We call it 2 cats when 1 cat is next to another 1 cat. 3 is the same, we call it 3 cats when 1 cat is next to another 1 cat and another 1 cat. Same thing for 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,etc... We agreed to do so, consciously or unconsciously. Are you aware of this? Mathematics is only happening in your mind. In the real world though, objects don't have digital values. Values are mind-made. There is only one, everything is one. You just can't see it yet. Remember the orange juice example? It's exactly the same with cats and with everything else. You can't combine 1 orange juice with another 1 orange juice and get 2 orange juices. You will always and only get 1 orange juice. Get out of your mind a little bit and examine the real world. This is a real-life exercise, not some intellectual mind storming. For practical purposes, we agreed to use abbreviations for everything. We abbreviate "1 cat and 1 cat and 1 cat" with the symbol "3 cats". See, it's a mind game. Exactly like language, we call that annoying creature clawing on your curtains a CAT. We can call it anything else. Is the word CAT a real CAT? of course not. Same thing goes for mathematics. Is the number 2 two objects? Of course not. It points to 1 and 1 objects, but it itself is just 1 object. Become conscious of this fact or don't. It's blindly obvious. 2 cats is an abbreviation for 1 cat + 1 cat, no more no less. I'm not going to discuss anymore. You need to become conscious of this Truth directly, or you'll stay stuck in illusion.

One of these ideas is: 1>1 and 1<1 because 1 contains everything including itself, which ultimately creates infinite number of infinities. I still wonder how couldn't I see it before? My emotions were never better than now, and I'm almost a year in spirituality. But in comparison, some other facets of my life deteriorated, of course due to me focusing too much on emotions (which I made huge progress on), and now I need to work harder to get back on my feet. Yes exactly. And actually 1 isn't even a thing, not even a concept, it's nothing and everything at the same time. I kind of understand the whole thing but can't communicate it. Maybe the most accurate description is: a continuum of everything and nothing where everything is ultimately nothing and nothing is ultimately everything. One contains everything. ?

@Dodo Actually 1+1 can't be 2. It's just a concept, in reality though, 1+1=1 because the process of combination implies oneness ultimately. You can't combine stuff and get something other than one, if you do get, then you're wrong. "Happiness occurs, no one is happy" is mere dogma for me, I don't really understand this statement. But I like it, it sounds fancy. ?

So, you're not talking about Islam, you're talking about your (and Sufi's) version of it. But nevertheless, who would even try to distort that specific topic anyways? (I mean the oneness topic). It doesn't benefit anyone on any level, why would they say Allah is different from us? Rather than He's us? Distorting this "fact" doesn't make any sense. I don't know, you can be right, see this verse for example: Allah is closer to us than ourselves! But he created us. Maybe it's not something to be understood rationally. I don't know.

That's not corruption actually. The Quran states many times that Allah is different from us. Few examples of many: Here ? the verse is ordering Mohammed to say: I am only a mortal etc..

nono, i did not say beliefs are the truth. i said beliefs are ways/methods to the truth. big difference. and I also said not just one belief is the right method. most beliefs at core lead to the same truth or concept. but you choose which one that touches you according to your background and your own mental understandings. and i'll try to answer you question according to my own understanding. i think the truth is absolute. there's no "my" and "your" truth. there is, though, "my" and "your" belief or beliefs [; Are you aware that everything you said is just stories? Is there any way to verify them? You're believing in your beliefs and you're not aware of that (meta-believing), but have you ever questioned them? Inquire a little bit, and (kindly) tell us what you find. Good luck. I don't even identify with fun, joy, laughter, etc.. anymore. I don't care if Truth brings me depression, I just want to know. (not attached to emotions or outcome, or at least this is what I tell myself). Of course, that's not a bad thing, actually I feel above all feelings, only if I could get rid of my addictions and ignorance, my life would become incredible.

Good point. Thanks. There's nothing stimulating in pixels on a screen. Your mind thinks it's stimulating. But it's a belief. However, you can become mindful of how you get sucked into the illusion. I think this might be useful to practice.

"God is unknown" is also a belief. Also, how could 'prophets' know God and tell us about him if he's unknown? Did they just believe? If so, believe who? Consider the possibility that these people here might have a perspective. What if they're right? What if God can be known? I wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to know Him. (I'm not enlightened).

Okay, I understand, but how do you know it's the Truth? What is the Truth then? Tell me please if you would, I've been searching for so long. If you believe that your beliefs are the Truth, then what's the difference between both? And a catch 22 question: Is my Truth the true Truth, or yours, or his, or hers, or theirs, or ours all?

It's obviously an illusion, even if all the people on earth fell for it, it's still an illusion. We're seeking Truth, which is the only valuable thing we could ever think of. It's even more valuable than survival. That's the mindset we're here to learn. My question was just to get to know other perspectives on video games. So thank you.

I don't agree on universal God. I think the universe is just the universe, we're a part of it. What knowledge do we have about God? How could we even talk about Him? How could an 'ant' understand the complexity of a car, rather than also the maker of the car indeed. What I really don't like about Actualized.org is that they assume that God (The Maker, The Creator) and the universe (The Creation) are the same thing. They have no proof or ground for that. They just assume it, and speak like it's the ultimate Truth.
