that would be to actually create a duality. God is always selfless, and that's how it is. This, right now, is Absolute selflessness. It cannot be any other way, and it can be every other way. Think about it. If a squirrel did not want to care about its survival while its authentic self still cares, then it wanted to rather sacrifice itself for something else, then that would be a selfish move, because it is opposed to how reality is. See, thought creates inauthenticity/attachment. Inauthenticity/attachment creates resistance. And resistance creates suffering. So, assuming that animals don't have thoughts is to say that they don't suffer because they are completely authentic and selfless. Although after all, all of human delusions are eventually selfless, but most people don't know that yet. What do you think? EDIT: There's more that I wanted to say but wasn't/still am not able to articulate.
  13. I don't want to get into semantics here. I think my idea was clear, even though I wasn't able to articulate it perfectly. Suffering is the key word here.
  14. I'm not sure. I mean theoritcally, cells can keep reproducing forever, but right now they're programmed to age with time. Maybe in the future, the form of a human being can get modified instead of dying? Maybe the ultimate goal of everything is to make form immortal as well? I believe that to be a possibility. If that's true, then God-mode must be impossible to access from within a limited form without physically dying. So, how is it possible to access God with ego-death while still being a human? I understand that a human is God, but it's still a limited form of it? So, how does the limited becomes unlimited while still actually being limited? It's very twisted! Also, isn't it a duality to think that God in animal-mode is different from an animal in God-mode? We create all distinctions, but in actuality, God is everything, so there's no difference. Right? That solves the previous problem. That's how animals are! They aren't attached to their identities. They aren't bothered by living or dying. They're just being who they are no matter what. Only human beings show signs of suffering and are attached to their identities. Attachment creates suffering. And suffering is the devil. Or, that's how I perceive it to be.
  15. @Aakash Have you considered that telling me that is also devilry? There's no escaping devilry like there's no escaping God. ? My devil includes yours, does yours include mine? That's the question. ?
  16. Physical immortality. Like preventing the cells from ageing. If that's true, then God as a whole is also a selfish devil, since animals operate on the default mode, which is pure God mode. I think the term selfishness is a bit abstract here. Do you refer to it as in materialist selfishness and wanting to survive? I would say that the selfishness that is accompanied with suffering is devilish. And the selfishness that is free from suffering is godly. (despite that they're both godly).
  17. Damn, it is! ? Maybe if science eventually succeeded in making the immortality elixir all devilry will end? I don't know. I think that devils don't act godly because they forget about death. I mean if everyone just minded thier own business and acknowledged their inevitable death, they wouldn't need to be devils anymore. I think only someone who is deluded enough to forget death is a selfish devil. Perhaps, it gets even trickier than that. I mean if animals aren't selfish devils. Do they actually not know about death? Or do they know about it, so they just constantly be present in the moment? I wouldn't bet on the latter. So, maybe the intellect that we have as humans is the reason behind all of our problems? The story of Adam and Eve comes to mind in here. It makes perfect sense. We want immortality but we forget that we are already immortal, so we trust the intellect (devil's trick), and so here we are. So, the solution in my opinion, since we can't remove the intellect is to have a better intellect, as accurate as it could get, especially acknowledge death and other relative truths. It becomes clear now that devilry is just pure ignorance and delusion.
  18. @Leo Gura It's beautiful! Almost all of it resonates. But it's also mindfucking on many levels! Like, how is a devil going to stop being a devil and then open up to God if the devil is inherently limited? The answer is: stronger devils will force the weaker one to die, and that ego-death is expansion and opening up to God. So an angel gets created and starts spreading his love, and that in turn will make more devils turn into God. Or it could start the other way around. It doesn't matter, since there's no beginning to God. So, it works both ways. Angels cause love to flower consciously, as devils do the same thing unconsciously. It's like all of it is planned to create more love no matter what. God works his plans through the devil! Such a genius! But that's not everything yet. This everlasting tug of war between dualities is what causes God to expand in the first place. So, there's no way it could ever end. It's just growing and growing forever! I also remembered that even the devil, he lives such a good life, almost 99.99% of his life is clearly pure love and grace from God, despite the fact that a devil does not acknowledge that. And the other 0.01% 'seemingly actual' hell must be necessary for God-knows-why.
  19. @Leo Gura Will Absolute Love still be present when someone is experiencing a hell realm? If so, then maybe Reality is not just Absolute Love, but also Absolute Torture/Hatred? Maybe Absolute Love is just an insight from high experiences (relative to feeling good)?
  20. You can think about the divine plan, or simply just live it. You can do both as well, if that's your calling. It's definitely not random. Watch an ant for a few days and you will see the order and the divinity.
  21. Interesting.
  22. You're not completely wrong. I believe/know (from direct experience) that whatever I think/believe becomes true. How do I know? Because I said so, and I am the master of my reality. How do I know? Because I said so.. To infinity ? That is a conscious conclusion that I've come to realise. @Nahm Why are you crying?
