  2. @CreamCat Nice! Now, consider the possibility that you could be deluded as much as others. What would you do?
  3. It's a very advanced video. It won't make any sense for stage blue or orange. @TeamBills I watch Leo's videos because I enjoy them. He seems very authentic to me, and that's why I like him. All of his videos are of huge value for me, sometimes I would watch some old videos and still find value there. One of the best videos in my opinion is: Sameness vs. Difference. I watched it twice, and I still think there's something there for me to understand. I'm amazed at how much depth there is in them, every time I re-watch any given video, I appreciate how much work I still have to do! Leo is really an artist! ?
  4. I like to talk and brag about me finding Truth, but that's not me. The universe is not an illusion, you are the universe, you are Truth. Everything is Truth, illusion is part of Truth. What was hidden from me the whole time was that I identified myself with the part not the whole. I came to realise that the present moment cannot be quantified or captured, it's eternal, ever present, it's both the past and future and neither anyone of them. The present moment cannot be questioned, it did not start and will never end. It's One, complete, and Absolute. @Nahm you're my sensei ?
  5. Man! You have a ton of work to do. But it won't be a problem if you care enough about Truth.
  6. @Nahm =misinterpretation. @Aakash I haven't figured anything out yet. I just stopped identifying with illusion. Btw, I had my first no-self glimpse this morning while I was asleep. It was scary. I hope it happens again so I can face my fears.
  7. Well, today's man is no less selfish or barbaric. It's just that we wear suits and work in skyscrapers, while we're fundamentally the same. And actually, today's man is more selfish and barbaric, because we hunt each other down all the time. The end of slavery hasn't changed anything, we're all slaves to our societies and governments, no matter how advanced they are. And we're slaves to our jobs 8 hours a day, not to mention the brainwashing we're being exposed to all the time. While ancient man might have been a slave for their tribes, but they had more freedom and access to reality than most of us have today. About the 5-MeO-DMT: Well, that's only one angle of looking at the world. What about nuclear weapons? I know it's a very complex matter, but it is still possible that some crazy leader like Trump launches a nuclear war that ends up killing millions of people. Also, we have to consider global warming, animals extinction, natural imbalances, etc... Mankind right now possess powers that we aren't conscious enough to use properly. It might seem like huge advances on the surface, but deep down it's the same ego, and even worse, more ego. I agree that it's non-linear and counter-intuitive, but we have to take everything into account. What I personally think is the problem fundamentally, is that evolution itself implies more complexity, which is the number one reason why we're disconnected from God in the first place. Also, advances in technology imply more luxury for us, which when becomes enough, creates much bigger gap between us and God, because the ego will always cling to material stuff. And consider finally that there are many problems with main-streaming 5-MeO-DMT: 1) It's extremely hard to convince people with power in any domain to lose their powers. Why would Donald Trump for example consider allowing such substances? Most of the people who follow spirituality are "weak" so to speak (don't have power in the government) and that's why they followed spirituality in the first place. I could go further, but you get my point. 2) Allowance of other substances that will inevitably distort the spiritual path. 3) Getting caught up in chasing experiences instead of getting actual results. I think there are other problems too, I'm not completely aware of the situation. I'm not pessimistic, I'm just considering possibilities.
  8. Well, I'm flattered But really? Why are most people so confused about Truth then?
  9. @Eric Tarpall Or you want them to do so.
  10. God is the evidence, whether you know it or not. You are God. The other "god" that you've been told about was your society and government.
  11. True. Nope, Newtonian laws were like playing tennis with a basketball. They were limited.
  12. I don't know man. It's hard to tell, but we can make guesses. It's very important not to confuse what we think with what we want.
  13. Yes. And when you don't, it's pure potential.
  14. But Leo, you said it yourself, ancient man was more connected to being than us, and I think that's correct. I think that evolution has already reached its peak, and now it's going downhill, which explains why prophets always expected the end of the world.
  15. @Pouya Here's an example of useful contemplation: Imagine we're talking about food, and you mention bananas to me. Would I experience a banana or would it be just a thought of it? I ask you: what is a banana? You could spend hundreds and thousands of years trying to explain a banana to me. You could say: it's a yellow curved fruit that tastes delicious, etc.. Or: it's a complex of cells that work together blah blah blah.. Or: you could show me a picture of it, which still isn't it. Or: etc... Would any of that be an actual banana? For me to know what a banana is, I need to directly experience it (sensory experience). So, to sum up, always look for actuality. And use this thought as a guide: a thought of a banana is never an actual banana. Now, apply this example to anything you want, including resistance, look for the actual resistance, not the thought of it, not a lecture about it. Look for resistance in your direct experience using the guidance of bananas
  16. @Pouya I would say: instead of asking "what is resistance?" and coming with answers, you need to realise that resistance is just resistance. You already know that every answer is not it, because the answer has to be another thought. So it's a circle. A thing is just itself and nothing else.
  17. @clouffy Nope. Enlightenment = full Truth realisation. Recognising the true nature of thought is good, but not good enough.
  18. @Aakash Better put: The Law of Delusion: How God plays tricks on us. It can't affect Truth. It only affects how you interpret It.
  19. @Anton Rogachevski Authentic (detached, surrendered, present, loving, confident) = Charming. When this is fully realised, it becomes effortless.
  20. I suggest you question your sight. Does the screen you look at right now exist when you close your eyes? Does anything exist when you're not looking? That applies for hearing as well; There's a classical philosophical question: does a tree falling in a jungle make a sound if there is nobody there to listen?
  21. @Belay kelemework Could anything or anyone not be God?
  22. Yes exactly, you're in the body. Except that your body is nowhere. How to locate one point of infinity? Location is an illusion. We can only recognise locations relating to duality, me and other, here and there, near and far, in and out, etc... Close your eyes, where are you now?
