  1. @Viking If you actually can do it, go sit in a cave and do kriya only. But can you actually do it?
  2. @Moreira I am at a very similar situation and am seriously considering joining a monastery. Did you think about that?
  3. "So many words still you don't know how to put your foot on the floor. Forget the words, just move your leg! You're walking now, don't use your head."
  4. Actually sitting with a real guru in person is a much different experience than reading a book or watching a video.
  5. Rupert Spira - Tried = ? Recommends = No? I asked Rupert what he thinks about psychedelics. He said it is fine to experiment if I feel like it, but I should not look for myself there. I am always here.
  6. Ram Dass - Tried = oh yes Reccomends = only to initialy awaken
  7. @kieranperez I didn't pursue spirituality. I was exploring all kinds of drugs and realized that there is something very extraordinary when it comes to psychedelics. Kept taking them until I got an awakening and then one day I found myself watching Leo's video on how to meditate
  8. When the student is ready the teacher comes... or somethng like that. A short video on point that I saw recently:
  9. Not this way As I understand it, this is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 Self-Actualization. Tier 1 actualizer will find his unwanted behavior and try to take it out of his life without changing himself. If he manages to do it, it will backfire, it will appear elsewhere. Tier 2 actualizer understands that the unwanted behavior is part of a bigger system - himself. It plays a crutial part in the way he is. It has a purpose. Therefore the only way to change the behaviour is to change the system - one's self. And that means going beyond one's self - transcendence.
  10. Because I relied on psylocybin to feed me spiritualy and ingested it several times a week. Then I realized that meditation has no tolerance and I don't have to wait for the next hit of bliss a couple of days.
  11. Play! So... no tripping happened, but it doesn't matter because I have a fantastic video to share.
  12. This morning I sat on my bed to meditate for a bit. In about 20 minutes it was time to go to work, but I found I could not move. It's not like my mind was empty and I lost track of time or something, it's just that my body got so grounded that it took me about 10 minutes to force myself to get up, run to the bus stop and catch the bus at the last minute. I almost got late for work because of some silly morning sitting. Think twice before you meditate, kids! It might get you in trouble!
  13. Full moon tripping It is full moon today and I am ready for some LSD after a long, long break. What will come up? I am excited to see.
  14. @ChimpBrain and by the way, I know it is difficult to have strong blockages. It can feel like you are a prisoner of your own body. Don't despair, I am sure the release is around the corner Good luck.
  15. IMO there ia nothing like bioenergetics when it comes to body tensions. It is stored in the body, you have to work with the body. Here is a specific workout for pelvis: I would recommend studying the guys channel a bit and learning how to do bioenergetics properly. Can take a bit of time, but the results should come. Also Osho's dynamic mediation is similar in nature and could help.
  16. All the time in the world "If I had all the time in the world, I'd walk real slow. I'd smile and look around, cause there would be nowhere to go. If I had all the time in the world, the future would be gone. I would not plan a thing, I'd simply sing a song."
  17. To those who are not sure if they should invest their time into Kriya, I recommend trying this: It's a simple and quick 45/90 day routine, very similar in nature to what you would learn in the books. Give it a shot and if you like it, get the books and dive deep!
  18. Awareness of the shakti/chi/energies moving through me. Deep states of meditation after the session. Overall good mindfullnesd states throughout the day.
  19. This is so that you can eventually position it waaay back in your nose. That is supposed to maximaze the energy flow.
  20. I have a big head "Imagine your body is made of clay, with each type and frequency of movment shaping the physical outcome. Take your imaginary body-ball-of-clay through your personal movement timeline, considering your early development, favorite activities, accicldents or sport injuries, footwear habits, the desk at school, your favorite couch, and driving posture. Create the "resultant" shape in your mind. Now go look in the mirror. The molded clay in your mind should look like you, right now in the mirror" -Katy Bowman, Move Your DNA
  21. Meditation - I think I don't have to expand on that. It's a life changer. Literally. Solo travel - made me really self-reliable, couragous, helped me get unatached from my family and stuff.
  22. Shadow work Meet the shadow in the circle.
  23. I wouldn't agree with that. You can get hooked on LSD and psychedelics in general, and I have been there before chasing these mystical states.
