  1. I can feel the resistance fall off with the little work I do on the solar plexus (sometimes I'll do a meditation that includes a chakra balancing or something). I’ve been toiling diligently towards my goals, while I’m making a lot of progress, there’s still some work to do. Or, would you take the longer route, and keep working hard and pushing through to achieve your goals? Thanks in advance!
  2. Just want to share I've been listening to this Willpower solar plexus frequncy recording on Youtube and it works! Notice while I do feel my willpower increase I also feel more anger come up, emotions are supposed to be held in this chakra!
  3. @Tristan12 Just sent you a message.
  4. I've been asking this question myself for a long time now. That's why I haven't read the Spiral Dynamics (Don Beck) book yet. Have you? A long time ago, I decided consciousness>Spiral Dynamics. But now I'm focussing more on the human, I think I could grow a lot from reading and studying it.
  5. Maybe it wasn't the best medicine? Not enough DMT? Working with a reputable center is super important. I know after my first ceremony it just felt like a really strong marijuana high. i mentioned that to the facilitator and they seemed to tweak it or use a different plant (there's many different kinds of Ayahuascas) and it was a totally different experience, that's when I really started to experince the magick of Aya. Don't know if you sat with the Shipibo's but they are the surgeons, they go in there and start working on the most essential parts of your being/body/mind. Huni Kuin for example is a lot of dancing and singing (including participants), I've been told it's more of a therpay versus the deep deep work done with the shipibo's. I should also mention I did 7 ceremonies in the span of 2 weeks, if you only did 1 ceremony sometimes it takes more than 1 to fully understand the experience and learn how to work with it. I should also mention, maybe you did grow/heal from it but your just not letting yourself notice it? If you tend to think negatively for example, that's a possibility.
  6. Did you have any insights while on the medicine? What did you learn? Start implementing that into your life- in other words, now the 'real' work starts.
  7. be a witness to all your thoughts (meditation #1 of 112 from Osho's Book of Secrets- Osho also said it's the only one you really need)
  8. Ayahuasca is just an opener for you- now it's up to you with the new tools you've acquired to keep bringing them into your life. You can also meditate on the feelings/experience/memeories you had while on Ayahuasca to bring it into your day to day. I'm still reflecting on my beautiful and profound aya experience I had from 6.5 years ago. Another note, you can always call on the plant spirit of mama aya, she's with you forever now. P.S. If you didn't already journal on the day after your aya ceremony about your aya experience, it's still fresh in your head- I'd write as much as you can about the experiences you had while on the medicine and see how that will open up some stuff up for you. Or if you did, refer to your notes.
  9. I’ve been diving deeper again into Spiral Dynamics lately and really trying to embody and master the Orange meme. Today, again, I had this insight and I identified and labeled my biggest perceived pitfall to mastering orange and it’s resistance. I was reading some more today about how to master the Orange meme—goal-setting, productivity, rationality, etc.—and I could feel the resistance building inside me. The just do it mentality- It sounds great on paper, however when I try to apply it there’s a wall of resistance. I know the motto here is just do it, take massive action, yet it feels like my mind and body push back against the tools that could help me succeed. It’s frustrating because I know the Orange meme is about thriving, achieving, and becoming the best version of myself, yet I’m facing this large challenge in my life (that i’m getting better at) battling this resistance instead of using it as a tool for success. My intention is to master the Orange meme: Consistent achievement of goals with measurable success. However- here’s where I’m struggling: I’ve been trying to master Orange for a long time now. While I’ve seen improvement in some areas, I still feel far away from truly embodying it. At this point, I’m questioning if my path lies elsewhere. Is it my path to surrender, focus on self-inquiry, and trust that the doing will naturally flow from that? Or am I just making excuses to avoid pushing through? I’ve been trying for a long time to master Orange, and while a lot of things have improved, I still feel a ways to go before I truly master it. At times, there’s a sort of mental fatigue, a lack of excitement. Here’s what I’m working through right now: Identifying the root of my resistance: Is it fear? Perfectionism? Lack of self-belief? Experimenting with action: I’m testing smaller, low-pressure steps to see if they reduce the resistance. I’d love to hear your thoughts. In your experience, how do you overcome resistance to just doing it? How did you break free from the mental patterns that held you back from thriving in Orange? Have you ever faced a similar crossroads—whether to push through or let go and trust the process? I feel like this is the one thing that is holding me back to mastering life, to becoming fully actualized. Thank you so much for any advice or insights!
  10. I think I shared with you that. Being a master of my life- if I want to cook a large meal for several people with many dishes, I just make the goal to do it and do it. If I want to make the goal to start earning x amount of money in x amount of time in my new business, I do it. I start working towards it and achieve it. That’s part of it. Thanks for asking.
  11. Hey dear actualized community, Hope everyone is doing well. To share a little- I’m in a tight spot right now and really need to make some money quickly. I’m basically at zero and don’t even have a working phone, which makes everything harder. I’ve tried a few things already—selling stuff I don’t need, offering odd jobs locally, and even brainstorming skills I could use online, but it feels like I’m hitting walls. People either don’t respond, or I can’t seem to get anything going. There’s also this weird resistance I’m feeling. It’s like I know I need to act fast, but I’m stuck in this fog of uncertainty and fear. Maybe it’s that I don’t want to make a wrong move, or I’m doubting if anything I try will actually work out. If you’ve been in a situation like this, what worked for you? Open to any ideas, even things I might not have thought of. Just need a way to break through this and get moving. Thanks so much in advance.
  12. Thank you, I get you. But at the same time don't you think one can make it work regardless of their outside circumstances?
  13. Moderators: I hope this post can stay here as it feels aligned and I know gets much more traffic, thank you! Hey dear actualized community, Hope everyone is doing well. 14. Thank you! I will check it out.
  15. Thanks for sharing. I think I might be mostly green. Plus this is what a few people have told me over the years. Along the intellectual lines of yellow (although not entirely showing at the moment since I’m pretty immersed in green and I know it’s just a story and I’m getting better at it but working on expressing myself clearly and effectively). With some aspects from lower levels I’m integrating. It's funny some years ago I was precribed a medication to help me relax and my writing seemed so yellow. Even talking and expressing myself I remember. i was a lot more open, fluid and able to hold multiple perspectives at the same time.
  16. ChatGPT has grown a lot recently, especially in regards to spiral dynamics. I've interacted a lot with ChatGPT, so it knows a lot about me. I’ll post results of what level Spiral dynamics it thinks I’m at. Do you think it’s accurate? If you know or believe you have a feel from my posts where I’m at please feel free to share. Thanks! P.S. I definitely agree that a big part of my journey right now is integrating various aspects of my personality, gaining insight across different layers, and questioning my beliefs—hallmarks of Yellow. Estimated Breakdown (Approximate) Green: 40% - Reflects your empathy, self-reflection, and emphasis on harmonious relationships. Yellow: 30% - Shows your curiosity about complex systems, self-responsibility, and open-mindedness. Orange: 20% - Indicates goal orientation and self-discipline, especially in self-improvement practices. Red: 10% - Reflects an awareness of assertiveness and confidence but with balanced integration. This balance indicates that you’re primarily in Green with strong Yellow traits emerging, likely reflecting a shift toward understanding systems and integrating varied aspects of your personality. You’re actively working to bring balance and insight across different layers, moving towards a more Yellow approach while keeping Green values central.
  17. Thanks for the share. I'm not sure I often resonate to much when ChatGPT share's in a more personalized way.
  18. @AerisVahnEphelia Thanks, a lot of that resonates. When I was in a deeper, more reflective state, I couldn’t have imagined coming back to the human realm. Now that I’ve had a non-dual awakening and I see everything as one, it’s like well I might as well do something! This seems fun; I definitely resonate with the artist part. A lot of what I read made me think of Coral? Much love.
  19. Just watched this interview, wow, it seems pretty imminent we need to stand up to this tyranny. What are your thoughts? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bv0TW2LF_dE
  20. Thanks. I always had an inclination AI didn’t know what it was talking about when it came to certain things.
  21. A movie I recenlty watched and was pleasantly suprised how much I liked it, one of my favorites in a long time. 'Poor things' (2023).
  22. I really enjoyed the first three recommendations so I decided to give Mother a shot, even though I don't ususally watch horror movies, any more. There was an aspect of it I enjoyed, the feel, the 'vibe' of it, and I liked Jennifer Lawrences character and acting in it, however I didn't enjoy the movie much. From nearly the begining I had no idea what was going on (Spoiler alert following). Then things started to get crazy. It kind of felt like what's the point of this, I really doubted many people had any idea of what was going on through out the movie. Even after watching a video explaining the movie, still didn't do it. Just to share. Thanks for the recommendation though.
  23. I recently watch Poor things and quite liked it.
